I had an amazing stay at Raffles Dubai. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My check-in with Purity from Guest Relations was excellent👌, she even escorted me to my room, which I really appreciated. The room was amazing, and the Wi-Fi was very strong, which was perfect since I was there for business. The in-room dining menu is great, and I had a lovely meal. I also enjoyed the cozy pool area and the wonderful staff. A special mention to Veni from the spa, who truly stood out. Highly recommended💕

We had a fantastic stay at the Raffles Hotel. The hotel is next level, extremely clean, with the facilities and services being outstanding. The food is spectacular, especially the morning breakfast buffet. We highly recommend the club level on level 10 if you can. We would like to make a special mention to Abdul and Pushkar bellboy and Naveed from housekeeping, who made the stay easygoing and stress free. Their help and amazing levels of service both during our stay, and the booking process, made the trip a memorable one. Definitely staying here next time we come back to dubai.

Hotel was fantastic. Service brilliant. Breakfast servers remembered what we like, and the team in the club lounge were great - shoutout to Jisan and Zamil! The pool was lovely - my 7 year old had a great time playing in the pool all week! Again there was always a bed available and the pool attendants were great. Rooms were comfortable and clean - daily servicing was very good. All in all a great stay in a lovely hotel!
