My stay at this five-star hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff, including security officer Sultan, were incredibly welcoming and ensured our safety and comfort throughout our stay. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The grand ballroom was perfect for events, offering an elegant atmosphere and top-tier service. Overall, a truly luxurious experience that exceeded my expectations.

I had a fantastic stay at this 5-star hotel with a stunning garden view that provided a peaceful escape. The service was exceptional, especially from Sultan and Vincent, who ensured my comfort and security throughout my visit. The lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere added to the overall experience. Both Sultan's hospitality and Vincent's attention to security made me feel well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone seeking luxury and top-notch service.

The hotel is designed as a pyramid and with old Egypt thyme. We had the club room and the room is big an beautiful. Because of several sides, there is different views available. At first we received a view that we didn't like, but as we asked from the crew, as with everything they immediately gave us two other options. Over all the breakfast is great, and they will go beyond to satisfy you every desire.

It was truly a wonderful place for leisure, with its stunning interior that exudes beauty and elegance. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat. The entire staff delivered excellent service, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, the club stood out the most, not only for its exceptional offerings but also because of the wonderful staff Angel, Betty, and Sharif, who made everything extra special with their warm and sweet hospitality.

An unbeatable experience for my stay in Raffles. Service was great as all staff were kind and helpful. Room was big and clean. Good choice of food for breakfast. Regarding the location, it’s near to the airport but a bit far away from the other places of interest, though it’s easy to get a taxi or other car service. In fact, there’s a mall and supermarket right next to the hotel where you can find good cafes and restaurants. So do consider this point if you want to stay here but need to go to many different attractions. Overall should be all five stars and I’d definitely consider to stay here again.
