Very good hotel overall, with nice pool and nice apartments. It is very kids friendly, there are activities for kids, a playground and a mini golf with a shallow river. We recommend it for families. Also, there is an outstanding massage service right in the hotel, if you have the chance to book with Michelle, go for it, she is amazing!
The one thing that could be improved is the breakfast that is really basic, but it's the only negative point.

Good stay but not enough value for the money.
What did you like about the property?
Pool area is great and the overall area. The pool is heated so around 24 C and the Jacuzzi 28 C
The apartment we got was big with 2 bedrooms and no problems with the interior.
What didn't you like about the property?
The apartment was a bit dirty and you can tell that this property overall needs desperately maintenance. It had so many rewards until 2019 but it seams like it hasn't been maintained since.

After 8 days, my feelings are a bit mixed.
If I was expecting just an apartment stay and it was a bit cheaper I would give a higher score. The rooms themselves are very nice and spacious though definitely starting to show their age, with parts of the bathroom wall falling apart , the ceiling fan didn't feel very safe at high speed, aircon kinda worked etc. The kitchen could better equipped for cooking, though it has some of the real basic stuff.
The pool is very nice and definitely a standout with the general vibe being pretty chill and relaxed. Nothing too crazy.
But i have to mention . . the breakfast buffet. Breakfast is a pretty basic thing to get right and it was right up there with the worst I've experienced on any holiday, even in some pretty budget hotels. After giving it a go the first 2 days I tried to get my money back for the rest of the week but we were told that was not an option. We just skipped it in the end but the waste of money is a bit bitter. On the first night, we also had dinner in the restaurant and it was just plain bad, but whatever we ate out most days anyway.
Rooms, towels etc are only cleaned with 2 days notice (and they didn't even replace all the towels) and they only accepted cash for wash tokens (to clean our clothes) which is weird, considering we had just used our card for the pool towels. Wifi was non-existent in our rooms or over half the resort and If I wanted to use my tablet I had to go to the main building. The hotel is kinda out of the way but we had a rental car and it's only 5 mins to town. So we didn't mind. Considering everything the staff were still very friendly.
I'd only recommend it if you're looking for an easy apartment stay and you'd prefer to do all the cooking/travel/cleaning yourself. Not recommended if you want that resort feeling and care.

This a lovely place to stay, everything is lovely, clean, tidy and well kept. The duplex rooms were great too, ours was just by the pool so perfect location too.
We booked direct with the hotel and didn't have to pay local tax.
We had a welcome glass of prosecco on arrival and a free cocktail at the pool bar.
We had a great time and would definitely go back.

Very nice hotel. Normally I would give 5 stars, but due to the behavior of the reception staff it only deserves one. The lady named "Boca" (that's what I heard) is the worst receptionist I have ever seen. We were asked to write our credit card details on a piece of paper to secure the deposit. I refused for security reasons and asked for the appropriate amount to be blocked on my card. that's when it started. First of all, the lady said that she was sorry that in our country we are afraid to give credit card details, secondly, she was very rude and we felt like intruders, she said she don’t trust all hotel guests. I told her to take the deposit from the card and she said that this was not possible and that she would call the manager. After about 20 minutes, when she showed other guests the hotel, it turned out that she could take a deposit from the card. at the end of this story. we were the only ones who didn't receive a welcome drink even though she gave drinks to other guests at the same time. The hotel even writes about a drink on its website. It's a pity that such a nice hotel has such terrible service. I highly do not recommend it.
