My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and we had the most pleasant of experience. The rooms are spacious, practical and are well ventilated (considering the searing heat in Doha).
The staff offer an even better experience; we landed in Qatar early from our flight from South Africa and Reena, at the reception went the extra mile to ensure we didn't wait at the reception from 09h00 until 15h00 (which is the normal check-in time). Instead, she managed to get us into the room by 12h00, which was a game changer as we barely slept on our way to Qatar due to turbulence. Anthony - F/O and Mitra were also exceptional in accommodating our needs on the ground floor. Lastly, the food was delicious. We will definitely come back here in the future.

“The Italian job” restaurant is an absolute gem when it comes to serving up the most delicious pizza, refreshing salads, and comforting soups. Their lamb chops are truly outstanding, and the overall ambiance is just fantastic! I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of their staff, especially their outstanding team members Vanessa, Venus, Rico, and Andrian. They not only have great voices but also curate an amazing selection of songs that really made my day. Special thanks to them for creating such a wonderful experience!

The food is really worth to visit again and was so delicious and the service was really great too.
The service is very accommodating especially the staff,Venus,Rico,Adrian,Vanessa and also very entertaining. Their voice is really attracting that make you want to visit again and again.
I highly recommend the gnocchi and it perfectly cooked and the flavor was amazing.We enjoyed the food.

Hotel is in a nice location and service was good. My daughter and I went to the Italian Restaurant and the food, ambiance and singing hostesses and host were incredible, especially Vanessa, Venus and Adrian. We will definitely come back with our friends!!! Defiantly the highlight of our week long holiday.
