From the minute we arrived at the airport the Raffles Hotel d'Angkor was amazing. They greeted us at the airport and and efficiently whisked us away to the hotel with a cool towel and treats in the van. Check-in was easy and comfortable. Everyone on staff was nice and checked on us frequently. We decided to upgrade to a multi-bedroom villa for our family of 6 and was offered a discount. Food was great quality and we really enjoyed everything. Pool area was clean and inviting. Bar service at the pool was great. They checked on us frequently. We arranged our tour of Angkor Wat through the hotel and our tour guide, Keller, was knowledgeable and great. We would love to come back to Raffles again and would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a great stay experience.

Even though I travel a lot I was still very nicely surprised by the Raffle Grand Hotel d'Angkor. First, regarding the quality of the service in this venue, the price is a great deal. This 90 years old venue is very well maintained, and the design is unique. The housekeeping is perfect. The upgrade in Junior Suite was very much appreciated. The wonderful Champagne breakfast is a must to have, and the beef rice noodles were the best that I had in Asia so far. Also, please do not leave without having a swim at the pool, a legendary Airavata cocktail at the Elephant bar, and the perfect afternoon tea at the Conservatory.

This hotel property is truly an incredible experience. It’s expensive but you are paying for the attention to detail, privacy, quality of product and service. Nothing disappointed us during our stay. The staff go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, have what you need and are taken care of. We stayed in the historic building of the property and the rooms were gorgeous! They are spacious, well appointed and we had an incredible view overlooking the pool. Again, the staff perfected the anticipatory guest service needs and remained consistent throughout. Shout out to the server at the bar - I shamefully forget her name but she was amazing! She knew the wine menu so well, gave some recommendations and just knocked it out of the park! We certainly spent more than expected but well worth it! If anyone is worried about safety and security please do not. At no time did we ever feel uncomfortable or concerned. The team go out of their way to protect their guests. Cannot recommend this place enough and hope one day to get back there. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Raffles Siem Reap. We took one of their tours to Angkor Wat and the tour and guide was fantastic. We also spent a few days exploring Siem Reap and enjoying the hotel itself. The hotel itself is beautiful. It’s almost 100 years old but has been kept up to date and maintained with attention to detail and care, so it has all the mod cons you need while still keeping its historic charm. But the best thing about this hotel is the staff. So warm and friendly, they make you feel so welcome. We really enjoyed our chats with all the staff and learning about their culture. And the food. Probably the best food we’ve ever had in a hotel. Most hotels are good at a few things, but the Raffles Siem Reap was consistently great for every single meal. To the point we were wondering if there’s anything they couldn’t do well. Fantastic food, fantastic people, fantastic hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Do get a rate that includes breakfast as the food is really outstanding. Excellent restaurant and lovely pool. Spa massages are very good and highly recommended. The tour the hotel organised was also good and in a very good vehicle. The only thing id strongly recommend not attending is the dinner theatre / show which is really not good and appears to be something like school theatre done pretty poorly.
