Average is the experience I had. The hotel rooms are fine but the toilet is literally in the room surrounded by makeshift walls. For the price I was expecting more. The internet was not not working. Other hotels in the vicinity seemed to be much nicer. The location however is quite good with parking nearby and the beach at your doorstep. Breakfast was fine but the dinner was good value for money.

This is certainly one of the best hotels I have stayed in Majorca. Customer service here is at the highest standard and every person working here, starting from the receptionists to the waiting staff and housekeeping everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Hotel also has a huge range of attractions to offer. Beautiful swimming pools outside the hotel and on the rooftop with a stunning view over the Majorca coast. Inside the hotel you can find: fully equipped gym, spa area with the jacuzzi, pool and sauna + steam room. Food here is tasty and everyday there is many different dishes to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I honestly had higher expectations of this hotel given all recent 5 star reviews. However, I’m quite disappointed. Location is good and rooms are nice but it was way too warm and we couldn’t set the temperature from our room. The service though, could be much better. We checked in today (28th March) for a 3 nights stay. The check-in was smooth but after that at night things didn’t go so well. I was taking a shower before bed just to find out that the shower gel was over. My husband had to go down to the reception at 1am to get some shower gel but the receptionist handed him two tubes of shampoo and said that it’s the same thing. They also could not provide any emergency dental kit (we forgot our toothpaste) and just told my husband that it’s “personal”. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel as these are quite basic requirements. The room also did not have any hair conditioner or face tissues. I really do not want to use toilet paper to wipe my face or hands! These are small items if taken care of could elevate the hotel much more. Hopefully my next two nights of stay go smoother than the first one!

We had a great time at the Reverence Mare Hotel in Palma Nova. The hotel is about half an hour from the airport by taxi and is located right by the beach. The staff were informative and helpful throughout our stay. Despite only booking a comfort room I was impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the rooms, with a nice view of both the beach and the pool being a bonus for me. Buses to the city are also located opposite the hotel which made travelling about the island easy.

A beautiful hotel with amazing staff. We stayed in a privilege room on the 4th floor it had a beautiful view from the room. The staff were there to help with anything we needed. The location is fantastic as you can walk out the back and there is a gate to access beach,bars and restaurants. Gave us a complementary bottle of wine for our honeymoon. A truly fantastic hotel with fantastic staff
