I had such a wonderful stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — you can really feel their genuine hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, relaxing, and just a short drive from the airport. My room was very clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed. I especially loved the balcony — it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of tasty options, and the hotel also has great Thai and Western restaurants for dinner. The spa was another highlight — very professional and relaxing. I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but this place truly impressed me. I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel! Everything was exceptional — no complaints at all. The food was delicious, both at the breakfast buffet and the restaurants. The buffet had great variety and creativity! Every single staff member was fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. The hospitality here is truly top-notch. The spa was amazing as well, we had such a relaxing time. One thing I really want to highlight is the gym! It’s very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The staff there were incredibly attentive, it felt like having a personal trainer looking after you. Overall, an outstanding hotel. Great experience, wonderful staff, amazing food. 10/10 would definitely come back!

I stayed at the Renaissance Phuket over the weekend and was impressed! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel truly has everything you could possibly need for a perfect getaway including 2 swimming pools, a kids club, a spa, gym, and nice bars and restaurants. I didn’t even feel the need to step outside during my entire 3-day stay. Their food was outstanding. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the Pad Thai at the restaurant next to the pool was amazing. A special mention goes to the gym. It’s fully equipped and also offers classes. They have got everything, including rower and SkiErg machines. Have you ever seen those in a hotel gym? You could literally train for a Hyrox here! Perfect for all gym bros who want to maintain their fitness routine while on holiday!

I stayed for 3 days, and I was very impressed. The service and accomodations were perfect, the staff were friendly and inviting, always with a smile of their face. The room was sparkly clean with a very soft and comfy bed. Their breakfasts were delicious, especially the Eggs Benedict. I had my car parked at the airport before coming to this trip. After I had already checked out, the hotel staff called to inform me that they had found my keys in the safety box and even offered to bring them to me while I was golfing. Had they not told me that I had forgotten my car keys, I could have flown all the way from Phuket back to Suvarnabhumi Airport and been unable to drive home. I am sincerely grateful to the hotel staff and impressed by their attention care they have towards their guests. I'm definitely returning to stay here in the future if I'm near the area. Sansern

I and two friends are fans of beaches, usually not somewhere touristy. Though we managed to book a Renaissance at Phuket, expecting that we will try beach city this time. Very unexpectedly that the hotel is more than a 5-star phuket hotel here. Location – Renaissance is just locating at the right place, 15 minutes from the airport. Far enough from the city (40 minutes to town) but makes us less fussy of the busy vibe in town. We felt like we stayed in a very private island, with real southern seafood restaurants around. Luxury – the name says itself. Beach & Pool Services – I think they have the friendliest and most attentive pool bar people in the whole country. We usually spent the whole day at either the beach or the pool, they checked on us every 5-10 minutes to make sure that we have everything we need. Cleanliness and decoration – not sure about this, but the hotel looks new, they might have been renovated recently. Our room is modern luxury, with big big bathtub and shower. Like that they have two kinds of pillows, soft and hard, I don’t need to ask for more. F&B – We ate 8 out of 10 meals here, delicious. Spa – Lucky my spa day is on a rainy day, just perfectly fell asleep with the right pressure, her name is Judy. For activity likers, there're tons of them, for adults and kids.. They even have separate pools. Overall, I think this is a new Phuket experience for me. Quiet, peaceful, but with good vibes, and very good food (which you cannot find in the other island)
