Perfect location. Very clean. Amazing breakfast selection. We stayed here for four nights. Everything was better than we hoped. Reception and bar staff were so helpful and friendly. I was struggling with a sprained ankle at the time and could easily get to the beach with the elevators and slopes in and outside the hotel. Will be back again.

This place is a scam. The ocean view room over looks a parking lot and the ocean is barely visible. I wish I took a picture to show you how bad it really was. These rooms are also in the annex building with no pool. Our shower door fell off when we opened it. We also had no AC and when we told the front desk she told me to open the balcony door for the night. We checked out the next day we didn’t even care about a refund we just needed to get out of there it was horrible.

The rooms are tiny compared to another such hotel in the area. We had the bali bed room. Instead of having our own balcony with a bali bed, the balcony is shared with others. We asked for ice to be sent to our room, this was done. On a second day we asked again for ice to be sent to the room and the person at reception told us to go to a shop and buy some. On one day our room was not cleaned and on another day, they didn't change our towels and left a wet towel on the floor. The service is extremely poor at this hotel and this is a not a 4 star experience. Breakfast is not great and even though it was included in our stay, we did not have breakfast on 2 mornings. I would recommend Sunset Elba as A much better experience

This was the 3rd time we’ve stayed at the hotel in the past 5 years. We had a swim up room in the annex building which was lovely and quiet away from the main pool. The food choices in the evening were an improvement on our previous visits, and the location is excellent, a stones throw away from the beach. The reason for not giving 5 stars was the service. Sadly, some staff were friendly but others seemed quite unhappy and not what you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. We were told because we were “privilege” repeat customers we’d get 10% off our food and drinks purchased, however there was no way for staff to distinguish us from anyone else staying at the hotel and we were never asked for our room number so never received any discount. Why tell loyal customers they will get a discount but then expect them to have to ask for this every time they pay for their bill? Doesn’t really incentivise going back for a 4th time unfortunately!

This is one of the best hotels we have been to so far. The facilities were spotless, the food was fantastic, and there was a huge selection in the buffet. We also want to thank all the staff, everyone is so friendly and dedicated. A special mention to Tamara and Inma in reception, Merchi in the restaurant and Angel and Carmen in the bar. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Thank you all for your hard work!
