The overall atmosphere was calm, safe, and well-organized. The staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction was evident at every stage of my stay. I had a hotel experience with a strong balance between location and service quality, making it suitable for both business and leisure stays. It was a stay I would gladly choose again and confidently recommend to others. Special thanks to Mr.Nail, Mr. Samir and the other team members whose names I unfortunately did not catch for their kind attention and support.

The room is large; at least the one I was in. The view was amazing from any window and from any direction. Amazing bed and the most important factor (for me) AC/heating that you can adjust how you want (this became a luxury ever since I went to Scandinavian hotels). Locations is amazing and you get access to anything you want in max 5-15 minute of walking. Staff is helpful and informative. The only thing that was a bit "odd" was the water pressure for the shower ... It flickered for the first 2 minutes (maybe because I was on the 10th floor) but after a while it came back to "normal" (no reason to give a lower grade just for that). After going around at least 100 hotels in the past 3 years ... This one can hit "top 5" without even trying

We stayed at this property for about 7 days and it was amazing! The room was amazing and so were the views from our balcony. We had opted for the apartment style room with a balcony and it was easily the best decision We made. There was 1 bedroom, then the hall had a sofa bed and they had given extra beds as well. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Now for all the F1 fans, the balcony overlooks the pit entry, start/stop straight. Do I need to say more?

I stayed at the Radisson for 4 nights during my holidays, and overall it was an amazing experience. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view and very close to the main attractions of Baku. Popular spots like the mall and Nizami Street are within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, though they can be a little noisy due to street traffic and cars. However, this did not take away much from the overall experience. A special mention to the manager, Eldar, who was absolutely outstanding. His support, kindness, and attention made my stay truly comfortable and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended. Rating: 9/10 ⭐️
