Sanjitha checked us in and was very helpful with our big family! Nisrina at the desk was also very friendly. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast service was great, with many choices, and since we had the half board we also enjoyed the buffet dinner that was very tasty and had great selection. Christian and team at the restaurant did great. The beach club is across the road, accessible through an underpass, and exceeded our expectations. The access was easier than we thought even if it involved a bit of a walk. We will definitely stay again!

- My biggest disappointment was the food during the breakfast and dinner though. I cannot eat red meat, cheese and some dairy products. No allergens were listed on any of the meals, no vegan meals were available or listed. - The rooms didn't have sound isolation. The cars on Corniche street and people walking in the hallway were an issue at night, waking us up a lot. - Room was not isolated at all: without the AC on, it would get hot in 5 minutes. We come from a country where we don't have ACs at all, and I got sick on the first night due to the AC being on. - We had a twin room and above one of the beds, on the wall separating us from the bathroom, there was something like a ventilation grid. A few times a day there was water flushing there and the sound was so loud and came from closeby that every time we thought the room would get flooded from somewhere. - There was no proper ventilation in the bathroom that could be turned on. We had to open the door of the bathroom to make it dry and cool down, which results in the room itself getting very humid. And with the lack of windows opening, it was really bad. In the shower, the water kept leaking like crazy. No matter how we stood, which shower head we used, at which angle, it doesn't matter - the water kept puddling outside and it didn't dry for the whole day, until Housekeeping cleaned the room. - One time we had to call the reception but the phone was barely working because the power cable on the back was woozy and didn't sit in properly. We tried to fix it but with no luck. Windows were very dirty taking away from the view. Really surprising. - The hotel was quite large but only had 5 elevators that were very slow. We had to wait every time for 3-4 minutes to get around. - Toiletries on the Booking.com were supposed to be Radisson branded, but in reality they were made in China. Also disappointing. On the other hand though, kudos to the great staff. Everyone we interacted with during our stay was very hospitable and kind.

We stayed as a family and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and perfect for a family stay, and the breakfast was well-served with a good variety of options. One of the things we loved most was the multiple swimming pools spread across the hotel, it felt like a mini water park! There’s also direct beach access, so you can enjoy a swim in the morning or relax at sunset. The swing by the beach was a lovely spot to unwind and take in the view. Overall, it’s a great place to stay when you’re in Abu Dhabi, perfect for both relaxation and family fun.

The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries.” Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend retreat. It was great hotel to relax at the spa, beach side & very comfortable environment. I truly appreciated the views from the balcony with a pleasant appearance & beautiful beach view. Have a lot of fun & entertainment! Delicious food at west bay lounge, la-terrazza & all facilities is near by hotel. Exceptional stay with my family. Loved the pool while we enjoyed the peace and comfort of the rooms. The hotel itself it nice and clean. The bedrooms are good size and bed was very comfortable. The beach, pool and lazy river were great and all the staff were fantastic. My biggest criticism is the breakfast. The layout is poor and too small for the amount of guests. People waiting 15 min in queue for eggs and to get in the restaurant. Staff once again are all very friendly but overwhelmed. We never received our juice we were offered when we were seated but there was plenty to get our own.The variety of food was fine but hot foods were actually cold and unfortunately if breakfast is your thing I would not recommend.
