Convenient location of the hotel. A very beautiful garden with well-maintained plants, where you can see animals such as monitor lizards, monkeys, squirrels, and frogs. Breakfasts are not very diverse, with few fruits, but the view of the beach is lovely. There are two pools, but the shower by the pool does not work. The staff is friendly. The villas look nice from the outside. Inside, however, the interior is very worn-out — about 17 years old. The doors are old, with dirt stuck to the handles. When we checked in, we found the jacuzzi bathtub and the sink uncleaned, with hair left inside. The faucet is very old and covered with stains. There are no dispenser containers for liquid soap or shower gel. There were stains from some liquids on the floor, and it wasn’t cleaned even once during our stay. The air conditioner works, but it is extremely noisy — it’s impossible to sleep. The lighting is very dim. The towels are worn-out. There are no disposable slippers; instead, there are slippers and fabric sandals that don’t look fresh. There is no comfortable chair in the room. There are no bedside lamps on the nightstands. There are mosquitoes on the hotel grounds, but the hotel does not provide any mosquito repellents. There are no showers near the pools. There is no spa at the hotel. The small pond near our villa was half-empty and had feces floating in it. It’s a pity that in such a beautiful place guests are offered villas that are unpleasant to stay in due to the lack of renovation and poor cleanliness

The hotel has an amazing location. It’s right on Railay Beach, next to a lively street full of shops and restaurants. The pool in the bungalow area is beautiful—Balinese flowers fall from the trees, and it’s well maintained. Being surrounded by nature, it’s normal to see monkeys, birds, and Komodo dragons wandering through the gardens. However, the rooms are a bit neglected (rusty bathrooms, broken floors, windows that don’t close properly…), and the breakfast buffet doesn’t even pass. The food is limited and not particularly good. Most of the staff were very friendly (especially the men helping with the luggage), but the buffet staff ignored us almost the whole time. If you’re looking for an affordable and well-located place, this is it. But if you want better facilities and food, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not what we expected. The hotel is nice and well located, we expected a little bit more for the price: - no unlimited water. - only 3 mattresses close to the beach for all the hotel, there are room for more but the personnel told us they had only 3. - the water pressure was poor sometimes. - the wifi signal is really bad. - there is more loungers in the pool area but not enough for the number of rooms they have. - the rooms are nice but the maintenance is not that good. Update: today no water at all in my room ☹️

A solid little hotel with a superb spot on the beach. Rooms are large, clean (albeit a bit old), and well-appointed. Staff are lovely. Pools and grounds are excellent

Location nice, stuff not really thai friendly style. At the breakfast everything you asked for was to much or felt like it. Do not book the pool access room, it is more expensive but you have also a connection door to the neighbors, our banged the door the whole time because we were listening to a podcast on the phone so not at all recommended. Really annoying.
