Hotel was fantastic. Service brilliant. Breakfast servers remembered what we like, and the team in the club lounge were great - shoutout to Jisan and Zamil! The pool was lovely - my 7 year old had a great time playing in the pool all week! Again there was always a bed available and the pool attendants were great. Rooms were comfortable and clean - daily servicing was very good. All in all a great stay in a lovely hotel!

We loved our stay at Raffles Dubai. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were attentive and always polite and helpful. They make you feel really valued as a guest and are really welcoming. Some of the best service I’ve experience traveling. We stayed with our father who has Alzheimer’s and all staff were considerate of his needs. Club room was great and the evening cocktails and canapés/ afternoon tea were all delicious. Wine in the evening was great and glasses were topped up without request. We ate in the Japanese restaurant and the Italian, both lovely meals! Fab service. Loved the pool and entrance. Would love to stay again and absolutely recommend! Memories we will cherish. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

Our stay at the Raffles was truly exceptional! Jisan, Jamil, Donna, Betty, Jamuna, and Kayes were absolutely outstanding in their service throughout our time at the lounge. Every staff member — from reception to the breakfast room to the concierge — went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and its location is perfect, with a Metro line conveniently close by for easy travel in and out of the city. The swimming pool was amazing — our kids absolutely adored it! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Raffles and will definitely be coming back. Our club room had the most stunning skyline view, just as promised. Everything about our experience was exceptional.

It was my first time having dinner in Solo, and I absolutely loved it! The place has such a cozy and comfortable vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying good food. There’s a huge selection on the menu, which makes choosing pretty exciting. I ordered the platter and bites, and I was pleasantly surprised by how massive the portions were—definitely great for sharing! A big shoutout to Sai, who was super professional, friendly, and made my birthday celebration extra special. Thank you for the wonderful experience! 💕
