From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless — the ambiance, the attention to detail, and the overall atmosphere made us feel instantly welcomed and relaxed. The staff were outstanding in every way, offering warm, attentive service that made our stay feel truly special. Though I have stayed with several hotels in Dubai, this was my first stay with Raffles and it was the best of the lot. Very spacious, well-planned and clean rooms. The way the breakfast was managed was outstanding. The staff were pleasant and always willing to help. Only area that needs improvement in my opinion is the long wait at the lift. Otherwise, an excellent hotel. Looking forward to returning in Dec to stay with family at Raffles Dubai.

My stay at Raffles Dubai was truly exceptional. The hotel facilities were outstanding — everything was spotless, the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the overall room condition could not have been better. What impressed me even more than the beautiful property was the warmth of the staff. Every interaction was marked by genuine kindness, and the hospitality of the Raffles team will stay with me for a long time. Breakfast was another highlight. Served à la carte, it was not only delicious but also perfectly presented with great temperature and quality. Although the location is slightly away from the bustling downtown, that turned out to be a plus — it felt more peaceful and less crowded. Being near Carrefour also made it convenient for some light shopping and souvenirs. Overall, Raffles Dubai is a place where both comfort and service excellence meet. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

Online reviews were great, and indeed we enjoyed our 8 days stay. The staffs at Azur were very prompt and attentive to our needs and breakfast orders. We striked friendly conversations with them as time passes. Fortunately, there's a separate menu for ad hoc orders at no extra charges, and those freshly prepared breakfast definitely heightened our satisfaction level. Their avocado toast and five spices macchiato expresso are definitely worth recommending. Our room was spacious, clean and the king size bed was luxurious to ensure a restful sleep. I liked the layout of the sliding doors toilet facing the sliding doors walk-in closet with a full length mirror. The shower section toilet tiles seemed a bit old though. Probably a good scrub may work wonders. The other hotel staffs we'd interacted were also very professional in their attitude. Mr Sandeep, from the concierge, who helped us with our day-tour booking to Jebel Jais, was very responsible and gave us a peace of mind that we were in good hands. This luxury hotel deserves the acclaimed five stars accorded.

I had contacted the hotel in advance to mention a special occasion, and they went above and beyond — greeting us with a thoughtful welcome amenity, including a delicious cake that made the moment extra special. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a skyline view room, which was both spacious and beautifully appointed. We had booked the half-board package, and both dinner and breakfast exceeded our expectations — superb in taste and service. Due to the summer heat, we weren't able to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped. It closes at 8:00 PM, which coincided with dinner time and sunset, making it less convenient during the warmer season. It would be wonderful if the pool hours could be adjusted seasonally. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive. Special thanks to the Guest Relations Team, who ensured all of our requests were met with care and efficiency. One suggestion for future visits would be to offer buffet options for dinner and breakfast, which could elevate the dining experience even further. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Raffles Dubai delivered a truly memorable experience.
