Absolutely highly recommended! Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful specially thanks to IMRAN for house keeping very smile face he is full energy knowledge 10/10. And hotel It’s close to all “big” locations and our view from the room was stunning. Room service and housekeeping deserved a big thumbs up. I’ll definitely come back!

There are not enough positive words to describe my experience with Raffles, Dubai. The location was ideal, getting around Dubai was very easy. It’s located just central to anything you could need to visit and a bonus is that there is a mall linked to the hotel! The atmosphere was amazing, the standard room was huge and comfortable. I can’t express my gratitude for the staff, Wendy, our butler made our stay PHENOMENAL. I would have extended the stay had it not been for my children’s school dates in UK. I have travelled to many different hotels in Dubai and each one was good but I would always book something different for my next trip. Raffles, however, I will be returning to. Amazing chefs, servers, concierge, guards, the architecture of the building itself, all of it was memorable and has a special place in my heart. The food was fantastic. Poolside and in restaurants, I kept getting the same thing but it was so tasty! Nothing at Raffles, Dubai felt like it needed more - if that makes sense! My only suggestion would be to have a children’s club since I often had to go out to find entertainment for my children. But that just made it more fun to explore Dubai.

This is our 2nd time and it never disappoints. Service is always amazing. There’s a staff ready to assist you for anything you need at every step. Big rooms, pool, great food menu options, awesome in room dining staff, cleanliness, room make up attention to detail is wow, kid friendly, breakfast options, close to the museum, old Dubai, metro, shopping centre, 15 min to Dubai mall etc you name it. Definitely will be coming back. Great work guys !!

Absolutely one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The service is impeccable, rooms are very spacious and clean. Everything is thought through to the last detail. It offers incredible value compared to what you pay. I would definitely go back when I'm in Dubai again.

Stopped for a few days in Dubai, on the way back from Japan. Raffles hotel was stunning Service was perfect Breakfast/ food fantastic Had club room which was big, luxurious and spotlessly clean. It also gave us access to the club lounge with an unbelievable range of food and drink - try not to overdose Would stop there again without a doubt. Staff were all lovely and the re-vamped pool area looked great but ran out of time to sample
