I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and all the facilities were well-maintained. A special thank you to Risma for her outstanding hospitality. She was always friendly, helpful, and professional. She made my stay even better with her warm attitude and great service. I truly appreciate the effort from the whole team. Highly recommended!

This hotel is absoloutley amazing! So clean and such a family friendly hotel. The staff are amazing Dian, Ramon, Virgo and all the staff have been great and are so willing to help! They have all been amazing with our 3 year old son. Especially Dian who has made meal times so much easier helping to entertain and feed our child to allows us to eat in peace. The food and drinks are phenomanal. Honestly could not fault at all.

Overall I would definitely recommend Ramada Encore. Whilst it could do with some renovations everything is clean and practical. The beds were comfy, food was great, room service is available 24/7, the staff are super friendly and helpful if you are looking to book tours or anything like that. Dian made me a lovey iced coffee every morning, and always made me feel looked after at breakfast. Other staff so friendly too, including some of the ladies whose names I didn’t catch but also Yoga, Ramon and Adi at the bar. Great facilities such as the pool and service for drinks if you’re at the pool. BBQ meat night was absolutely amazing I’ve never tasted meat so tasty and well cooked, 100% recommend to book in for that. Would definitely stay again for the service and experience alone!

I had a wonderful stay at Ramada Encore! The service was truly exceptional — a special thanks to Dian and Sri for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attention to detail. They really made my stay feel special! The staff overall were very friendly and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options every morning. I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’ll be happy to come back again soon! 🌴✨

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with amazing hospitality. The hotel room was cleaned daily, and our pool access room made it easier for us with our 2 year old. The restaurant was amazing as well, including the food and the service. Dian was so lovely and our daughter was happy to see her every morning. Would recommend this stay to a family as it was very kid friendly. Within 10-15 minutes drive from the main streets of Seminyak. Good location with privacy but not too far from the town centre.
