Loved our stay here! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. Coffee capsules and towels get changed and replenished every day and they provide drinking water as much as you need. The pool was very warm in February, and the staff also provides towels, water and sunscreen. The gym is big, modern and clean. They have a lovely sauna and steam rooms. There are plenty of restaurants on site, we had dinner at the Arabic one and fell in love with their signature salad 🥗 I will be recommending this hotel to my friends. The only drawback is the location - apart from the big mosque, every other interesting place is a 20-30 taxi ride away. However, the taxis in Abu Dhabi are not expensive, arrive in minutes and are all very comfortable, clean and feel luxurious.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars, because this place deserves it. Honestly, we were blown away by the people who work here and have made all the difference. Thank you Akiq for showing us around and surprising us with our favorite chocolate dates. Thank you Niquil for always playing rock-paper-scissors with my son! We appreciate you guys so much and we can tell how much heart you put into your daily work. We are so privileged to be able to have experienced this amazing hotel. From guest service, to the rooms, to the amazing pool and even better kids club and restaurants. It has left us speechless and we will be back for sure. Restaurant: I have never had so much variety in my food. I loved being able to taste all the different local cuisines. Kids Club: What a fun place for kids! From the amazing outdoor space with trampoline, swing set, chess and splash pad to the even more amazing indoor space. I wish I could've been a kid here.

It’s a large resort-like 5-star hotel, located very close to the Grand Mosque. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. We paid a little extra for the club access, which turned out to be great. The lounge is comfortable, and lunch and dinner are served. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The rooms were exceptional, the spa was relaxing and peaceful, and the dining exceeded our expectations—delicious food at every restaurant and snack bar, with diverse and authentic options throughout. A special thank you to the staff who made us feel right at home, and to the marketing team and their director, Ashil, who helped us arrange our first family photoshoot on the hotel’s stunning grounds and in its beautiful interior. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. Thank you again.

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. The service was amazing, as all of the staff members were very polite and friendly. However as a Platinum Elite member we did not get a room upgrade, but the staff were very apologetic, so we forgot about it. The pool area is very big, and loved the vibe of the hotel. Thank you Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi for a great experience!
