Best place to stay on Railay. Definitely stay on the west side, and we loved the beach view of the restaurant/breakfast eating area, how close it was to the main street, and that it had a separate entrance/path connecting it to the east pier. Airport transportation to and from was super easy, and the room and grounds were gorgeous. Loved the monkeys and the birds and frogs we saw sometimes :))

I stayed at the Raillay Village Resort Krabi and had a wonderful experience. The girls at the reception were very friendly and attentive, making me feel at home from the start. The room I was initially assigned wasn't up to my expectations in terms of cleanliness, but when I reported it, the hotel staff was very responsive and upgraded me to a new room the next day, which I appreciated greatly. The breakfast was varied and delicious, although it could have had more fresh fruit options. Still, the quality and presentation were excellent. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at the Raillay Village Resort Krabi and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place in Krabi.

We stayed for 2 days and 1 night here to end our vacation in Thailand and we couldn't picked a better location and better hotel! When you stay here, you stay in a tropical paradise. The room is big with all the comfort you need. The staff is really friendly. But the surroundings... every where you go, you see jungle, wild animals, beautiful plants and flowers and at the front the most beautiful beach.. the perfect place.

We wanted an experience on the beach. The staff are very friendly. The resort is on the beach but our room was the farthest away. The TV has channels that don't work and when we requested help they were not able to fix it and left without any explanation. There's a beautiful pool but there are about 12 rooms for every two lounge chairs. We were not aware this is a Muslim establishment (no liquor in the mini bar refrigerator) and the restaurant offers cocktails if you ask but it's awkward when they struggle to understand your English requests. We are happy not to spend more nights here.

The hotel has an amazing location. It’s right on Railay Beach, next to a lively street full of shops and restaurants. The pool in the bungalow area is beautiful—Balinese flowers fall from the trees, and it’s well maintained. Being surrounded by nature, it’s normal to see monkeys, birds, and Komodo dragons wandering through the gardens. However, the rooms are a bit neglected (rusty bathrooms, broken floors, windows that don’t close properly…), and the breakfast buffet doesn’t even pass. The food is limited and not particularly good. Most of the staff were very friendly (especially the men helping with the luggage), but the buffet staff ignored us almost the whole time. If you’re looking for an affordable and well-located place, this is it. But if you want better facilities and food, I wouldn’t recommend it.
