Enjoyable stay. Clean and comfortable room. Though a bit yoo much noise from the highway ipposite our skyline view room. Attentive service. Brilliant breakfast. Enjoyed the massage and spa with afternoon tea too. Club room with butler service did not seem to offer anything more. Club lounge was quiet but we could not go to the upper floor as reserved for families. Also, hotel frowned on bringing own snacks into the club lounge. So no real incentive to use this space. We did not use the swimming pool area as it was right next to a 12 lane highway. The location was a little far out from many main sights. Although only 10 minute walk to a metro stop, we relied mostly on private taxis to go anywhere.

I had an amazing stay at Raffles Dubai. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My check-in with Purity from Guest Relations was excellent👌, she even escorted me to my room, which I really appreciated. The room was amazing, and the Wi-Fi was very strong, which was perfect since I was there for business. The in-room dining menu is great, and I had a lovely meal. I also enjoyed the cozy pool area and the wonderful staff. A special mention to Veni from the spa, who truly stood out. Highly recommended💕

Our stay was an absolute delight. This is truly a service-oriented hotel. Every member of the staff was impeccable in their professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness—the staff trainer deserves special commendation. The cleanliness and hygiene standards were flawless, the food was delicious, and the pool area, along with its staff, was wonderful. I can highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay at the Raffles Hotel. The hotel is next level, extremely clean, with the facilities and services being outstanding. The food is spectacular, especially the morning breakfast buffet. We highly recommend the club level on level 10 if you can. We would like to make a special mention to Abdul and Pushkar bellboy and Naveed from housekeeping, who made the stay easygoing and stress free. Their help and amazing levels of service both during our stay, and the booking process, made the trip a memorable one. Definitely staying here next time we come back to dubai.
