I usually never write reviews unless it’s this bad. I hope you guys take the time to read this! The bed sheets were absolutely disgusting! They had yellow and reddish stains everywhere. The bathrooms weren’t cleaned and it wasn’t really sanitized. The toilet roll was halfway used and dirty. There aren’t any tissues or soap to wash our hands with. I don’t like it here and I have to stay here for 5 days. The only thing I like about this place is the pool. There is a lot of unnecessary stuff in the room like a stove and the bathroom is pretty tiny. There is a dining table and a desk and a sofa. They could cut those things out and make it more spacious. A lot of other places could be better than this.This place could have better quality and better bedsheets. Just wish I haven’t booked here. Think before booking, I’m being honest or I wouldn’t have wrote this.

The whole building strongly needs a complete renovation! It's a very old tower and it seems they never re-invested some money to keep it in a good condition. Wherever you go, you can see its best days are over. The pool area looks so abandoned, the paint is going off the wall everywhere, the gym is very old. The apartment itself was a complete mess. The TV didn't work. Sofa is falling apart. You don't want to use the dirty chairs in the room. Traces of cigarette butts. Very noisy in the night time, the doors are zero sound proof, you will here every guest talking outside. Maybe it's a choice for one night for some backpackers, but if you want to relax and have a good time you should avoid this place! I'm staying in KL quite regularly and like to try out different places every time, but this was the worst experience ever and the worst value for money. You easily can find much better accommodations in KL for the same money. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Only here for a couple of days but we were given a room which had been surface cleaned but was filthy in several areas. Bedsheets were stained and there was years of dust on higher surfaces as well as questionable stains on doors, walls and work tops. We were switched quite quickly though and the second room is actually clean! Really annoying that there is a small step into each suite from the corridor and one out of the bathroom. No need for steps in hotel rooms unless guests love tripping over themselves every 2 minutes. We used room service too which was cheap for hotel food but the spice level was insane. Butter chicken should not be too hot to eat and we both love spice but couldn't finish the food. Beer is cheap but you need to go down to the lobby to get it yourself. The location is excellent and the staff are very helpful

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. The concierge is very friendly. The suite was huge, with a complete living room and a separate bed room with a king bed. Shower, bathtub maybe a bit dated. But clean and the hot water didn't ran out. Amazing view all over KL. Nice location. Every thing is in walking distance. I enjoyed staying here for 3 days. Oh and the price! So cheap.

Arrived today Unfortunately had to pull our own bags up the stairs-no assistance. Also, no welcome drink on check-in and no porter to assist- took our own bags up to our room. Check-in was very quick, we came early so left bags in lobby and returned at 3 to check-in. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room is very spacious and clean. Location is good, not far from sight-seeing. First night tonight, will update further after I check out in 3 days time.
