Stayed here a night for work, am impressed. Nice amenities, including heated pool and gym. Clean rooms loaded with ann necessities. But most importantly, superior customer service from three employees: Alicia and Daniella at the front desk and Thiemy. Very, very pleasant, positive ladies who KNOW how to converse, andwer your questions thoroughly and make you feel welcome here. EXCELLENT 👍

Hats off to Jocelyn for her outstanding customer service. We had a small problem with noseeums. Jocelyn came up to our room to try and alleviate the situation. She was extremely friendly and pleasant. She cleaned the counters as well as the bathrooms. When we returned we discovered that she had the carpets steam cleaned as well. Thank you Jocelyn for everything you did! No question you must be a valued member of the Marriott staff.

Can't say enough about this hotel. We stayed for three nights and everything about the place was above what we expected. Management and staff are super professional and courteous. We were impressed watching the staff staying on top of whatever needed to be done. Breakfasts were great and the facility and rooms were clean and pleasant. Not to mention the beds were super, super comfy. Will certainly try and stay here on my next Ft. Myers trip and will look for another Residence Inn when I travel elsewhere. THANKS FOR A GREAT STAY!

Top notch staff! The general manager was at breakfast serving hot muffins and making sure everyone was happy! Front desk staff also very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds, clean, large room with nice kitchen! Love that there's a grocery store within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Manager, Ed at front desk, all staff super professional, kind and friendly. Manager went out of her way to have a staff member go out and purchase a new full size , drip coffee machine ! Wow! Talk about outstanding customer service ! Room is clean and quiet. Very impressed with our 2 bed/2 bath full kitchen suite! Definitely recommend this place! Oh and the pool is newly renovated, and there’s a Publix and plaza with multiple businesses, right next to hotel. So convenient.
