We liked the hotel and felt comfortable and cosy there. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Delicious and diverse cuisine was offered at the restaurant. Thorough cleaning was given to our room every day. There were a lot of shuttle buses going to the private beach and back to the hotel. Additionally, guests were offered daily shuttles to Dubai Mall as a free service. For sure, we're planning to be back there for the next vacation. Thank you very much!

This is not our first time at this hotel! The last time was in the fall of 2024! It was an unforgettable vacation! First of all, I would like to say a huge thank you to Mr Mahmoud, he helped us a lot with the check-in, was very attentive and even gave us a room of a higher class than what we had paid for!Thank you so much! We had a birthday and this is not our first time at this hotel - and it was very nice! The room is gorgeous, the service is the best! Everything is clean, the beach is nearby, the food is delicious! Special thanks to the wonderful The Housekeeping Team, they cleaned our room for 100%! We will definitely come back to you again, we recommend you to all our friends, this is the best vacation we have ever had, and all thanks to the incredible service!

The hotel location is not the best, but you will be planning to be back again due to its superb services and staff…. The accommodation for each and every staff are great which led to full enjoyment and safety….. It will start with the receptionist which will guide and welcome you as a guest Then the room boy that will assist you with your belongings towards your room The drivers of the bus going to the beach and coming back, which will understand your needs The pool life guards (all of them), will assist you with the guidelines and make sure that you and your family will be safe upon using the pool amenities. Lastly, upon your room stay and checking out Ethisam will provide all your needs in the room and make sure that all will be well and enjoyable. So visit this hotel and you can prove this review… im sure of that😇

From the moment we arrived at the Ramada Hotel, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The reception staff ensured a seamless check-in process, setting a positive tone for our stay. Their attentive service made us feel valued and well-cared for throughout our visit. ( i was not able to get his name but I think he is Nigerian). Our experience at the pool was equally remarkable. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Michelle, who accommodated us promptly, allowing us to enjoy the hotel's amenities. On one occasion, we witnessed a lifeguard named Jessica spring into action when two guests were in distress in the water. With calm and swift precision, she performed a rescue that undoubtedly saved lives. Her composure and expertise in handling the situation were truly commendable. This incident underscored the importance of vigilant and trained staff in ensuring guest safety. Jessica's quick thinking and dedication to her role exemplify the high standards upheld by the Ramada Hotel. We are grateful for the exceptional service and the peace of mind provided by the hotel's staff, especially Jessica. Her actions not only ensured the safety of guests but also reinforced our confidence in the hotel's commitment to guest well-being. We highly recommend the Ramada Hotel for its outstanding service and the professionalism of its staff.

This was a hotel that hit the mark. Great rooms. Very professional and polite service. The food was amazing, you can eat as much as you want. Everything was fresh and fragrant. The restaurant service was very friendly. Buses to Dubai were provided by the hotel. The hotel had amazing and professional masseuses. I sincerely recommend it to everyone.!!!
