Sofia Yadova
It was our second time in this wonderful hotel. All in all was perfect again. We were on an all inclusive package and villa accommodation and it was the right decision. I would like to thank the hotel and the stuff for being so nice, open and willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food and the stuff of the Sand box restaurant are our all time favorite. We would definitely like to come back again, for us there’s no better place in Phuket.

I had such a wonderful stay at Renaissance Phuket Resort & Spa. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — you can really feel their genuine hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, relaxing, and just a short drive from the airport. My room was very clean, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed. I especially loved the balcony — it was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of tasty options, and the hotel also has great Thai and Western restaurants for dinner. The spa was another highlight — very professional and relaxing. I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but this place truly impressed me. I’ll definitely come back the next time I visit Phuket. Highly recommended!

I was truly impressed! The hotel is beautifully designed in a minimal modern style — warm wood tones, lots of natural light, and a calm, refreshing vibe. The air was so clean that even my allergies didn’t act up. Every staff member was polite and attentive, and the buggy service to the accommodation buildings was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — premium ambiance, stylish guests, great variety, and high-quality food. I especially loved the scrambled eggs! The Kid Club was fantastic — There’s a pool, a spider climbing area, and daily kids’ activities. Even on rainy days, our little one had so much fun that we could stay there all day. Overall, it was peaceful and relaxing — perfectly away from the city’s noise and party scene. A wonderful place to slow down, enjoy nature, and feel the calm of the sea. 🌊

Our stay here was lovely but there were a couple of things that disappointed us: we got yelled at (truly I wish I was exaggerating) because we had moved some bean bags too close to the beach. We ordered pizza one night and it was really bad. Otherwise, the access to bikes to go to the mall is nice and the beach itself is incredible. Breakfast was also lovely and the room was well equipped and modern but lacked the usual amenities such as shower caps and cotton rounds.

Excellent hotel! Everything was exceptional — no complaints at all. The food was delicious, both at the breakfast buffet and the restaurants. The buffet had great variety and creativity! Every single staff member was fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. The hospitality here is truly top-notch. The spa was amazing as well, we had such a relaxing time. One thing I really want to highlight is the gym! It’s very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need. The staff there were incredibly attentive, it felt like having a personal trainer looking after you. Overall, an outstanding hotel. Great experience, wonderful staff, amazing food. 10/10 would definitely come back!
