One of our best hotel experiences - a timeless setting, thoughtful, attentive staff, clean and cool rooms. The tennis courts are charming - we were delighted to be able to play on the courts, and were even offered refreshing towels and water while we played. The buffet breakfast is exquisite. During check in, we were initially offered rooms at the very back of the hotel that had a strange smell and were very dark, but after we pointed this out we were moved to other rooms that were truly spectacular. Daily fruit baskets and bed-time stories placed on the bed during turndown service are a lovely touch. Great location for exploring Angkor and the area. The hotel also offers a reliable tuktuk service.

we stayed for four nights with 2 rooms and have 3 kids. right from the moment we contacted the hotel for the booking to the airport pick up, the check in, the meals, the pool, spa, etc. were all amazing!! the team including Mr Preh and the rest of the team were caring for our every need, checking in on the kids regularly. we loved the pool and the pool team was extremely sweet and caring. the food in the hotel is outstanding and u dont need to step out at all. it was probably the best stay we have ever had. thank u Raffles team

5 star luxury in Siam Reap. The hotel is well equipped and the spacious rooms provide a luxurious home away from home. The hotel is in a convenient location for exploring the town centre - most restaurants and markets are within walking distance or a short tuk tuk ride away. We received exceptional service from all of the staff that we encountered during our stay; all were very friendly, welcoming and focused on ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

This is a true classic luxury hotel. It has hosted many famous guests, including Jackie Kennedy, Hillary Clinton, and Michelle Obama. The property has kept its original charm with minimal changes, and the service is excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially Mr. Chris, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who went out of his way to accommodate my needs. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the location is perfect in the middle of the city, making it easy to explore nearby places. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this hotel for its history, elegance, and service.

Our stay at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor was a highlight of our journey. The hotel’s location — directly across from the Royal Palace and just minutes from the Angkor National Museum — made it the perfect base for exploring Siem Reap’s vibrant markets and the legendary Angkor temples. • Service: From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like old friends. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel at home. A special mention goes to the laundry service — we sent clothes at 10 a.m. and had them back, spotless, by 8 p.m. That kind of efficiency was a lifesaver after traveling from Vietnam. • Dining: Meals were consistently delicious, blending Cambodian flavors with international favorites. The Elephant Bar, steeped in history and elegance, became our daily gathering spot. We loved unwinding there with snacks and cocktails, including their signature Airavata — a tropical blend named after Indra’s mythical white elephant. • Room: Our corner room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully appointed. The balcony overlooking the temple allowed us to enjoy the sounds of birds and temple activity, a serene reminder of Siem Reap’s cultural heartbeat. The bathroom, with its large shower and tub, was exceptional. • Atmosphere: Every greeting felt genuine, as though we were returning guests rather than newcomers. The hotel’s Art Deco charm, dating back to its opening in 1932, added a sense of timeless elegance. • Sustainability: Raffles has shown that luxury and sustainability can coexist beautifully. Their efforts not only reduce environmental impact but also enrich the guest experience by connecting us more deeply to Cambodia’s heritage and community. • Wish List: If only our stay had been longer! We would have loved to experience the spa and the grand pool, which is among the largest in Cambodia. Overall impression: Raffles Siem Reap delivered a perfect balance of luxury, history, and heartfelt hospitality. It was more than a hotel stay — it felt like being welcomed into a living piece of Cambodian heritage.
