Beautiful resort in a fabulous location. The staff working here were absolutely incredible. We rented a villa for 4 nights which was beautiful and had a nice view. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a large gap between the sliding glass doors to the patio, which we discovered was the perfect size for large insects to enter our room which was the only downside. The resort itself has steep roads which make it difficult to walk. However, staff provide very prompt shuttle services to help guests navigate the property. Pool was clean and very large. This hotel appeared to have lots of families which wasn't as enjoyable for us as a couple, but that's okay. We loved the staff, and found our stay really nice!

We had an okay stay at Rawi Warin, though overall it felt closer to a 4-star experience rather than a true 5-star. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, and the gym was decent but somewhat outdated. However, our biggest disappointment was the room itself: quite worn and lacking charm, definitely not as appealing as the hotel pictures suggested. Our room was located at the top of the resort, meaning we had to climb multiple flights of stairs—it felt like quite a workout. Although the hotel offers buggy service, there are no elevators, something worth considering if you're traveling with small children or have mobility issues. Checkout was somewhat disorganized; we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our luggage. On the positive side, the pool area and beach were lovely, and the food was tasty, although slightly overpriced.

We loved this place, but I wanted to give a special call out to the breakfast. It's the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, and I am putting that out into the universe! Breakfast is no doubt a subjective beast, but you'd be hard pressed to find fault. Bigger cups and glasses for the juice maybe 😁 Aside from this, the service is exceptional as well. Bring the best of Thailand to you every day. Thanks.

Very beautiful hotel, with good Service. Rooms are big and spacy. Bed is good and everything works. If you will get room from upper part of the hill, prepare to have some exercise. Requires some walking and good legs (238 steps from lobbay to room). If you like relaxing time on Beach, this is Good place for it. The best beach (Klong Nin - my opinion) just 100m away. If you prefer many shopping places, those you need to go look with TukTuk. Local restaurants you can find just walking on beach And the breakfast was the best we have gotten so far in Thailand hotels.

Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel We booked Rawi Warin for a couple gateway and finish our last days of our Thailand trip expecting a luxury 5-star experience, but unfortunately, it falls short and is more of a 4-star hotel at best. The facilities are outdated and in need of serious renovation. You can tell that the hotel has not been properly maintained, and it lacks the modern touch you would expect from a high-end resort. Breakfast was one of the biggest letdowns. It was incredibly crowded, and aside from eggs and pancakes, the only other options were Thai dishes. While I understand offering local cuisine, a true 5-star hotel should cater to a wider range of tastes, especially considering the majority of guests were Eastern European or Russian. The coffee from the machine was terrible, and to make things worse, the bread was old and stale. We even heard other guests complaining that the food was not fresh. This was by far the worst 5-star breakfast I’ve ever had. Another major downside is that this is primarily a family hotel. If you’re a couple looking for a peaceful and romantic getaway, I highly recommend skipping this place. The atmosphere was far from relaxing, and our stay felt stressful rather than enjoyable. Overall, Rawi Warin is not worth the very high premium price we paid. If you’re expecting true 5-star service, luxury, and tranquility, look far elsewhere!!!
