Great hotel for our first two nights in Bali. Very clean rooms with excellent beds and pillows. The AC was ice cold and the room was cool and prepped nicely when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was outstandingvwith plenty of options to satisfy any dietary preferences, even vegan... which is not often the case. The pool was great with plenty of seating giving the place a resort feel for much less than a resort cost. The location is a little out of the way but nice and quiet with a short walk to lots of activities. The staff is super friendly and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely staff always smiling. Dian the lady in the restaurant is so lovely, friendly and welcoming and so were the rest of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were always helpful and accomodating. Rooms are neat and tidy. It’s in a nice quiet spot away from all the noise and hustle and bustle but not far away from everything either.
It’s got 24 hours room service which I like. Food is good. Beds are comfortable. Pool area is lovely.

Had a great time staying at Ramada. Dewi and the other receptionist that helped us check in is very friendly and accommodating. They’re amazing. They helped clean the room when we were away for a photoshoot. It’s nice to come back to a clean room after a long day. I was missing something small that day, but when I came back it was on the dresser. Staffs are honest and trustworthy. Overall I’m satisfied.

The room is spacious and clean. They did a nicer gesture to welcome us for our honeymoon 🥰
The breakfast has a lot of variety and we got nice time at the swimming pool. The location is very accessible to different sightseeing. and they have a shuttle to Seminyak city center. The team is very nice and takes customer services and feedback very professional way. All staff are so friendly and ready to help at anytime. especial thanks for Lily and Manda 🙏🏼

Rooms are very comfortable. Pool is amazing.
Diane was the perfect host in the restaurant. Meals we had were very tasty and well presented. Buffet breakfast had everything you could wish for. I would definitely stay here again
