I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel Corniche with my friends, and it was truly one of the best experiences we've had. The highlight of our trip was the Westbay Beach Club it offers so many fun activities like surfing, the wave pool, and a relaxing swimming pool. We had such a great time! What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff throughout the resort. From security to reception, and especially the lifeguard attendants, everyone was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and safe throughout our visit.We are definitely coming back to this beautiful hotel and resort. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect mix of fun and relaxation. Delicious food, service was amazing, I really liked staff, they were nice and helpful all the time. Sanjitha checked us in and was very helpful with our big family! Nisrina at the desk was also very friendly. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast service was great, with many choices, and since we had the half board we also enjoyed the buffet dinner that was very tasty and had great selection. Christian and team at the restaurant did great. The beach club is across the road, accessible through an underpass, and exceeded our expectations. The access was easier than we thought even if it involved a bit of a walk. We will definitely stay again!

This is just a rip off! Day after day it will get worse. The gym is a public gym, crowded by locals. Food is terrible and there are only 2 dishes available. Don’t believe the photos. These meals are not included in full board or all inclusive. This is just a rip off. No starters, just main meals available. The food in the airplane is better and you have a better choice!!! The beachclub is also accessible by not hotel guest, so it could get crowded. Hotel is old, The hotel manager just want to make the maximum profit till the reputation is gone and he will be in another hotel. Not worth it, if you could stay for free!!! It’s really a shame that I am spending so much time to compliant, but I have to warn all other future guests!

We stayed at the Radisson Blu Abu Dhabi, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the entrance and reception staff were very welcoming and made us feel at home. A special thank you to Solomon and Amaoudu from the Concierge team — they assisted us with our luggage and shared great information about the city. Their friendliness and professionalism really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Abu Dhabi!

Not a 5-Star Experience – Terrible Service and Unacceptable Stay I stayed six nights with my family at the Radisson Blu Resort Abu Dhabi Corniche (rooms 519 & 520) and left deeply disappointed. From day one, we had no towels in our rooms — I had to call reception every single day. The fridge was broken, replaced only after three days, and the door was damaged and never fixed. The bed was completely uncomfortable – the mattress was uneven and felt defective on one side. I even showed photos and reported it several times, but all I heard was “We will fix it tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came. For five days straight, I was promised that things would be taken care of — nothing ever changed. I had booked ten nights, but I left after six because it was unbearable. The service is chaotic, management ignores complaints, and at the end the front desk manager chased us around just to ask for a good review instead of solving our problems. This is not a 5-star hotel. The price, comfort, and service are completely unacceptable. I will never stay here again.
