had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and all the facilities made my visit truly relaxing. Everything was well organised, and I felt at ease throughout my time there. A special mention goes to Manda, who made my experience even better. She was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Her professional and caring attitude ensured that I felt valued as a guest. Little details in her service made a big difference, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great service.

Stayed here for 3 days in Aug’25 during my vacation. The hotel had good gym, clean and lavish swing pool, bar and restaurant. The costs are also better compared to some outside restaurants. Had a really good experience during my stay and all the staffs were very professional and hospitable in attending all my requests and was very helpful. Since this was my first time and the first hotel stay in Bali, I was looking for good options good booking my cabs, hiring a two wheeler, forex places and the best time to get better exchange etc, everything was helped by them at a better price. Kudos to every staff at the hotel. I would really recommend anyone who thinks about this property for their stay.

Check-in took 2 hours. They said they'd upgraded our room because they kept us waiting, but the room they gave us wasn't a large bed, but simply two beds pushed together. They should have given us the large bed we requested instead of an upgrade. Also, the room they gave us was very noisy because of the air conditioning motors. The reception wants you to go to 5-star Google review before checking in, and even before giving us the key! There are definitely much better hotels around for this price.
