I had such a wonderful stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — you can really feel their genuine hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, relaxing, and just a short drive from the airport. My room was very clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed. I especially loved the balcony — it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of tasty options, and the hotel also has great Thai and Western restaurants for dinner. The spa was another highlight — very professional and relaxing. I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but this place truly impressed me. I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. Highly recommended!

“Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa offers the perfect balance of refined hospitality, immaculate comfort, and authentic Thai dining—an oasis for both families and independent travelers.” From the moment I stepped into Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professional hospitality. Check-in was smooth, and my room was ready right away. The staff took time to explain the resort’s facilities, which was very helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable, with a fresh scent, spacious bathroom, quality amenities, and a very cozy bed. I also appreciated the reliable air-conditioning and convenient universal outlets with USB ports—great for travelers. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an excellent mix of Thai and international dishes, with the egg skillet as a signature favorite. I also enjoyed dinner at Takieng, the resort’s Thai restaurant, which served authentic dishes made with fresh local ingredients. Families will love the kids’ area with a playground and pool, but the resort also feels perfect for couples and solo travelers looking for relaxation. Although I didn’t get to try the spa this time, it looked very inviting. Overall, a wonderful stay—I will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel! Everything was exceptional — no complaints at all. The food was delicious, both at the breakfast buffet and the restaurants. The buffet had great variety and creativity! Every single staff member was fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. The hospitality here is truly top-notch. The spa was amazing as well, we had such a relaxing time. One thing I really want to highlight is the gym! It’s very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The staff there were incredibly attentive, it felt like having a personal trainer looking after you. Overall, an outstanding hotel. Great experience, wonderful staff, amazing food. 10/10 would definitely come back!

A Truly Relaxing Stay – Highly Recommended The overall ambiance of the hotel is perfect for a peaceful getaway. It’s the kind of place where you can comfortably spend the entire day without leaving the hotel. I stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms — spacious, spotless, and well-appointed with all the essential amenities. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of selections with good quality. I had the chance to experience the spa during my stay and absolutely enjoyed it — very relaxing and well-executed. The spa area also features a beautiful photo spot that has become one of the hotel’s highlights, perfect for capturing memorable moments. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and attentive, always greeting guests with a warm smile. The facilities and on-site activities are especially suitable for families with children, including a dedicated kids’ pool and plenty of engaging programs. Overall, it’s excellent value for money and an ideal choice for both couples and families seeking a relaxing stay. Definitely recommended.

I stayed at the Renaissance Phuket over the weekend and was impressed! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel truly has everything you could possibly need for a perfect getaway including 2 swimming pools, a kids club, a spa, gym, and nice bars and restaurants. I didn’t even feel the need to step outside during my entire 3-day stay. Their food was outstanding. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the Pad Thai at the restaurant next to the pool was amazing. A special mention goes to the gym. It’s fully equipped and also offers classes. They have got everything, including rower and SkiErg machines. Have you ever seen those in a hotel gym? You could literally train for a Hyrox here! Perfect for all gym bros who want to maintain their fitness routine while on holiday!
