First time visiting Thailand and we stayed here during the first week of our trip on October 2025. Everything was perfect, from the spacious room, location, variety of food and, most importantly, the happy hour drinks! Staff were also very friendly, accomodating and hospitable. The all-inclusive package was more than enough; going outside the resort was really just an option rather than a necessity. The hotel has a gym, spa and daily activities that keep you busy every day. On some nights, they host buffet dinners with live performances such as fire shows and traditional cultural dances. We opted in for one of their romantic dinner packages and it was a night to remember, they did such a great job with the set up. The resort is within walking distance (or you can use the bikes they provide) to Bang Niang Market for souvenir shopping. They definitely set the bar high, as no other cities in Thailand we visited in the next few weeks matched the level of hospitality we experienced here. Can’t wait to bring my parents next time! I don’t even know where to begin. We booked this trip as an extended family getaway and we were given the best holiday we could ask for. All the staff were absolutely outstanding, welcoming, kind and hospitable. A few that really stood out to us were Joy, Pop, Axe and Tony. There’s no better feeling than running into these wonderful people around the resort and feeling like they were family. All the staff got to know us so well after such a short period of time and went above and beyond to remember the small details we liked such as table seating arrangements, favourite drinks, room number, pool towel preferences ect. Our rooms were always perfectly clean and tidy. Our two young girls loved coming in to our rooms to find their teddies placed on the bed every day. The pool and beach were so beautiful and well kept. The pool bar staff were so fun and friendly and made a great DJ too! I feel incredibly sad to be leaving but I know it won’t be long until we book another stay at Ramada. We won’t be looking anywhere else to stay in Thailand that’s for sure. I couldn’t recommend Ramada more highly. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for everything you guys did to make it the holiday of a lifetime.

Great hotel — small and cozy, yet very well organized. Everything is clean and well maintained, and you can clearly see the strong management behind it. The staff deserves special praise: very friendly and professional, with excellent English. At check-in, they asked about food allergies and took the time to explain and show everything in detail. Prices at the restaurant and bar are quite reasonable. There are many shops, cafés, and massage salons near the hotel, which is definitely a plus. As for the downsides, the rooms could use some renovation — it’s noticeable that the hotel is not brand new. However, this did not affect our overall experience at all.

I don't often write reviews, but the staff at the Ramada Resort Khao Lok were so fantastic I will gladly take a minute to show my appreciation and gratitude for my wonderful stay here. The rooms themselves are perhaps a bit dated, but perfectly clean and functional. The pool and beach are just absolutely lovely. The breakfast buffet is the best I had in my month of traveling in SE Asia. But the staff... I don't know what to say. From checking in and being escorted to our room, breakfast staff greeting us warmly and friendly every morning, housekeeping being so friendly and thoughtful, and currently in a hotel van being driven to the airport by the most professional, friendly, and courteous driver I could have hoped for. Just blown away by how perfect our stay was. Some resorts pour on the courtesy a little too much and either feels smothering or fake. Not here. Genuine smiles, genuine desire to help however they can. We will 100% return to this resort on future trips.

Very peaceful, no fighting for sunbeds :) It's located on a nice beach and very well-maintained. The restaurant serves delicious dishes, beautifully representing Italian, German, Thai, and European cuisine. The staff is always smiling and very enthusiastic. Big rooms, just a water in a small fridge but and a wide selection of drinks at the bars. Few step away from street full of shops:) 4 days in a week a big local market on main road.
