Excellent service from all staff! There is a security guard on ground floor where you can drop your bag before check-in. Lobby staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast staff also great. Location is safe and close to Fulton St metro, very walkable to all of southern Manhattan/Financial District. Would recommend and come back!

Great location in downtown. Near World Trade Center, subway station is walking distance (5 mins max). Free breakfast included. I wish the coffee machines were available throughout the day and not only in the morning. Hot water and tea are available all day. To enter the hotel, you enter a small entrance on street level, go up the elevator 1 floor to the lobby. The rooms are quite comfortable and nicely equipped, but the room I had on the 6th floor did not have a view. Hot water, cable tv, full size refrigerator. Lots of space. No onsite parking, luggage drop off on the street was a little challenging. They also storeed our luggage for free after checkout for a few hours👍🏻

I had a great stay there. Rooms were clean and the maid service was great. If i had one negative thing to say about it, it would be the main entrance. The people at the main entrance are not very helpful. They are not engaging at all, and don't explain that the lobby is on the second floor. You feel like you've walked into the wrong entrance from their lack of interaction. You have to pull the information out of them. It was a very awkward experience at first. I had even walked back out the first time, thinking I had entered a rear entrance or something lol. Once I realized there wasn't another entrance I went back and questioned the staff member, and I had to narrow my questions down to get the exact answer I needed. "The lobby is on the second floor.". The rest of my stay, they were oblivious to who walked in and out and I seen the same confused looks on other guests trying to check in.

I’ll start off by saying this hotel had clean rooms, provided kitchenware, and all the minimal necessities that you’d expect from a hotel. They were nice enough to upgrade by room for free because it was my birthday. With that being said, it’s unfortunate that on my last day there my birthday gift was stolen. My uber eats sent by a family member was delivered and they took it upon themselves to put it in their break room fridge instead of giving it to me. They said when nobody came down to claim it, they threw it out. Yeah that’s really hard to believe, it was magnolia bakery. It was likely stolen. I asked why didn’t it get delivered to my room and they said there was no name or room number on it, which was a blatant lie. Another issue was room service, every time they’d knock and ask to come in I would politely decline. They then proceeded to walk into my room 3 different times and I had to tell them I told you i didn’t want room service at this time. They never once offered anything for “losing” my package, even though I ended up checking out a day earlier. Unfortunately will not be coming back here.

My partner and I stayed at the Residence Inn for 3 nights earlier this week, and our experience from check-in to check-out was excellent. The front desk staff were kind, courteous, and professional, making us feel welcome right away. The breakfast setup was impressive, with a wide variety of options to suit all preferences—even for kids. The hotel is also in a fantastic location—central to key attractions and just steps away from the subway, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!
