Great location, 20 minutes walk to Petronas towers, 7 minutes to street food street. Easy to get a Grab everywhere. Spacious rooms, pool bigger than expected. Decent breakfast catered to all tastes. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of bars around, so you can hear some noise at night. But this didn't bother us. Gym was being refurbished which was disappointing.

I usually never write reviews unless it’s this bad. I hope you guys take the time to read this! The bed sheets were absolutely disgusting! They had yellow and reddish stains everywhere. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned and it wasn’t really sanitized. The toilet roll was halfway used and dirty. There aren’t any tissues or soap to wash our hands with. I don’t like it here and I have to stay here for 5 days. The only thing I like about this place is the pool. There is a lot of unnecessary stuff in the room like a stove and the bathroom is pretty tiny. There is a dining table and a desk and a sofa. They could cut those things out and make it more spacious. A lot of other places could be better than this. This place could have better quality and better bedsheets. Just wish I haven’t booked here. Think before booking, I’m being honest or I wouldn’t have wrote this.

I am disappointed with my overall experience at this hotel. The breakfast primarily caters to Indian cuisine, and the room itself was old with worn-out amenities. The only positive aspect of this place is its location, with many excellent restaurants located within just 100-200 meters. It is surprising to think that this hotel is rated as a 4-star establishment; it may meet criteria but it sure doesn’t look like one. Based solely on location, I would rate it as a 2-star hotel.

Been there twice so far.
Good service and near rooms.
Can’t complain much.
It is close to shops and restaurants.
Pavilion is at a walking distance along with some other shopping centres and fast food places.
Easy to get a taxi/grab.
Great for families with kids.
