We stayed at this hotel for a week in May 2025. Pros: The quality and variety of meals were good. The pools were very clean. The staff were polite and respectful. Cons: Housekeeping was very poor. Room cleaning was limited to replenishing bottled water, shampoo, tissues, and making the bed. The room floor and bathroom were full of hair, and only after five direct requests did someone finally come to clean it. You have to specifically request for the bed sheets to be changed. There are no slippers provided in the bathroom. The sofas and chairs in the café where ice cream and desserts were served were very dirty.

I visited your hotel with my wife and 5 year old child 2 weeks ago, it was my first time here. The hotel was very clean and the view from our room was magnificent. It would have been nice if the hotel staff was a little more cheerful, but the food and variety of food were plentiful and delicious. The animation team at the hotel entertains people very well, we were very pleased with Deniz who works in the kids section, my daughter loved it very much, she still hasn't forgotten her name, that's why I was going to give the hotel 4 stars in the rating, but I'm giving it 5 stars because of the kids animation section.....

I had a wonderful experience at the Aura Spa in Ramada Resort Hotel. Spa Manager Mr. Ali was incredibly professional and welcoming he truly made me feel special. He pays great attention to detail and clearly values guest satisfaction. Therapist Debby was amazing; her therapy left me feeling completely relaxed both physically and mentally. With its peaceful atmosphere and high-quality service, Aura Spa is definitely a place I’d love to visit again. Many thanks to the whole team!

2nd time coming here. Not as good as the first time. Upon welcome we had no information passed, towel cards etc. Rooms cleaned twice in the week, so same towels and low on toilet roll constantly. Pool area was great, and the entertainment team were fabulous. Coco was great. We had a late flight back and tried to get the room until 3-4pm and told by Reception that the charge is 55 euros, got no better from Guest Relations either. This time we leave with a different outlook on the hotel. It is a shame as it is nicely located. Won't be back for a 3rd visit.

We stayed here as a family of 6 and had 2 rooms booked but asked to have a large family room so we could all be together and the reception kindly did this the day after and was a lot better, overall amazing experience the kids club was awesome, the food was great for choice. Would definitely recommend
