I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. From start to finish, everything was perfect. Every request or concern I had was taken seriously and handled with great care, and I felt incredibly well supported throughout my stay. Even after check-out, the staff also gave me helpful information and advice for the rest of my travels, which I truly appreciated. The entire team was unbelievably kind and welcoming. I felt completely taken care of in every way. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Recommended hotel if you are planning to have a good relaxation and family time. Suitable for couples too as this hotel provides good ambience and high class resort kind of feelings with affordable price. Miss Wisni was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The only limitation in this hotel is that the pool closes early at 9pm. It will be great if it was a little longe. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely comeback here.

I only stayed 2 nights but was instantly delighted with the hotel - great facilities and a comfortable clean room. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and at home. The food is fantastic, and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and laid back. Perfect for a quick work visit. Many thanks to Amanda, and the whole team who were so polite. Would love to come back again, and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a true Bali experience!

Definitely worth a stay. The rooms are big, clean and most of all very quiet. The pool was quite big and not crowded. The staff is your helpfull and friendly. Thanks to Amanda for hosting us. Food in the restaurant is served quickly, affordable and delicious.

We had the best time here! The service is the best out of all the resorts we’ve stayed at in Bali. The buffet breakfast is delicious, the pool was large and clean, and the food was the best part. The workers are so friendly, especially Diah who made our stay wonderful! She showed us some of the best locations around the area and made our trip truly memorable.
