We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are super nice, very clean, and comfortable. The city view from the room was great. The staff is polite and helpful. A special mention to Mr.Farrihin, who was very good-natured, supportive, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the service and hospitality were excellent. The only drawback was that there were extremely limited vegetarian options in the breakfast buffet and even that tasted bad. Adding more vegetarian choices would make the experience even better.

My stay at Ramada Suites KLCC was fantastic from start to finish. The location alone is a huge plus—right in the Bukit Bintang area, with easy access to food, malls, and nightlife, yet the hotel still feels quiet and comfortable once you’re inside. From the moment I arrived, the staff made everything smooth especially Ms Ayunani Harif and Mr Lawrence. Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient, and I immediately felt welcome. The team at the front desk were always cheerful and ready to help or assisting with small requests. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a modern design and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping kept everything spotless throughout my stay. What truly made the stay memorable was the combination of comfort, convenience and excellent service. For the price and location, it’s honestly one of the best values in KL. I would definitely stay at Ramada Suites KLCC again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—whether for business, a couple’s getaway or a family trip. Again Thank you all staff and credit goes to Ms Ayu.

The best part of the stay was Joey, the AI housekeeping assistant.. we enjoyed interacting with it. The front desk staff were good and prompt. The housekeeping staff who came to clean the room was efficient. We were in room 13A21, from 23rd till 27th Dec. The only let down was the staff and service in the restaurant called Ceylon house. It is not part of Ramada but it was the only restaurant option in the hotel. Their breakfast buffet was ok but the staff were not professional enough. Hotel location was good, close to the shopping malls and streets. The reception area was neat.

Stayed for 2 nite at KLCC Premium Queen Bed One Bukit Ceylon (found it at Agoda, booked through AAMove) and the experience was awesome. The room was clean, water heater worked really well, AC was soooo fine. I booked the Triple Room and the bed was sooo comfortable for rest on after walking all day. The location is whitin walking distance to Alor and Bukit Bintang and also close to the MRT/LRT/Monorail stations. The neighborhood is always lively at night so it feel safe even if you walk around till midnight. The host was really responsive, I needed a towel at night and they provided it immediately. Such a nice stay! Thank youuuu 🫶🏻

Nice Experience! - Stay during Deepavali holiday. - Since the room is considered a 'suite' it is suitable for a small family, complete with an outside sink, dining table, sofa and coffee table. - There is a small balcony. From my room I can see the beautiful Menara 118 at night. - Friendly and helpful staff, even though they are really difficult to be contacted by phone or WhatsApp - The lobby is quite small compared to other 4 star hotels. (in terms of waiting area) - But once you check in, there are many lounges especially on level 9. - The breakfast is just average, you easily get bored of being in the restaurant after only 10 minutes because of the lack of food options. - The distance to the Monorail and MRT stations is 600 meters. It is bearable for young people. - There are several outside restaurants to choose from, but for a Malaysians like me, I 'skip' eating in this area because it doesn't suit Malaysian tastes. Its more cater the tourist.
