This was my second stay at Renaissance Phuket, and it just keeps getting better! I was pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room this time — beautifully spacious, modern, and super comfortable. The little touches made all the difference, from the high-quality linens to the amazing view. The staff were just as friendly and attentive as I remembered, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere around the hotel is calm yet stylish — perfect for relaxing after a long day. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend staying here if you want great service and a bit of extra comfort!

Our stay at Renaissance Phuket was absolutely wonderful! The villa was stunning—beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The common areas were lovely and created a very relaxing atmosphere. The food at the restaurants and the breakfast were simply outstanding, and the service was even better. Every staff member was incredibly kind and welcoming, always ensuring we had the best experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and were able to fully relax. I highly recommend this hotel 100%—it exceeded all our expectations!

I felt so happy after a long time. My wife and I had one of the best days at this property. The warmth of staff, the food, the property everything was top notch. While leaving the property there was eyes full of tears and heart heavy because this place made me fall in love with the kind of hospitality and detailings. Bad Experience – Would Not Recommend I arrived at the resort and was disappointed by the poor reception and clear lack of trust in guests. I asked to temporarily exchange $100 for 660 baht to pay for a taxi, as I had run out of cash and only had money on my card. My request was unjustifiably rejected, even though it was a basic and reasonable need. I let it go. Later, I asked if I could sign for bills during my stay, like in any proper resort. Instead, they told me I had to deposit cash upfront and they’d deduct from it — an inconvenient and outdated system. But the worst part? While sitting in the lobby being served a welcome drink, I found an insect inside the juice. Absolutely unacceptable. It reflects poor hygiene and serious negligence.

Beautiful resort, amazing staff, and great service. The grounds and areas are always clean. Highly recommend it if you want a nice stay. The beach is steps away from the resort. We are having a blast. Nick and Fom have been incredibly welcoming to us. I can't wait to come back and spend more time here.
