For a 4 star hotel, nothing to complain about. Clean rooms, pools & other premises, very friendly staff in reception and breakfast was also nice & fresh. The AC did not work, but this time it did not make a difference. The location is a bit further away from the city center and the coastline (a bit more than a nice walking distance), but a taxi from the hotel to the shore costs around 10 euros and the reception staff can order it for you. The cab comes in around 5-10 minutes. I was very happy with my one night stay.

Recently returned from another fabulous 10 days at Regency Country Club. Ideal location for a quiet relaxing holiday, beautiful balinese decor, warm welcome with complimentary Cava on arrival. Lovely apartment with roof top terrace, large balcony, views over la Gomera. Fabulous pool, no sunbed wars here. Shout out to all the hard working staff, Bruno and all reception team, Layla and pool bar staff, Veronica and Tomasina in the Restaurant, you are all fabulous.

We are currently staying at Regency Country Club and the accommodation does not meet the standard of a 4-star property. From the start of our stay, there were serious hygiene issues, and the room was very cold. We were provided with one very small heater, which was clearly insufficient for the apartment. When we asked for an additional heater, we were told that none were available. During our stay, we also overheard other guests asking for heaters, suggesting this was a known and ongoing issue. What was particularly shocking was the response when we explained that the lack of heating was affecting both our pregnant wife and our young child. When we asked whether the heater should be used in our child’s room or my pregnant wife’s room, staff simply replied: “You choose.” This response showed a complete lack of care or responsibility. The bathroom condition was also unacceptable. We were given a room with a jacuzzi bath in a disgusting state, with heavy limescale buildup, and when showering, debris came out of the jacuzzi jets. Rooms had disgusting hair balls. This raises serious concerns about cleaning standards and maintenance and is entirely inappropriate for any hotel claiming to be 4-star. We were told rooms had been refurbished a year ago...clearly a lie Because of the room layout and non working thermostat, we essentially had to share the bed (32 weeks pregnant wife, my 5yr old and myself), adding further discomfort and stress. All of these issues were reported immediately, yet there was no effective or timely resolution offered. We were not the only guests affected — another family on the same booking also experienced hygiene and room condition issues, suggesting these problems are not isolated. Breakfast options are small and awful with no allergen warnings. Our friends traveling with us has a serious allergy to dairy and staff were unable to respond to ingredients in food. Overall, this property does not conform to 4-star standards in terms of hygiene, comfort, heating, or guest care. Based on our experience, we would not recommend staying here, especially for families or anyone with health considerations

We are presently staying here in a one bedroom apartment, the apartment looks similar to the pics online but the apartment we are in has a extremely small bathroom nothing like the illustrated picture you can only have one person at a time in it, other than that apartment the king bed is ok altho we dont like memory foam mattresses but its ok, there are 2 x tvs one in the bedroom and one in the lounge and both have basic uk channels which is a bonus. The 2 sunloungers are not bad and the large dining table and chairs are good for alfresco meals its nice and quiet and private which we like. We would come again if we could have a larger bathroom.

We stayed in room 700A, 17-20 Dec, and unfortunately the room was in a very poor state of maintenance. As shown in the photos, many elements are damaged or clearly neglected. The maintenance is essentially nonexistent. Several things did not work at all, including the jacuzzi, and others were in visible disrepair. The internet connection is extremely poor: very slow, unstable, and constantly dropping. If you need to work remotely or rely on a stable connection, this is one of the worst places you could choose. On arrival, there were no towels in the room and we had to call reception to have basic items provided. To be clear, the hotel itself is nice, and the room layout is also good in principle. However, the lack of upkeep completely undermines the experience. A nice room without maintenance quickly becomes unacceptable. Breakfast was okay, but nothing memorable. Overall, due to the serious maintenance issues, non-working facilities, and unreliable internet, I cannot recommend this hotel, especially room 700A.
