The facilities are generally quite clean and the staff are on the large friendly and helpful. There is great variety of food on the main meals, but the snacks are pizza, chips and burgers on repeat. I found all the drinks (soft and alcoholic) to be awful. Shout out to the kids club team - Nur and Maria, they try very hard. Overall a nice experience and I would stay again owing to the cleanliness and freshness of the food.

Just spent a week here and feel like I need another holiday. Not a fussy eater, in fact love Turkish food but spent the whole week hungry. Food is so bad. Tipped cleaners to clean room and all that was done was bed was made, no fresh towels, no bins emptied. Found staff to be quite abrupt and unfriendly, especially considering it was my son’s birthday, walking around with a badge and balloon and NOBODY wished him a happy birthday. Also reserved a table in the restaurant for 15 on his birthday, when we arrived to the restaurant they was completely unaware and made no celebration for him. Saw three fights during our stay and my 9 year old son, who cannot swim, was also held under the water in the kids pool by three 15 year olds, after they had been being really nasty to him, all of which was seen by the lifeguard, made a complaint and nothing was done about it. Also, when making a complaint about the fact my child was almost killed in the kids pool the lovely lady at guest relations suggested I check out and find somewhere better to stay! Saw two women on two separate occasions vomitting all over the sun beds and no staff came to clean it. Stayed in 5* hotels all over turkey and the world and have never seen anything like this, a very poor three star in comparison to other hotels. I don’t understand how people return to this place, it was shocking. Can’t wait to get home!!!

The hotel is a bit out the way of the city but is a nice walk with beautiful views. Plenty of buses and taxis. The hotel itself is amazing with lush amenities. Three pools including an adult only and an indoor one which is located in the spa. Turkish baths, sauna and steam room is included in the all inclusive packages, and there's a range of treatments including facials and massage for additional charges, we went slightly out of season so they were happy to give us a good discount. There are lots of onsite shops selling everything from snacks to clothes and shoes, but cheaper prices can be found in the city of you don't mind the walk. There are love shows and entertainment every night which was amazing! Animation team are fantastic, and very good at getting everyone involved. Only thing I'd say was a down side was there was little for 'tweenagers' to do as the mini club only goes upto 12 years and the older entertainment is from 16 years which is a shame.

Wow I’m just home from spending a week in this amazing hotel, myself and my family and friends had the best holiday. Staff were just amazing, so friendly and helpful. Entertainment was brilliant, and the entertainment staff were great fun and so nice. Spent time chatting and playing with the kids. We loved the shows. Food was delicious with plenty to choose from. Icecream and sweat treats served all day which kids loved. The pool was great, with planty of sun loungers. Our room was lovely and spotless with a fantastic view of the pool area and sea. We can’t wait to come back next year.

3rd time to Turkey and always go to different areas/hotels. This could have been the best of them all but a few things were a let down. It was mostly positive and I did enjoy my time here. Went the second week of April and lucky with the weather as sunny with blue skies the whole week. The rooms are nice and spacious. It seems due to the design nearly all rooms get a sea view and the sun setting. Everything seemed fairly new in room and clean on arrival. Even had decent free WiFi. Oh nearly forgot but the shower was amazing just because of the pressure. Never felt that level of water pressure from a shower that I even had to turn it down a bit... Everything was very good with room the only let down was housekeeping. It was all a bit random some days the bin wasn't emptied to the point it was overflowing. It didn't seem to be cleaned or replinshed often as thought, we would use the kettle for the second time and realised no milk/whitener. Also paper cups in room not great if you do want a tea or coffee. The last 2 places we went to the fridge would also get stocked daily with soft drinks/beer, here you have to pay if you want mini bar replinshed. Facilities good, kids pool, slides, indoor pool and even a quieter aduts pool if you want to just relax without all the noise and splashing. A couple of snacks places outside doing burgers, pizza etc. Main restaurant not too bad could get repetitive if you staying for longer periods. Nothing outstanding but a fair selection and better than average desserts in the evening. The bar said it was 24 hours never stayed up long enough to find out and drinks ok but not really a drinker nowadays. Also the coffee shop was the best I have used experienced from any hotel that I can remember. As they actually make whichever type of coffee you want from proper machines as you would see in coffee shops back home. Even the filter coffee at breakfast was good. Activities during the day and entertainment in the evening, also kids club, mini disco for the younger ones. They do have a beach area from I understand but not attached to the hotel and also closed. Only opens from May and offer bus to get there. It's not near the main part of town but get bus or taxi for cheap. Think the public bus is around 50p. Or a 20to25 minute walk with nice scenery along route. They do have shops on site but as normal expect to pay more, however not ridiculous prices on some things, my wife actually picked a handbag cheaper than the shops in town Overall a vey good hotel but could have great if it wasnt for the small let downs. For the price paid would return and still recommend it.
