This is our second time visiting this fantastic hotel, the first being July of last year. We are already planning another trip for next year. In 34 years of married life we have never returned to the same resort twice wanting to see more of the world, but this part of paradise has broken that mould. Last year we came with our 22 year old daughter, this time we came as a couple. Both times we had the best experience. The location and set up of the resort has been very well thought out. The beach and sea are perfection, and the whole ambiance of the place is restful, relaxing and classy. The rooms are lovely and the cleanliness and daily upkeep is really good. The staff throughout the resort are always wanting to do their best for you with a smile and genuine happiness. We were amazed and touched by how many of them recognised and remembered our names on our return this year. The food is very varied and always amazing. The chefs and waiting staff are so keen to please, they repeatedly went the extra mile to give excellent service. All in all this has to be one of the most beautiful places on earth.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at RIU Palace Maldives for 12 wonderful nights. Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The food was excellent with a great variety every day, and the four à la carte restaurants were a real highlight — each one felt special and consistently delivered top quality. The resort is also incredibly well maintained: spotless cleanliness, perfect housekeeping, and impressive attention to detail throughout our villa and the entire property. But the biggest added value of this hotel is without any doubt the staff. The team is genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful everywhere you go. Everyone speaks great English and always tries their best to make things easy and comfortable. A special thank you to Ana, Sanju, and Paju at the Paradise Bar — they made our days even better with their warm energy and outstanding service. We also truly enjoyed a jet ski trip with Fadi (name starting with “F”) — it was such a fun experience and one of the best memories from our holiday. Overall, RIU Palace Maldives gave us the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, great food, and incredible hospitality. We would love to come back again.

Value for money, beautiful resort in paradise. Well maintained. Service is out of this world. All staff members are so kind and very respectful. They treat everyone the same. We truly enjoyed our honeymoon there, the food was amazing, you could never find a repeat, everyday they cook new dishes. So impressed how clean the resort is. Everything is so perfect about Riu Palace Maldives. Rating 1000/10🫡, you don’t wait more than 10mins for buggy transportation . It was heaven on earth🥰❤️

We just come back from our honeymoon at this place and it was very good. The food, service and facilities were amazing. I have seen some negative comments on here but I believe that is down to different expectations from certain people. My only complaint is the over water villas do not have any night lights on the balcony. So at night time you were unable to see any fish. However the water jetty by reception is lit up and full of large fish and sharks, so that was cool to go see. The biggest pro has to be the service. Every single member of staff was polite, hard working and couldn't do enough for you. Even if you don't tip the service remains flawless throughout your stay. We tried a few of the restaurants - the Italian wasn't very good but the rest were great. The buffet was a little repetitive but that didn't matter because there was so much choice. Name any dish you want and chances are they've got it. If we stayed one more week I could have easily found something different to try. The cocktail list was basic but so long as they had the ingredients they could make you anything you wanted. Peddle boats, surf boards and kayaks were all included at no extra cost. Night time entertainment was also good, with live music and themed beach party nights. For me this hotel was a 9.5/10. I would definitely consider staying at a Riu hotel again and will recommend it to my friends and family.

We just returned from our stay at RIU Palace. What an experience and most amazing place. You never know how the resort will look like in real life compared to photos posted. This place is unreal, nothing we have seen before. At times its surreal and you need to pinch yourself, that this is real. We have travelled to most destinations around the world and this holiday rates with the best.
