I’d rate this hotel a 2/10 — and that’s only for the decent view from the room. Everything else was disappointing. From the start, the toilet seat was stained, and the bathroom was unclean — completely unhygienic. There was no hand soap provided either. The staff, barring a few polite bellboys, were extremely rude and unaccommodating. No one helped us with our luggage during check-in or check-out. When we requested a late checkout, it was denied without any effort to be flexible. Later, when we asked to safely leave our luggage, we were told that if anything goes missing, it’s on us — shocking and unacceptable for a hotel of this brand. To add to that, the food was below average, lacking both quality and taste. Overall, the experience was frustrating, unhygienic, and soulless. This is not what you expect from a Ramada-branded property. Would not recommend, especially for international travelers expecting even basic courtesy and professionalism.

I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and overall, the experience was okay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful view from our room—it really stood out and made the visit feel special. The location is also great, with the local market just a short walk away. One of the cutest and most unique things about the hotel was their service robot! Whenever we needed something, they sent their bot with the item—it was not only efficient but also super adorable and added a fun touch to our stay. On the downside, the breakfast, which was included in our package, was a bit underwhelming. The taste was average, and the variety of options was quite limited. If you’re looking for a place with a great view, a convenient location, and a touch of tech charm, this hotel is worth considering for a short stay.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at Ramada Suites By Wyndham KLCC! Every promise they made was fulfilled to perfection. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and exuded comfort and style, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The highlight, however, was the pool – it was stunning and impeccably clean, offering a serene spot to unwind with beautiful views. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in KLCC. Ramada Suites truly delivered on every front!

The pros first..the location is excellent n very central with all happening places and important landmarks and tourist places very near to the hotel. Mr Aryan from the ceylon restaurant was a very warm n courteous staff !!sadly that's all for the pros The cons..1.no luggage boy or even a trolley when v checked in n so after a long journey v had to drag our luggage to the rooms. 2 .the cleanliness of the room was not that great. 3.v even had to ask for drinking glasses n then also they just gave 1 with a lot of obligation . 4.the menu is very very restricted with just one restaurant which closes at 9.30 pm with no room service too beyond that time! Vegetarians all the best ..they have very negligible choices for u! 5.the restaurant staff for breakfast will tell u on ur face no cutlery / bowls n to serve all curries n gravies in ur plate ..how civilized is that right..having said that a special mention to Mr Aryan ..a very polite n warm waiter at the restaurant..thanks to him I got some decent vegetarian meal..:)

A lovely hotel, but it is a real shame as we intended to do some light cooking as the hotel provides a hob, but they do not provide any pans/cooking utensils to enable you to cook with. We asked about theses and the Manager said that people normally bring their own, we are long term travelling and booked the room because of the cooking facilities - it did not occur that we would have to bring our own to cook with. Such a shame, as we thought the hotel was good.
