This hotel was AMAZING. 10/10 for luxury, service and amazing food. We ended up eating all our meals on site because they were so great. The pool was stunning. The rooms were clean and perfect. Our room was cozy but if we wanted larger, we could have paid for a bigger one. The service was next level. We were recommended to stay here by friends who visited 10 years ago and it exceeded all expectations.

Our experience at Raffles Siem Reap was absolutely flawless! The hotel’s prime location, luxurious old-world charm, and stunning amenities—from the gorgeous pool and lush floral arrangements to the exceptional restaurant, bar, and delightful café with afternoon tea—made our stay unforgettable. We couldn’t have loved it more! The dining options were exceptional, with upscale local dishes and classic favorites, all prepared to perfection. Each meal introduced us to the wonderful flavors of Cambodian cuisine, and everything was fresh, high-quality, and delicious. The service was beyond outstanding—every staff member greeted us with warm smiles, genuine care, and thoughtful recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always checking in on our experience and offering helpful suggestions. The little touches, like welcome drinks, a beautiful complimentary scarf, poolside fruits, and snacks with every drink, made us feel truly pampered. The hotel’s ambiance was divine, with refreshing lemongrass-scented corridors adding to the luxurious atmosphere. A special shout-out to Chanty, whose kindness and attentiveness touched our hearts. She handled all our reservations with grace and made us feel so welcomed. Considering the incredible quality, service, and surprisingly affordable pricing for food and drinks, we couldn’t recommend Raffles Siem Reap more highly. This is a must-stay for anyone visiting the city!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Raffles Grand Hotel d'Angkor for three nights, and it was the best hotel experience I've had thus far. The staff was attentive, engaging, friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and always willing to assist. The design of the hotel is stunning, and the location is great. Every part of the experience from the check-in, the porter, concierge, dining, and special events was phenomenal and memorable. If I'm ever in Siem Reap again, I won't hesitate to book another stay at the Raffles. Thank you for being part of an amazing experience!

Lovely hotel with old world charm as befitting its history. But all the room amenities were modern. Stayed two nights in March 2025. The room was attractively and tastefully furnished. I found the bed to be comfortable. The room was very clean. All the staff members, whether reception, restaurant or cleaning, were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel and grounds. Clean, welcoming and relaxing! The staff are top notch! They welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel welcome every day we were there. They made us feel grateful we were visiting! The food was great. Every event they had for us was the best! Anything we needed, they made sure we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!! Miss it already!
