I am staying at this amazing hotel in Bangkok that is in the best location in Bangkok, so close to trains, parks and many tourist attractions. The staff at this hotel make it so special. Everyone is so happy and eager to help and all do thesis job to the highest of standards. I want to make a special mention to all the staff in the Lobby Bar at the hotel. They are just wonderful and so friendly. They always serve you with a smile and try their utmost to help you. A special mention regarding two of the bar staff. Benz and Milm. These ladies are an asset to this wonderful hotel. Every day these 2 ladies served me with a smile and the highest of standards of service. They both offered me advice and guidance about tourist attractions and hotel serviced. And both were so nice and friendly. Thank you so much. As a result of the service I have received at this hotel and its wonderful staff, I have booked my accommodation there when I return in October. It’s so nice to be treated like I am special. Thank you so much Rembrandt Hotel and Staff.

The rooms and location are great but my favourite is the breakfast. Always a large selection to be had to start your day off right. Standard English European and Thai breakfast food is on tap, with no limits if you are really hungry. Usually there is an Indian samber or lentil curry for the more adventurous. Great selection of bread and eggs any way, available freshly cooked. I can't fault the breakfast and would stay here just to take advantage of the great start it offers remain full until evening ready for anything.

Had a quick 1 night here. Room was spacious and comfy. All amenities present. Breakfast wasn't up to my expectation. Just basic but still alright. Would definitely come again. Lobby under renovation but I'd expect it to look even better once completed.

I stayed at level 11 which is a very old room. My friend who stayed at level 6 had the renovated room, which is modern looking. The old room looks very dated and there is musty smell. Even the bed had a creaking sound. The hair dryer in the room was not working well had to ask the house keeping for a new one. The hotel is located inside away from the Main Street. At night can be quite dark. There is also renovation going around. Service at the hotel is good. The staff were very friendly very willing to help the guest.

I had the pleasure of meeting Wit Tui, the fitness center staff member, during my stay. His friendly attitude made the fitness experience much more enjoyable. Wit Tui is always ready to assist with any questions and ensures that the gym environment is welcoming for everyone. Aim, our bartender at the hotel, was absolutely fantastic! She always served with a smile. Aim's excellent customer service really stood out!
