Overall the experience was very good. From facility down to the personnel it's a 5 star.
Kim of the front desk was courteous. The transaction was fast and no hassle at all.
Shirley and Geneva of the catering department are courteous and hospitable. They always smile and make sure the costumer is comfortable and always attended to their needs.

We had the most wonderful dinner at the Italian Job! It’s one of my fave memories ever with my family. The food was delicious, the ambiance was so friendly and humble - it felt like home. And to top it all off, Hyacinth and Venus were SENSATIONAL!!!! Their voices are just divine - will certainly be coming back here time and time again ❤️❤️

The front desk staff seem to lack information and had difficulties communicating, making it difficult to get information across. My family and I stayed in 2 business class interconnecting rooms, the rooms were clean and spacious with a nice bathroom. For breakfast there was a good variety of food and drink options which included: classic buffet items, a great selection of pastries, fresh fruit and juices. The breakfast staff were helpful. We paid for the buffet lunch on the first day and were quite disappointed as there were not a lot of options available. The swimming pool was clean and a decent size. Overall our experience was average and we were slightly disappointed.

Great experience. Stayed one night part of a stop-over to Sydney. Business room is spacious with great facilities. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Highly recommended. Hospitality from staff is superb.
