Have been staying at Ramada Encore for the past week and have 1 more week to go. The hotel is clean, food is not only delicious but very well priced. All the staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable, I love seeing their smiley faces in the mornings. A huge thank you and big mention to Dian and Junie whom we've interacted with the most, their attentiveness to our comfort was implacable. Highly recommend Ramada Encore to anyone looking for a well priced hotel.

It has been an amazing trip to Bali. We came here for 8 nights at Ramada Encore Seminyak. The service was better than we expected. All staff go out of their way to make it very special. Was celebrating my husbands special birthday and they ensured to make it very special. From reception staff to pool attended to restaurant area all are fab. Dian especially in the restaurant area became our friend.Dian made us feel like VIPs. Is also such a lovely person. Nothing was too much for the staff. Dian made the best cappuccino. Would recommend staying here and we Will be back one day x

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore! The service was truly exceptional — a special thanks to Dian and Sri for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail. They really made my stay feel special! The staff overall were very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options every morning. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The room are wide, neat and super great. But the special thing in this hotel is the staffs. They are so friendly, helpfull and cheerful. They are so nice even with us who are locals, especially Ms. Wisni and Mr. Kadek. Nice experience, such an outstanding service from Ramada Encore 😍

Dian was absolutely amazing. Super helpful and understanding. We had an unusually request for baby’s food but dian and all other staff was so so so lovely to help us with a big smile.
