We had a wonderful experience during our 10 day stay. The hotel staff in particular made our stay most enjoyable- so polite, friendly and super helpful. Dian at the dining area was exceptional, looked after us and remembered us each time we saw her thank you Dian. Our family suite was amazing and room cleaning exceptional. Again, amazing and friendly staff, I wish I could thank everyone individually but u don’t know their names 😞 Thank you to the young man who asked every day if we wanted our room serviced- again, so polite and helpful. The pool was beautiful, the breakfast top class. I loved the live music twice a week. Thank you everyone for an amazing stay. We will be back ☺️

Smooth check in procedures with detailed explanation about the hotel. Request for a large bed and was honoured. Room was quite spacious for the price. However it’s kinda dates. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking and the toilet’s cleanliness could have been better. Shower head was a mess as I had to hold the shower head all the time!! Holder was too high and at a fixed position. Smart TV with netflix/youtube/amazon prime was a a plus point!! Room was just next to the staff office which is a distraction. Location of the hotel is away from the busy streets!

On arrival we found that our room had only two single beds and we were a family of two adults and a 9-year-old which wasn’t going to work for us. I had made the booking through booking.com and entered all of our details of the people coming and we arrived at 10 pm to be told there is nothing they can do and that we would need to pay for an upgrade which left us not feeling very looked after by the hotel manager that night untold we should go back to booking.com. The Ramada could’ve looked after us better on arrival. The buffet breakfast was pretty good. The rooms were clean. All of the staff were fantastic and I was pretty impressed with the Gym there overall pretty good value for money and I would’ve given a higher star rating if we hadn’t not looked after on arrival.

Very clean, lovely facilities. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Had a young lass Chelsea serve us on our first night and she was amazing. Pool is delightful. Some things are a bit pricey for Bali but it is a resort. Food is fantastic, especially the breakfast. Spa massage was so good but more expensive than in town. Was disappointed that the Bintang buckets was only the standard Bintang and not the low alcohol lemon one. Another server that had exceptional service was Dian.

We had a fantastic stay at Ramada Encore Seminyak! The hotel is well-located, with spacious rooms, great facilities, and a beautiful lagoon-style pool. It’s great for families, offering a relaxed atmosphere and excellent amenities. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff—always warm, friendly, and eager to help. Their hospitality made the experience even more special. The breakfast was delicious, and the free shuttle to Seminyak Square was a great bonus. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hotel with top-notch service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
