Nice and clean room with good view but the a/c seems to be a bit dirty and quite old due to the hotel is over 30 years. The decoration is in old fashion style. The service was excellent. All staffs were really professional. The facilities were all good. The location was nice but the beach in front of the place is not really good spot for chilling and swimming but more for just enjoying sightseeing. We are a family of 5 from seniors/kid/adult and all were enjoyed the place here. Rcommended

Food was average. It was almost the same thing every morning. No real variety and got old after a week. The service was good. The staff was really nice. The pool is very nice and clean. There is no beach the tide comes right up to the property so there is no beach access. The rooms were better than average for Thai rooms. The beds were not twin beds smashed together so this was a big bonus.

This hotel is super big and quite old! There are 1xx rooms, two big swimming pools (adult and children), and two restaurants serving Thai and Italian food. The positive feedback I could give is that the hotel has a lot of garden space to relax in. Breakfast is buffet-style with many options to choose from, and it’s tasty. The negative feedback is as follows: • Room: The design looks like it’s from 30 years ago. The furniture wood looks old, but it’s still functional. Because they use a lot of wooden furniture, there’s a smell. The toilet is too small for foreigners. • Noisy: Due to the hotel’s location next to another one, we could hear noise from their party in our room until midnight. We had to change rooms at night. It was crazy loud. So, this is not the best place for relaxing. • Late check-in time: Here, customers are allowed to check in after 3 pm, which is super late; 2 pm would be more reasonable for me. I guess it’s because they don’t have enough staff compared to the big scale of the hotel. • No beach: Even though the resort’s name mentions ‘Beach’, it doesn’t exist! It turns out, there are only strong waves. The beach has disappeared for many years. All you can do is swim in the pool instead. • Itchy Swimming Pool: I went with 9 family members, and everyone said it’s super itchy! Swimming in the pool can’t relax us either.

Nice hotel located in front of the beach. Has a large swimming pool, restaurants, bar, pool table and a lot of amenities. It gas been operating for many years and at some spots you can tell that. The rooms needs a little refreshing but overall it is a good desicion to select this hotel because the ratio between price and quality is very good here.

Staff Service: - staff are great and service is good - staff is this hotel’s greatest asset Rooms: - rooms are in dire need of a refurbishment - due to so many failed fittings in the room i would NOT recommend staying , if you are concerned about safety. eg. issued I faced was having a wobbly glass shower screen, room door that double lock NOT working, and a mosquito screen door that falls - forget about direct USB access points etc. it’s non-existent - privacy from balcony isn’t all that great either due to the layout Pool: - nice pool, amazing 3m deep pool - a could be better maintained family / children’s pool with fun activities - there isn’t exactly a beach as per say … Gardens: - nice mature landscape gardens with beautiful matured trees SPA: - good, therapist was good
