Great hotel — small and cozy, yet very well organized. Everything is clean and well maintained, and you can clearly see the strong management behind it. The staff deserves special praise: very friendly and professional, with excellent English. At check-in, they asked about food allergies and took the time to explain and show everything in detail. Prices at the restaurant and bar are quite reasonable. There are many shops, cafés, and massage salons near the hotel, which is definitely a plus. As for the downsides, the rooms could use some renovation — it’s noticeable that the hotel is not brand new. However, this did not affect our overall experience at all.

I don’t even know where to begin. We booked this trip as an extended family getaway and we were given the best holiday we could ask for. All the staff were absolutely outstanding, welcoming, kind and hospitable. A few that really stood out to us were Joy, Pop, Axe and Tony. There’s no better feeling than running into these wonderful people around the resort and feeling like they were family. All the staff got to know us so well after such a short period of time and went above and beyond to remember the small details we liked such as table seating arrangements, favourite drinks, room number, pool towel preferences ect. Our rooms were always perfectly clean and tidy. Our two young girls loved coming in to our rooms to find their teddies placed on the bed every day. The pool and beach were so beautiful and well kept. The pool bar staff were so fun and friendly and made a great DJ too! I feel incredibly sad to be leaving but I know it won’t be long until we book another stay at Ramada. We won’t be looking anywhere else to stay in Thailand that’s for sure. I couldn’t recommend Ramada more highly. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for everything you guys did to make it the holiday of a lifetime.

We left yesterday after a 5 night stay with our children, aged 9 and 13. It is up there with the best hotels we have stayed at. The hotel is on the smaller size, so nice to let your children have a bit of freedom without feeling anxious!! The staff where all so nice and polite, the food was brilliant, lovely beach, facilities where great. All in all, one of our favourite hotels, would definitely recommend and would also return tomorrow if I could!

I booked the Ramada as I’m a 58 year old female, travelling solo. I liked the look & sound of the hotel when I was doing my research. The hotel exceeded my expectations. My first impression when I arrived was of cleanliness & professionalism. The two ladies on reception, in particular Tim were very kind & welcoming. I was shown to my room & it had just been refurbished & everything looked clean & new. I had a lovely sea view & the air conditioning was very welcome. Breakfast was amazing! Again all of the staff were so friendly & caring. The choice of breakfast was immense & the fresh fruit choice was vast. Every palate was catered for. The pool was warm & very clean, there were inflatables & floating bean beds. From the pool, you walked straight onto a lovely sandy beach & there were many sunbeds with a comfy topper + parasol. The restaurant (Sassi’s) served throughout the day & came to life in the evening with a varied menu & on some nights, entertainment. I got to know the manager & one lady in particular, Byte. She looked after me & we had many conversations. I decided to opt for the al a carte menu for my stay as I felt more comfortable eating in the restaurant as I was on my own, the food was delicious. I used the gym on several occasions & the spa too. I really enjoyed my holiday in Khao Lak & went on many tours. When I return, I will stay at the Ramada again. Wonderful 😊

Yu Fa

Great hotel and resort, large pool, beautiful nearly private beach. Great for families or couples. Good location near shops, restaurants and the night market. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, bottled water supplied to the room every day.
