Location nice, stuff not really thai friendly style. At the breakfast everything you asked for was to much or felt like it. Do not book the pool access room, it is more expensive but you have also a connection door to the neighbors, our banged the door the whole time because we were listening to a podcast on the phone so not at all recommended. Really annoying.

We had a wonderful getaway! The location was beautiful, and the front desk team was friendly and always smiling. The restaurant food was decent, with a nice buffet breakfast, and we really appreciated the complimentary pancakes. The rate offered by the resort was of good value. The tour was enjoyable, and we felt safe throughout our time on the island. We especially loved exploring the street lined with food stalls and massage parlors. On the downside, my wife and kids were bitten by mosquitoes despite being provided with repellent. A couple of restaurant staff seemed a bit unfriendly. Both the arrival and departure boat services had some hiccups, though they were eventually resolved. It would have been thoughtful if the staff had lent us umbrellas until we reached the pier, as we ended up soaked while waiting for the boat. All in all, it was an enjoyable experience. If budget permits, we’d love to make this a yearly escape. Thanks again!

Edit 1: Some arrangements have been made through Travel partner and some consideration by the hotel, although not the exact dates. Hence changing from 1 star to 3 star. Will update further if check in and other things go smoothly. I booked my stay for 5 nights(14-19), however I selected October instead of November, but I reached out to MMT(travel partner) immediately after realizing the mistake. The hotel simply stated them that due to their policy, they wouldn’t be able to provide change of dates, refund or any kind of compensation. After several days of trying, I personally emailed the hotel requesting at least some consideration. I even requested to allow me 2-3 nights even though they have taken money for 5 nights. However, they refused to cooperate in any way. Very disappointed with the hotel’s lack of understanding and poor customer support. Even stopped replying to emails. No empathy or willingness to help at all.

Terrible experience at Raily Village Resort. I booked the wrong dates by mistake (one week later) and when I arrived, the staff were extremely rude. Instead of helping, they argued and said “no refund, no rooms.” I asked for the manager — the lady said “I’m the manager” and talked in a very disrespectful way. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but never seen such unprofessional behavior. We lost money for 4 rooms and got zero help. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever seen.

Perfect location on a stunning beach. The only downside of this is that there are masses of day visitors arriving on boats that totally ‘clog up’ the beach virtually from end to end. The hotel itself and the grounds are absolutely stunning, with the air of a tropical rain forest full of beautiful flora (and fauna!). The sounds in the evening are just amazing, we recorded it to play back at home. The pool at the back of the resort is a true paradise. We spent hours there in complete bliss. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a bar or the ability to order a drink or snack to the poolside. It’s worth noting that the hotel is ‘dry’ in terms of alcohol. The resort runs parallel with the ‘walking street’ which is full of bars, mini markets, shops and restaurants which are excellent quality and very affordable given the captive audience. I’d 100% recommend the resort and will definitely stay there again.
