Dian was absolutely amazing. Super helpful and understanding. We had an unusually request for baby’s food but dian and all other staff was so so so lovely to help us with a big smile. It has been an amazing trip to Bali. We came here for 8 nights at Ramada Encore Seminyak. The service was better than we expected. All staff go out of their way to make it very special. Was celebrating my husbands special birthday and they ensured to make it very special. From reception staff to pool attended to restaurant area all are fab. Dian especially in the restaurant area became our friend.Dian made us feel like VIPs. Is also such a lovely person. Nothing was too much for the staff. Dian made the best cappuccino. Would recommend staying here and we Will be back one day x

Our stay at Ramada was lovely. Stay with my family and friends for 5 days. Room are clean, big, and comfy. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of menu. The service was truly exceptional. 5 star hospitality. Wisni was very helpful and kind. The housekeeping teams also good and kind. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We needed a last-minute place to stay after our Airbnb fell through, and this hotel definitely did the job. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for the night. True service was especially great — big shoutout to Wisni at the lobby, who was incredibly helpful with all our questions and our checkout procedure. Overall, a really good experience and we were glad to have stayed here.

Ramada is honestly renouned for its hospitality! Dian 5 star , Darma 5.5 star, Diah 5star, Rishta 5 star !!n the resturant are always smiling and accommadating to our needs each time. Overall, the staff were all lovely! The rooms need abit more work on the cleaniness especially the towels. The in room dining experience food wise was better than eating in the resturant itself! Reception staff especially Martina 5 star was very polite and helpful. We stayed few nights here , i wpuld highly recommend the chefs change up the breakfast buffet each day...to give guests more variety. We enjoyed our time at this hotel. I would give it a low 4/5. If the rooms were more cleaner and food was better ..then i would have scored more.
