This place is paradise on earth. Everything about the place is outstanding. We had a beach access room that was very spacious with large comfortable bed and a huge shower in the bathroom. There is also a sofa in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fully stocked fridge that is replenished daily. The room and beds are cleaned every day and towels are replaced every day including beach towels. We opened the door to walk out onto a terrace and straight on to the white sandy beach. Tip-if you have one of these rooms, put some water in one of the bins and leave it on your terrace to rince your feet so you're not walking sand into your room. Also take a small extension lead with you because there is only one socket to use in the room. And take your own snorkeling mask , they are very expensive to buy there although you can hire them but only for an hour. You won't be disappointed with anything here. The food is fantastic with plenty of choice, we were there for 2 weeks and I could of chose something different to eat every day. The staff make this place so special, they go out of their way to help you enjoy your holiday. Such beautiful people

We stayed on the Riu Palace, but we came to Riu Atoll very often for the entertainment activities, and sometimes we had lunch while we were there. It's a pleasant space, much more crowded than the Palace, but there are plenty of things to do. Water sports, some of them included and other budget dependent options.

So far so good!! We have been here 2 days. Service excellent, drinks are good and the food choice is better than any all inclusive we have been too so far ! We have upgraded to move into a water suite mid week so will update on the rooms. Currently we are in room 2411 which is the very last hotel room so the only reason for a 4 star is how far away the room is from the pool and amenities. You have a good 6 - 8 min walk back from the pool which is a bit of a pain if you leave anything in your room . There are no bikes / buggies or golf carts to jump on the back of

Absolutely beautiful island in the Maldives. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and everything was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and always happy to be there. The rooms were large and the island wasn’t at all over crowded. The food at the buffet was always really varied and delish. Unfortunately we didn’t get to go to any of the restaurants as you’re able to book 3 days in advance, and as we were only there 3 nights it was already fully booked on all nights. I also liked the fact they tried to be as sustainable as possible using paper straws and reusable cups I spotted a few recycling bins round the island too. Additionally the island was always super clean.

We were there for only 6 days in October. The resort was not full at all and it was very nice to be able to relax. We didn't have to fight for spots at the pool or the beach and there were literally no kids around. We had a beach front room on the Atoll side and it was FANTASTIC. We went with 2 other couples, one was next to us as requested and the other had an overwater. We had no issues with the staff, everyone was very nice and friendly. We had a great time, we are scuba divers and the dive team deserves a HUGE shout out! The only issue we had was trying to get reservations at restaurants....it was impossible as they were always booked and we really didn't want to eat the buffet every night. We ended up having to go to the front desk to get reservations, trying to get sodas for the room fridge was also a challenge, the only other issue we had was the bar had a very limited drink menu and could not make anything that was not on the menu. If I had to make some recommendations 1. make it easier to make reservations at the different restaurants. 2. have the bartenders learn more drinks or increase the menu offerings.
