Seen better days. Furnishings are showing significant wear and tear, and the roof has mold and paint chips. Soundproofing is wholly inadequate: this is a loud area, and the property has taken no steps to insulate against this noise which is expected at this price point. The balcony door was also installed backwards such that it locks from the outside, not in, which is both amusing and an indication of the attention to detail at this property. No bathrobes, slippers, or hand towels. Didn’t get a bath mat until my second day. Pool was nice enough though only a half dozen or so loungers, for a large hotel this was surprising. Plentiful seating at tables and chairs, but this will not be where most guests wish to sit poolside. Rooms have small kitchenettes which is convenient. Not a competitive option in KL considering the bountiful choice at the ~$100 price range.

Li Fi
Great location, 20 minutes walk to Petronas towers, 7 minutes to street food street. Easy to get a Grab everywhere. Spacious rooms, pool bigger than expected. Decent breakfast catered to all tastes. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of bars around, so you can hear some noise at night. But this didn't bother us. Gym was being refurbished which was disappointing.

We were looking for a convenient hotel near the Pavilion mall area and the Jalan Alor food street. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Less then 10 minute gentle walk away. The rooms are good, the AC is cold and the shower water is hot. Expected it to be a bit noisy, but we’re pleasantly surprised, it was very quiet. Stayed for 5 nights. The lady at the reception desk was very kind and helpful when I needed to print a visa document. Her attitude and kindness will be remembered. We will stay here again next time we are back in KL.

I usually never write reviews unless it’s this bad. I hope you guys take the time to read this! The bed sheets were absolutely disgusting! They had yellow and reddish stains everywhere. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned and it wasn’t really sanitized. The toilet roll was halfway used and dirty. There aren’t any tissues or soap to wash our hands with. I don’t like it here and I have to stay here for 5 days. The only thing I like about this place is the pool. There is a lot of unnecessary stuff in the room like a stove and the bathroom is pretty tiny. There is a dining table and a desk and a sofa. They could cut those things out and make it more spacious. A lot of other places could be better than this.This place could have better quality and better bedsheets. Just wish I haven’t booked here. Think before booking, I’m being honest or I wouldn’t have wrote this.

Always stay here like 100 times if i go to bukit bintang. Location is great, food/breakfast is good and the room is the best. Never have any problem when stay here. Recommended for anyone travelling solo, with friends and especially with family. The only thing you need to consider is the noise at night comes from the nearby streets and bars. I have no issue with that because the noise is minimum if you close your doors/windows of your balcony. Very recommended.
