The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and ideally located. Cleanliness is impeccable throughout the property. The pool, spa, gym, and beach areas are exceptionally well kept and create a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food quality is excellent and very reasonably priced for the level of service offered. I particularly enjoyed the coffee from the café, as well as the outstanding breakfast service provided by Subrat, which added a very personal and memorable touch to the experience. A minor area for improvement would be the frequent security bag checks when accessing the pool, as well as providing clearer information at check-in regarding hotel policies and which bars are included versus independently operated. Aside from this, the experience was flawless. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return, especially for a family stay with children.

Event at Radisson Blu Joan Duron (the events manager) is exceptional. She helped organise a ladies only event last year so we knew we were in good hands this year. Yet again, as promised she delivered. We met to discuss the venue layout, menu and pricing and she was able to meet our precise specifications with professionalism and warmth. When the meeting was over my friend and I went to the coffee shop and she kindly said the lattes were on her. This simple gesture showed an extra touch that was appreciated. We met again a few days before the event to finalise and smooth over last minute issues such as ensuring the tech was in place for the sound and food allergies were considered. The event itself was stunning and the 100 women enjoyed a closed environment where they were able to socialise and glam up. Joan also helped with last min issues such as needing hangers for the coat stand- things we had simply forgotten. Daniel the IT manager came to our rescue when our iPad wouldn’t connect and he eased our concerns. The team work well together and made the process stress free for us. Food was fantastic and the price point was excellent value. Can’t recommend this enough if you are planning a special event.

We enjoyed our stay and would return but there were some issues. This is more of a family hotel. On the plus side the beach area and pools were lovely with great poolside bars with excellent food and waiting staff. However the water in the pools was too cold for it to be pleasant. We are all water lovers but none of us really went in. The Hemingway bar was good and open very late. The hotel itself doesn’t feel like a luxury hotel, our room was drab, dull and airless, despite being a luxury suite. The fridge was empty and the only drink available was warm water in plastic bottles. The breakfast was chaotic with not enough sitting space although the buffet was pretty good. The waiting staff looked harassed. As expected the food and drinks were expensive, the wine especially so. A bottle of Spanish wine (which we know very well) was £70 but sells in Spain for under £5. I would like to mention Vignesh in the Hemingway bar and Presanna in the West Bay lounge for their excellent service.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing, especially considering the price and the supposed 5-star standard. The most serious issue was the extremely loud air conditioning. It was impossible to sleep: when switched on, it was unbearably noisy; when switched off, the room became too warm. Opening the windows was not an option due to heavy traffic noise. This alone made the stay very uncomfortable, particularly as we were traveling with a baby. The room itself was very small, far below what one would expect at this price level. There was no minibar at all, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Drinking water in the room was only provided after explicitly requesting it, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Surprisingly, there were also no bathrobes provided — something one would normally expect in a 5-star hotel. The room service was poor, and basic requests often required repeated follow-ups. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign displayed, housekeeping knocked on the door. Breakfast was another major disappointment: it was chaotic, loud, poorly organized, and stressful. Water was not readily available and, if requested, was often served only in coffee-to-go paper cups. Overall, the breakfast quality and organization did not match the price paid. There was also a constant lack of internal communication. We had to explain every single day that our breakfast had been exchanged for lunch. Even a complimentary dinner, which had been agreed upon with a senior manager, had to be explained again at the restaurant just 10 minutes later. Finally, the beach area does not match the photos shown online. The advertised sunbeds do not reflect reality; there are only very few actual “beds” available, which feels misleading. Overall, we paid €374 per night, and the price-to-performance ratio is completely unjustified, regardless of the season. This hotel is nowhere near worth what is being charged, and despite multiple discussions with management, the core issues were never properly resolved. This was a very frustrating experience, and we would not return.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel on the Abu Dhabi Corniche and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—right across from the beautiful Corniche with easy access to the beach, walking areas, and nearby attractions. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the sea. Housekeeping did a great job ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were impressive. The pool area is relaxing and well-designed, perfect for unwinding in the afternoon. The gym offers good equipment and plenty of space. I also tried the restaurants, and the food quality was excellent—especially the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options. Overall, Radisson Blu exceeded my expectations. Whether for business or leisure, it’s an ideal place to stay in Abu Dhabi. I will definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
