We have just loved our stay at the Raffles! The service is sincere and excellent. Sai has been warm and so speedy to serve us beautifully in the Azur restaurant. Sai has been fun to talk to and has served us like we are a king and queen!!! Ramesh in housekeeping has been delightful… has continually kept our room, tidy, and refreshed. We were supposed to go home last Saturday night, but due to the Dubai airport closure, and the closure of airspace We are stuck here. We are grateful to be stuck and safe in such a beautiful and lovely hotel.

I had an amazing stay at Raffles Dubai. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My check-in with Purity from Guest Relations was excellent👌, she even escorted me to my room, which I really appreciated. The room was amazing, and the Wi-Fi was very strong, which was perfect since I was there for business. The in-room dining menu is great, and I had a lovely meal. I also enjoyed the cozy pool area and the wonderful staff. A special mention to Veni from the spa, who truly stood out. Highly recommended💕

Staying at Raffles Dubai was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt refined, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are incredibly spacious with a unique style that blends luxury and warmth, making it feel more like a private retreat than a typical hotel. What really makes this hotel stand out is its location. It’s directly connected to Wafi Mall, which is perfect for shopping and dining without even needing transportation. You’re also just a short drive from iconic spots like Dubai Mall and the breathtaking Burj Khalifa, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The service is exceptional—staff are attentive, welcoming, and always go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. I would like to give a special mention to Pya at the front desk, who was very supportive and made the experience even more pleasant with her professionalism and kindness. The facilities, from the pool to the spa, are top-tier and add to the overall relaxing experience. One thing I really appreciated was the breakfast concept. They’ve changed the way it’s served in a smart and thoughtful way—cold items are available at the buffet for you to pick freely, while hot dishes are freshly prepared and ordered from the menu. This not only ensures better quality and freshness, but also helps reduce food waste, which is a great initiative to see. If you’re looking for a luxurious stay in Dubai with a great location, excellent service, and a more conscious dining approach, Raffles Dubai is definitely a place I would highly recommend.

Five stars for Raffles! Everything from the appetizers to the main course was delicious. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Ahmed maher the manager runs a tight ship and ensures every guest is happy, and Ahmed M elkit provided some of the best service I've had in a long time.
