It was my first time having dinner in Solo, and I absolutely loved it! The place has such a cozy and comfortable vibe, perfect for relaxing and enjoying good food. There’s a huge selection on the menu, which makes choosing pretty exciting. I ordered the platter and bites, and I was pleasantly surprised by how massive the portions were—definitely great for sharing! A big shoutout to Sai, who was super professional, friendly, and made my birthday celebration extra special. Thank you for the wonderful experience! 💕

The customer service at Raffles is superb. Every single team member was amazing. The rooms are absolutely stunning, would recommend a room with Dubai city views. The breakfast menu is wonderful, as is the service. We enjoyed sitting outside in the beautiful outside terrace. The pool was a wonderful place to spend each afternoon relaxing after our day tours. I would recommend staying at Raffles, for couples and families looking for a quality experience and a little extra space.

A special thank you to Ms. Nargis, who checked us in and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. Her thoughtful attention to detail made all the difference. The hotel itself is the epitome of luxury and elegance. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved spending time in the Library and the Club Lounge, both of which exude calm sophistication — perfect spots to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was outstanding — easily one of the best we’ve ever had. The combination of a rich buffet and à la carte options was simply fabulous, with every dish beautifully prepared and full of flavor. A particularly memorable moment was when the staff surprised my son with a delicious complimentary cake — such a thoughtful gesture that truly touched us. Overall, Raffles Dubai delivers exceptional service, comfort, and value for money. It’s rare to find a hotel that blends luxury with genuine hospitality so seamlessly. We can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at Raffles Dubai. The hotel is beautiful and the staff were attentive and always polite and helpful. They make you feel really valued as a guest and are really welcoming. Some of the best service I’ve experience traveling. We stayed with our father who has Alzheimer’s and all staff were considerate of his needs. Club room was great and the evening cocktails and canapés/ afternoon tea were all delicious. Wine in the evening was great and glasses were topped up without request. We ate in the Japanese restaurant and the Italian, both lovely meals! Fab service. Loved the pool and entrance. Would love to stay again and absolutely recommend! Memories we will cherish. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

Hotel was fantastic. Service brilliant. Breakfast servers remembered what we like, and the team in the club lounge were great - shoutout to Jisan and Zamil! The pool was lovely - my 7 year old had a great time playing in the pool all week! Again there was always a bed available and the pool attendants were great. Rooms were comfortable and clean - daily servicing was very good. All in all a great stay in a lovely hotel!
