We had a fantastic stay at the Raffles Hotel. The hotel is next level, extremely clean, with the facilities and services being outstanding. The food is spectacular, especially the morning breakfast buffet. We highly recommend the club level on level 10 if you can. We would like to make a special mention to Abdul and Pushkar bellboy and Naveed from housekeeping, who made the stay easygoing and stress free. Their help and amazing levels of service both during our stay, and the booking process, made the trip a memorable one. Definitely staying here next time we come back to dubai.

Overall amazing stay at Raffles last year! We had a bit of a challenge with our stay in Sofitel Obelisk next sort and Raffles was made aware of it by Sofitel and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The room was stunning with beautiful decor with a big balcony to the most amazing views of the Dubai skyline and the hotel's swimming pool. Hotel is tastefully decorated, service was commendable and hotel is conveniently connected to Wafi mall. Swimming pool was lovely! Breakfast buffet was spot on with high quality ingredients,healthy options and covering European, Arabic,Chinese and Indian options. Dimsum was lovely.Only comment would be that the coconut chutney and the potato paratha can be improved. Hot breakfast served to the table via a menu was a wonderful touch! Highly recommend the truffle scrambled egg, yogurt with fruits and caramelized nuts and eggs Benedicts with veal bacon and sausages.Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel!

The most fabulous hotel we’ve ever stayed at. And we’ve stayed in many over the years. There is not one thing I can put any negativity towards. The staff are the most helpful, friendly and accommodating I’ve ever come across. The service is impeccable. The hotel and rooms are spotless, the food and service amazing. The Club Level is absolutely worth the upgrade. The evening drinks and canapés are by far the most generous and wonderful experience of any club lounge I’ve been to. Seamless service, varied menu daily, plentiful afternoon tea and refreshments available all day. The breakfast in the main restaurant was a relaxed experience with a mix of buffet selection and menu choices. So much to choose from but clearly catered to ensure minimal waste, which is so nice to see. The hotel is attached to Wafi Mall which is an older Mall in Dubai. It’s ok for the basics with a C4 supermarket. The metro is a short walk away and plenty of taxis available too. Airport and Festival City Mall is 10 mins by taxi, Mall of the Emirates is about 25 mins by taxi and 45 via metro. So bear that in mind if you’re wanting to do the usual sights. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Raffles Hotel Dubai is an exceptional place to stay and the whole experience feels calm, spacious, and genuinely luxurious. The rooms are very large, beautifully designed, and comfortable in a way that makes it easy to settle in straight away. One of the things I loved most is how much greenery and open space there is around the property, which gives it a relaxed, resort-like feel even though you are right in the city. The food quality is excellent across the board, with plenty of variety and consistently high standards. The pool area is another highlight, peaceful and well maintained, with a great atmosphere for a proper unwind. Service is truly top notch from start to finish. The team is warm, attentive, and professional, and they make everything feel effortless. A big bonus is the direct access to Wafi Mall, which is super convenient. The mall is great for shopping and also has lots of good dining options, so it is easy to pop in for a meal or browse without needing a taxi. Overall, Raffles is a fantastic base in Dubai with local attractions nearby, and I would absolutely recommend it for anyone wanting comfort, quality, and outstanding service.
