Just came back from 1 week holiday here. First time to this area and was very impressed. Have travelled to Turkey quite a bit and this hotel is definitely in the top 3 we've been to. Can't fault anything at all, couple of little things didn't suit us but was still bearable. The choice of food compared to other hotels I've been to was a little repetitive but I'm aware this could change towards the start of may, wasn't a big issue. The other little thing was the only bar open at night was quote small and not a lot of seating, but again this could possibly change towards the start of May. Overall staff very friendly and always willing to help. Quality of food very good. Entertainment staff very entertaining. Rooms and facilities very good for the price we paid. Will definitely be back.

stayed in room 7212 on 1st April 2024. checked in at 21:30. we asked if its still possible to have dinner, and reception were very helpful and packed meals for us to take to our room. room was very nice, own fridge/freezer which was very handy. It seems there was too much furniture in the living room, and my youngest child said she felt uncomfortable because of it. I moved one low table to the side to make more space. I was fasting so thought my stay will be difficult here,but all inclusive meals made things very easy. massive buffet selections. food was delicious. kids enjoyed the ice cream and swim pools. the kids club was lovely, the staff Rose and Meliye did excellent job keeping kids entertained with activities. my only disappointment was to hear that the hotels private beach and shuttle bus service was closed, and reopens 1st May 2024. nearest beach is about 5 minutes by taxi, bus, otherwise its a 25 minute walk. It's quite a remote location, would have to travel about 10-15 minutes to get into town. the security outside hotel were helpful when I was arguing with some crooked taxi driver from town. I would recommend people take bus to avoid getting scammed by taxis. We had a late flight, so glad checkout time was 12pm. were told it would be 45 euros if we wanted a late checkout. I was also quoted 100 euros for a 1 way airport transfer, which I thought extremely expensive. I wish the security would try and move on any anti social guests. lot of screaming and silly behavior from some guests on the ground floor(poolside areas) while people are trying to sleep at night. but overall had an enjoyable experience thanks to the friendly staff.

Amazing food, amazing facility, amazing all inclusive package and for an amazing price. Only 2 things did annoy me a little bit. First one the pool isn’t heated, it’s almost ice cold. That did disappoint me a lot because I love pools especially in the heat to cool you off but in these pools you would almost freeze inside. Second point is that the beach isn’t very near to the hotel. In some sites it is stated that you could reach the beach by foot but unless you want to walk 20-25 minutes to the beach it isn’t reachable by foot. I’m not a big beach guy that’s why that wasn’t so important but it may be w good information for others. But other than those points for the price you pay i don’t think you will ever find a hotel like this in turkey. Just remember the points about the pool and beach before you’re booking.

Overall not too bad, some staff are not great or helpful. Entertainment staff are fantastic and really get the place going at night. Food was average but the queues were far too long so food was cold. They need a larger serving area for the capacity. Jacuzzi wasn't heated so freezing, staff kept saying they were putting it on but never did. I'd still go back though

We have stayed at this hotel as a tour group from South Africa (Marius Du Plooy Tours) and had a really great time. The food was excellent and a lot of choices for all cultures and tastes. The rooms was comfortable and cosy. Also good value for money. I will highly recommend this hotel.
