I had an absolutely delightful stay at Ramada Suites By Wyndham KLCC! Every promise they made was fulfilled to perfection. The room was immaculate, well-maintained, and exuded comfort and style, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.
The highlight, however, was the pool – it was stunning and impeccably clean, offering a serene spot to unwind with beautiful views. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that every need was met promptly.
Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in KLCC. Ramada Suites truly delivered on every front!

Seen better days. Furnishings are showing significant wear and tear, and the roof has mold and paint chips. Soundproofing is wholly inadequate: this is a loud area, and the property has taken no steps to insulate against this noise which is expected at this price point. The balcony door was also installed backwards such that it locks from the outside, not in, which is both amusing and an indication of the attention to detail at this property.
No bathrobes, slippers, or hand towels. Didn’t get a bath mat until my second day.
Pool was nice enough though only a half dozen or so loungers, for a large hotel this was surprising. Plentiful seating at tables and chairs, but this will not be where most guests wish to sit poolside.
Rooms have small kitchenettes which is convenient.
Not a competitive option in KL considering the bountiful choice at the ~$100 price range.

Had a mixed experience, but honestly, it didn’t live up to what I expected for the price I paid. I felt it was pretty pricey and not value for money. There’s no concierge service, so you’re stuck hauling your own luggage around. On the bright side, it’s in a great spot close to restaurants and lively areas. Just a heads up, it might take 15-20 minutes for a Grab to pick you up as there is always traffic jam.

We recently stayed in this hotel for 5 days and it was a worst experience. There is literally no " customer service". There is no conceirge and you need to carry your own luggage to the room..there was some renovation work going on..so it was looking messy...staffs were really rude and does not support any requests..they don't have an in house restaurent and breakfast is served in an open area in 9th floor which is average..
Swimming pool is good and location is good in terms of access to nearby attractions..
Overall, its too pricey and definitely cannot be in 4 star category...please don't go for it and waste your money.
