We stayed here for one week during spring break with our family of six. We chose this place because the hotel looked very beautiful, and indeed it was. The pool is large and well-proportioned, offering a nice place to relax. The atmosphere was very beautiful, though some areas were closed for renovation. However, we were quite disappointed by many aspects of the service system, as follows: 1. It took more than 30 minutes to check in for two rooms (actually 45 minutes). 2. The map directing us to the rooms was confusing. 3. The restaurant was small and couldn’t accommodate the number of guests staying. It was very difficult to find an empty table, and there were no large tables arranged for big families, unlike other hotels we have experienced. 4. The kitchen staff seemed upset for some reason; they didn’t smile or greet us. 5. You cannot get your own drinks from the machine; you must wait for a staff member to take your order at the table. They only come once, so if you want a second or third drink, I recommend ordering them all at once. 6. The biggest problem was the staff clearing plates. It seemed like they were understaffed, causing significant delays. 7. At the outdoor bar, you must wait for a staff member to come to your table to take your order—you cannot order directly at the bar. On the first day, we waited 10 minutes with no one coming. We then stood at the bar counter to order, but when they realized we wanted the drinks brought to the table, they told us to sit and wait at the table again. We politely complied and waited nearly 10 more minutes, only to see a black male waiter take the order from people who arrived after us. Our family’s patience ran out after over half an hour without getting any drinks. After that, we never visited that bar again during our stay! If the service system could be improved, it would be great because your hotel is truly beautiful.

Overall, everything was somehow fine. The food was good, fresh and clean. There weren’t a lot of options, but what they had was good enough. I’m satisfied. The rooms were clean, and so was the area. The employees were sooo respectful and helpful! The only bad thing was the noise 😩. I had read some reviews about it before coming, but I didn’t think it would actually bother me. You could hear every conversation from the next room. That was honestly a bad experience. The couple next to me was really loud, and even if I managed to fall asleep, I’d wake up in the middle of the night. You better bring something for the noise, or you’ll end up listening to other people’s fights 🥲. But anyway, overall it was fine,I do recommend it.

Excellent hotel. I was here twice - in 2023 and 2025. Both stays were very pleasant. The food was very good with nice variety. The best part of the hotel is the beautiful architecture.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our week's stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is lovely and very well presented and maintained, with staff maintaining the grounds and gardens daily to ensure it felt and looked lovely. A good mix of facilities and activities were on offer for everyone, including 3 outdoor pools, one heated, one unheated infinity pool and a kids pool. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away. We could also see the hotel was having construction work on an additional pool and gym area, which I'm sure will be great in the future. The food on offer in the main buffet restaurant was nice, with a great selection and different choices on themed nights. One improvement would be better heat lamps at the buffet, as occasionally the food could have done with being slightly warmer. The room was nice and very clean, with comfortable beds and good bathroom facilities though it was slightly tired and could benefit from a little maintenance (balcony door not closing fully - addressed swiftly at the time, which was good; other general wear and tear). The walls did also seem a little thin as you could hear people in neighbouring rooms, though overall it did not have a significant impact on our sleep. The safe in the room requires an additional cost of €7/day - something we felt should be standard for guests to ensure security and privacy and is something that is offered for free at many other hotels. In addition, "all inclusive" still has a lot of things which aren't actually included and may be misleading, so just be careful. Generally, staff at the hotel were very helpful, especially in getting minor issues addressed rapidly to ensure our stay was as pleasant as it could be. However, very occasionally it felt like we were being a nuisance and staff were slightly abrupt or rude. For example, when trying to enquire about certain things, such as when we asked if were still able to use the facilities after checking out, as our transfer did not arrive until 4 hours later, we were met with an abrupt response. Though in the end we did get the answers we were looking for. In summary, it was a lovely stay at a lovely hotel and I would recommend it to others. The facilities were great and we very much enjoyed our week. There are just a few points where some improvement is needed which is what brought our rating down slightly. But this could just be unlucky and I would still recommend it to anyone considering it.

Where to start we had 4 days here from the 22nd of July and while we had a great holiday there are some things that need to be addressed. Firstly both myself and my son contracted an ear infection presumably from swimming in the pool I’m now in hospital as my ear drum has ruptured which I can’t help but think if the pool was chlorinated this wouldn’t of happened. Secondly we were told on arrival that the Eden restaurant was open on Thursday- Saturday and no need to book, Thursday came and we went down all dressed up with no where to go! As the restaurant was closed and had been for months!! Told there was another a la carte restaurant but this is not included in your all inclusive. Thirdly after asking multiple times about check out and what time our all inclusive bands run till we where told until we leave then on check out we where told that the bands stop working at 12:00 we where there till 5:30pm great no lunch for us then an hour later I was approached by a member of staff who asked if I would like to at lunch and offered a meal voucher… it’s almost like each member of staff only has a little bit of information and you need to talk to everyone to get the whole picture! While the above did put a dampener on our holiday the staff in general where very nice and the hotel is gorgeous one can only imagine that once the building work is finished it will be a very lovely hotel just remember to pack swimming ear plugs!
