I had an amazing stay at Raffles Dubai. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. My check-in with Purity from Guest Relations was excellent👌, she even escorted me to my room, which I really appreciated. The room was amazing, and the Wi-Fi was very strong, which was perfect since I was there for business. The in-room dining menu is great, and I had a lovely meal. I also enjoyed the cozy pool area and the wonderful staff. A special mention to Veni from the spa, who truly stood out. Highly recommended💕

Could not fault the level of service and professionalism by all members of staff in this luxury hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. A wonderful 4 day break at Raffles in dubai. From arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble. The staff are amazing, the bedroom had every facility needed and some extra ones we didn't know we needed. The breakfast was a huge choice, very high quality ingredients, and great service. The club room access to afternoon tea and snacks and cocktails in the early evening was excellent too. If we can we will be back next year.

We had a fantastic stay at the Raffles Hotel. The hotel is next level, extremely clean, with the facilities and services being outstanding. The food is spectacular, especially the morning breakfast buffet. We highly recommend the club level on level 10 if you can. We would like to make a special mention to Abdul and Pushkar bellboy and Naveed from housekeeping, who made the stay easygoing and stress free. Their help and amazing levels of service both during our stay, and the booking process, made the trip a memorable one. Definitely staying here next time we come back to dubai.

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding and truly different from what I have experienced in other hotels before.
