A perfect travel experience, I would recommend it to everyone coming to Dubai. Although the hotel has some history, it is very well-maintained, with large rooms and a convenient location, and it connects directly to the mall/Carrefour. The pool and gym are beautiful, with a distant view of the central financial district. Most importantly, the service is excellent, whether at the hotel or in the restaurant, the waitstaff are very enthusiastic about introducing the facilities. I went out the afternoon I checked in, I came back to find that the room had been carefully cleaned again, truly making me feel at home. Additionally, the quality of the bedding is very comfortable. Truly beyond my expectation.

Absolutely the best experience EVER!!! Room was service was amazing. They catered to us like royalty. The view from the room was great especially at nights, that’s when the city come to life. Room service was great, atmosphere, and of course the people. Thanks to housekeeping imran who has always been helpful to us.

Exceptional hotel for staff service and comfort. New pool area is a huge improvement. We took a Club room and the staff in Club Lounge and at breakfast are exceptional. Danny at the pool area was really great at helping our mobility needs and keeping us well shaded. Our 4th visit and it never disappoints. Had two really good meals at Solo and in Raffles Garden. Again really well looked after and assisted. Will return which is the best thing you can say in a review.

We just spent 3 nights at this beautiful hotel. We had a club room which was spacious, spotless and very comfortable. All the staff are very attentive, pleasant and go above and beyond to be helpful. The breakfast is amazing, one of the best breakfast buffets we have encountered. The selection is enormous. The club lounge was also great, food, drinks, cocktails and coffees. Always taxis around the hotel, the Metro is 5 minutes walk and very easy to use and goes to all the main touristy spots at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again
