Nice area to live and easy assess to restaurants, bar and shopping malls. Hotel is very clean and quiet to rest even near bars area. Front office manager Ayu and Eunice are very helpful and super sweet. Both gave professional service and sort out out problems with late booking. Need that kind of professional staff everywhere.

I’d rate this hotel a 2/10 — and that’s only for the decent view from the room. Everything else was disappointing. From the start, the toilet seat was stained, and the bathroom was unclean — completely unhygienic. There was no hand soap provided either. The staff, barring a few polite bellboys, were extremely rude and unaccommodating. No one helped us with our luggage during check-in or check-out. When we requested a late checkout, it was denied without any effort to be flexible. Later, when we asked to safely leave our luggage, we were told that if anything goes missing, it’s on us — shocking and unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. To add to that, the food was below average, lacking both quality and taste. Overall, the experience was frustrating, unhygienic, and soulless. This is not what you expect from a Ramada-branded property. Would not recommend, especially for international travelers expecting even basic courtesy and professionalism.

Please beware of this place. It has bed bug infestation. Whichever room you stayed didn't seem to matter. I booked two rooms on two different occasions and both room was full with these pests. I had thought only the first room was affected. Now I think the whole building may be infested. Do note however, I didn't book through official Ramada management but through third-party managed parties. Keep in mind also that bed bugs can travel quite easily within rooms and even within storeys, they can travel through electrical conduits in wall sockets.

Nice location to get to towers and shopping centre . Hotel was just standard . Yes it has roof top pool but the sides of the pool tiles were so dirty . The bathroom grout needs doing as it looks dirty but otherwise ok, only two towels , no hand towels given . View from roof top was nice. Noise from around area can keep you up if you are a light sleeper . Hotel does look over bars and restaurants and music goes on til around 0300

The rooms are spacious, but the service, particularly the employees at the reception, is subpar. On the first day, I overheard them yelling at a customer for simply asking for directions. I also witnessed an employee deny my request to have my luggage brought down. Despite being a four-star establishment, the service is lacking. Even when I inquired about ice and honey to alleviate a minor fall, the response was that I needed to come down. To the management as a piece of advice , in the hospitality business, the most important element is customer service and you guys don’t have the right people!!!
