From the time of arrival to the point of waiting for our coach to arrive to return back to the airport the staff were fantastic. The hotel is situated close to the sea front. It’s an adults only hotel and there are two main small pools to choose from and a good number of sun beds. Hotel is extremely modern and operates a no cash policy. Everywhere is kept extremely clean and the food area is outstanding. The food was great and again service was to a very high standard. We would definitely return again. Thank you to all the staff seen and unseen for a fabulous experience.

Amazing hotel. Staff so helpful and work so hard. Location brilliant right near the beach. Privilege room and rooftop bar worth extra money. Breakfast had so much choice, fresh eggs every which way ! Mattress was so comfortable .. had the best night's sleep !! Spa pool a bonus. Access via pool steps could have been easier.

We have just come back from this hotel. Never been before it was brilliant. The staff are friendly ,the comfort room was lovely comfy big bed nice pillows. The food was Excellent ,plenty of choice. The man who ran the restaurant was extremely helpful and friendly every time. Very clean and tidy. The pool areas were lovely could always get a sunbed. Nice calm atmosphere. Near all bars and restaurants. Only thing I would say is the sunbeds weren't comfy for someone with a bad back. But on the whole Excellent Hotel and will definitely come back In the future.

This is certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in Majorca. Customer service here is at the highest standard and every person working here, starting from the receptionists to the waiting staff and housekeeping everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel also has a huge range of attractions to offer. Beautiful swimming pools outside the hotel and on the rooftop with a stunning view over the Majorca coast. Inside the hotel you can find: fully equipped gym, spa area with the jacuzzi, pool and sauna + steam room. Food here is tasty and everyday there is many different dishes to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I honestly had higher expectations of this hotel given all recent 5 star reviews. However, I’m quite disappointed. Location is good and rooms are nice but it was way too warm and we couldn’t set the temperature from our room. The service though, could be much better. We checked in today (28th March) for a 3 nights stay. The check-in was smooth but after that at night things didn’t go so well. I was taking a shower before bed just to find out that the shower gel was over. My husband had to go down to the reception at 1am to get some shower gel but the receptionist handed him two tubes of shampoo and said that it’s the same thing. They also could not provide any emergency dental kit (we forgot our toothpaste) and just told my husband that it’s “personal”. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel as these are quite basic requirements. The room also did not have any hair conditioner or face tissues. I really do not want to use toilet paper to wipe my face or hands! These are small items if taken care of could elevate the hotel much more. Hopefully my next two nights of stay go smoother than the first one!
