A very very lovely resort for a family holiday. The staff are really polite and lovely, they make a really welcome atmosphere for our family especially the kids. The food is tasty and the pools are nice. The only thing is the beach is not beside the resort, you need to take a shuttle. However the beach is not the sandy beach, full of rocks...not very nice. However, the resort itself is very very good. The spa is nice and the photo shooting is cheap, and can really create a nice family memory.

Personally would rate this hotel a 3/5… the hotel was nice but was not 4 or 5 star.
The bedroom we had was a side sea view upgraded room which had a nice balcony leading to a larger balcony just for the people on that floor which was nice.
The bedroom itself was nice and spacious but the cleanliness when we arrived was not great, there were stains and holes in the bedding and rubbish left over on the floor and the floor was also dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly.
We upgraded the room which wasn’t cheap hoping for a better experience but ended up being worse… there was entertainment every night 7 days of the week at 10pm until 11 pm roughly 100 metres from that section of the hotel and was decent when you went to the entertainment but awful if you wanted a early night or had to be up early for any activity’s outside the hotel as it was extremely loud.
The reps at the hotel were also nice and friendly but could be a little too much at times, they were very pushy and at times didn’t know when to leave you alone.
The food was all you can eat and was buffet style, had a variety of different foods which most was nice but some was also very heavy on the salt and oil. The staff around the restaurant were very friendly and efficient.
Last thing is the shops/Spa, we first went to the spa and was choosing between a 40 pound 30 minute spa or a 60 minute 80 pound spa. We chose the 30 minute spa and was asked why not the 60 minute one and we replied it was too expensive and within 10 seconds of saying that was changed to a 60 minute spa for 50 pounds… the hotel spa and shops try to rip you off even though they are in the hotel so please be careful and attempt to barter before just spending there.

We came here as a family of 7. We had 2 rooms, one for grandparents and one for me, my husband and 3 boys. The rooms were amazing and very clean. The pools were great for all the kids, they loved the slides and the indoor pool was a plus with it being around 40 degrees it was nice to be able to get out of the sun and still swim. The pools are also great with all ages and abilities, and there are lifeguards on duty.
The whole resort was very clean, and considering how big the resort is and how many people are staying, they always seemed to keep it clean.
Now on to the food, the snacks in the day were great, and the kids always had something to eat from burgers, pizza, hot dogs, chips, pancakes, ice cream, they loved it. However, the restaurant was a letdown. My husband and I are not fussy eaters at all, but I found I was struggling to find much I liked. If something looked nice when you actually tasted it, it was not how you expected it to taste. Even the breakfast was a letdown, from hard beans to soggy milky scrambled eggs. Me and the kids chose to skip breakfast in the end and eat mainly from the snack bars.
The other issues with the restaurant were lack of tables, service was slow, and you were lucky if you got even one drink served to the table some nights. The whole restaurant was hot but we found the best tables were indoors but you were lucky if you managed to get one in there. The other real problem was the cats, we are animal lovers and I have no problem with eating where cats are walking around while I'm eating but there were planters used as barriers in the restaurant and the cats were digging out the stones and pooing in there right in front of you while you was eating. Then flies were landing on the poo and then on your food.
I told sereval members of staff, but they did not seem to care. This could easily have been sorted by taking the planters out.
The entertainment was really good the whole day was music, playing games we even had a foam party one day. Every night there was entertainment on and the shows were really good from acrobatics to circus and the fire show was out of this world we really enjoyed it.
On a whole we enjoyed our holiday and that's why I've given it 4 stars however, the food was a real let down, which is such a shame as the staff serving do a really good job in the hot understaffed conditions they are working in.

Hotel is nice but not 5. Starts, it is let down by the food, which is just above average. not enough sun beds , so you have to wake up at 7:30 to reserve sun beds which I’m against this idea, but the first day we ended up without any sun bed until 5:30 pm !! swimming pool don’t seems to be that clean or clear water !

It’s basically a cruise ship on land. Everything is there. There is optional dining and swimming areas for family and adults. A little shopping if you like. Good prices and quality on leather goods :) Private beach access via shuttle. Good location.
