Nice old hotel, old style rooms, but good soft bed and clean beddings. Cleaning everyday service is fine. This Radisson with good park and beautiful pool on sea side, pool bar and restaurant. Sometimes power cut off happened, no electricity, so can't use lift, no charge device, no excuses from hotel staff...very strange! On restaurant no fusion, very old style menu, you can eat pizza everyday) not enough vegetarian food. Food here very expensive. Room price no expensive. Around hotel small village so you can hear dogs, chickens sounds so loud. What is good is fresh air breeze from sea ))) Breakfast is fine choice of fruits with cheese, coffee, and lilbit lovely indian veg dishes. Hotel with kids club, so your children maybe like it ))) there is friendly staff play with kids. Girl who sell icecream never smile to clients, perhaps she very tired to work here... Staff hardly understand English language, but some of them can use app for translation for better communication. Well, if you like relax around Cha-am/ Hua Hin is good place on sea side, where to rest with joy is possible...only if you don't expect too much from 4**** Radisson resort.

For me, this is a budget hotel; you can tell they've cut corners. The renovated rooms are good, but the others are quite dated. The floor is uneven, there's a lot of loose furniture in the bathroom, and the shower doesn't work properly. The grounds themselves are otherwise good, with a nice pool and plenty of recreational activities. Breakfast is good, but the restaurants and bars are average. For the price, which is okay, you shouldn't expect much.

Quality of Indian food on breakfast buffet was outstanding every day, the chef must really like Indian food. In general, breakfast buffet varied and was excellent. Pool area very nice. House keeping very friendly. Hotel and rooms dated, could do with renovation. Location fine for lazy days on pool, 20min drive away from Hua Hin (around 220 THB ow). Would return only after renovation.

Amazing resort/hotel at the beach with a fantastic atmosphere, we had a room with sea view very spacious and all that you need. They serve a very good and complete breakfast. At the entrance there is a 7/11 and in the main street a few restaurants and massage places. We definitely recommend this accommodation and we will come back again.

The staff were genuinely friendly, the lobby is beautiful, and our room was clean. It also seems like a good place for children, with plenty of animation and activities offered. However, the rooms are extremely old and the entire property feels very worn down. Everything seems to have defects and only works halfway or not at all. Wind blows through the corridors, and you can hear it loudly all night long even with the room door closed — it was unbearable. You can hear it clearly on the video. The cards at the door got updated but still didnt work (I think there's an issue with the cardreader by the door). Although the hotel is directly by the sea, you can’t actually swim in the ocean or relax on a sandy beach. Many photos on the website no longer reflect reality. For example, the seaside restaurant looks completely different now — almost empty. The food on the property is also disproportionately expensive, and the quality was just okay. Nothing special; any snack bar could cook the same. Overall, the place felt rather bleak and run-down. Unfortunately, we checked out after just one night and let the remaining nights go to waste.
