I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff name DIAN were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything. The location was also convenient — close to restaurants, and beach club. Breakfast had a good variety of choices and tasted fresh every day. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and definitely worth the price. I would happily stay here again on my next visit.

Dian was absolutely amazing. Super helpful and understanding. We had an unusually request for baby’s food but dian and all other staff was so so so lovely to help us with a big smile. Our stay at Ramada was lovely. Rooms are very clean and overlooking pool. Staff are exceptional, kind and very funny. Spa treatment was decadent and I floated of to bed after massage, coconut scrub and milk and flower bath with dreamy tea. Great place to stay in a quiet area. Thank you everyone at Ramada for treating us so well. 😁

They really made my stay feel special! The staff overall were very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options every morning. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Ramada is honestly renouned for its hospitality! Dian 5 star , Darma 5.5 star, Diah 5star, Rishta 5 star !!n the resturant are always smiling and accommadating to our needs each time. Overall, the staff were all lovely! The rooms need abit more work on the cleaniness especially the towels. The in room dining experience food wise was better than eating in the resturant itself! Reception staff especially Martina 5 star was very polite and helpful. We stayed few nights here , i wpuld highly recommend the chefs change up the breakfast buffet each day...to give guests more variety. We enjoyed our time at this hotel. I would give it a low 4/5. If the rooms were more cleaner and food was better ..then i would have scored more.
