Loved the service of the hotel. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast each day, the fresh eggs and meats and pastry stations ensured I started each day with a good solid meal. I frequented the outdoor restaurant a few times. The stars of my stay were my room attendants. Krishna , Smriti, and Bimal ensured my room was clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel. Staff go over and beyond to help when they can. I can’t thank & praise Salina, Betty, Jamnuna, Kayas and all the gang enough from Concierge in floor 10 - they really make your stay so special and they looked after us so well… Jilal from the pool deck was so attentive to us also - he is such a nice lad - thank you so much for being so Kind and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and so comfortable - would highly recommend this hotel… can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommended. Great location, love being interconnected with the mall, very handy with a baby. The staff are amazing, super friendly. The hotel facilities are very good. Rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The cleaning team are incredible, special shout out to Krishna from house keeping he was fantastic. Only recommendation would be; Have better baby high chair for breakfast and have baby friendly breakfast items and furnishings. We certainly will be returning back here.

This was our third stay at the Raffles Wafi, and it truly feels like coming home the moment we arrive. The hotel is stunning—stepping into the lobby instantly gives you that unmistakable Dubai wow factor. We always receive the warmest welcome from the staff, who consistently make us feel valued and special. From the moment we are greeted on arrival to the thoughtful check-ins throughout the day, the service is nothing short of impeccable. Our room is made up daily, complete with a nightly turndown service, and every interaction with the team shows how exceptional they are at what they do. The suites are absolutely lush—spacious, modern, and luxurious, yet still authentic in style. I especially love that you never feel confined thanks to the walk-in wardrobe, the separate bathroom area, and the generous balcony in every room. The pool area is perfect: quiet, tranquil, and equipped with everything you need. The food, whether at the breakfast restaurant or the pool bar, is consistently delicious, cooked to each guest’s preferences with care. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The gym is a great size with just the right facilities and more. And the location couldn’t be better—close to the airport, major attractions, fantastic restaurants and bars, and right near Sheikh Zayed Road, which connects you effortlessly to malls and everywhere else you’d want to go. Raffles truly is our second home—and always will be.

We also enjoyed a wonderful massage at the spa, where the therapists were professional, skilled, and created a truly relaxing environment. Everything at the hotel — from the facilities to the service to the small touches — was delivered at the highest possible standard.
