I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff name DIAN were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. The location was also convenient — close to restaurants, and beach club. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and tasted fresh every day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely worth the price. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

This was an unacceptable and extremely frustrating experience, completely unworthy of a so-called 4-star hotel. The entire water supply of the hotel was shut down, leaving guests without water in rooms, bathrooms, or common areas. This is not a minor inconvenience — it makes the hotel uninhabitable. What made the situation worse was the utter lack of accountability and communication from the management. Staff had no answers, no updates, and no estimated time for restoration. Guests were left guessing for hours with zero transparency or concern for comfort. Despite charging full price, the hotel failed to provide the most basic necessity — water. No proper alternatives, no contingency plan, and no compensation or apologies offered proactively. This reflects gross mismanagement and poor operational standards. For a Ramada-branded property, this is embarrassing. If basic infrastructure cannot be maintained or communicated properly, this hotel should not be marketing itself as a 4-star property. I strongly do not recommend staying here until management addresses these serious issues.

It has been an amazing trip to Bali. We came here for 8 nights at Ramada Encore Seminyak. The service was better than we expected. All staff go out of their way to make it very special. Was celebrating my husbands special birthday and they ensured to make it very special. From reception staff to pool attended to restaurant area all are fab. Dian especially in the restaurant area became our friend.Dian made us feel like VIPs. Is also such a lovely person. Nothing was too much for the staff. Dian made the best cappuccino. Would recommend staying here and we Will be back one day x

Overall I would definitely recommend Ramada Encore. Whilst it could do with some renovations everything is clean and practical. The beds were comfy, food was great, room service is available 24/7, the staff are super friendly and helpful if you are looking to book tours or anything like that. Dian made me a lovey iced coffee every morning, and always made me feel looked after at breakfast. Other staff so friendly too, including some of the ladies whose names I didn’t catch but also Yoga, Ramon and Adi at the bar. Great facilities such as the pool and service for drinks if you’re at the pool. BBQ meat night was absolutely amazing I’ve never tasted meat so tasty and well cooked, 100% recommend to book in for that. Would definitely stay again for the service and experience alone!

Let me tell you the hilarious truth about this property. We booked Ramada Encore Seminyak for 7 days, expecting a comfortable stay, but this place turned out to be a complete disaster. The first shock was the 2-hour wait for check-in, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating. Next shock — there was NO WATER supply in the room from morning till next two days (as next day we checked out because of water supply issue) . No washroom use, no shower, nothing. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one under a known brand. On the second day, the entire property was flooded, and we were completely stuck inside the hotel. All our plans were ruined, causing stress and mental exhaustion. The worst part — although we booked and paid for 7 days, we could only stay 2 night due to these conditions. When we requested a refund for the remaining 5 days, the hotel flatly refused, showing zero concern for guest experience or fairness. This stay caused us financial loss, stress, and disappointment. If you value your money and peace of mind, please think twice before booking this property.
