We are here now, and go home tomorrow. At the moment I hope no-one is due here imminently as there is building work going on in 2 places, a mini golf place and some work going on in the hotel grounds, and it really is very noisy and impossible to relax. The hotel complex itself is OK, but if you've looked at photos on their website I think you may be a little disappointed. The place is in need of a bit of tlc and a lick of paint here and there. Don't be fooled by "All inclusive" either... It isn't unless you want to go sleep at 22:59 as drinks have to be purchased after this time. Also the food menu is not all inclusive either. The choice of food in the restaurant is extensive, but I'm a fussy eater so can't really comment on the quality. The food at the pool bar which you can actually have is really bad.. Just my personal observation with the very limited choice on offer. The staff are all pretty good and friendly, especially the young Jose, and Hector and George. The evening "entertainment" for 5 nights was quite frankly laughable, but the other 2 nights were pretty good with decent live bands. They can't wait to close at around 11pm. The rooms are pretty basic, but adequate. Would I recommend this place? No not really as it has too many shortcomings, but with a little more effort from the owners of the complex, it could be a really great place to stay.

The hotel is located a little outside of Costa Calma. It is very large and spacious. It has a pool with a small restaurant, a hall with events in the evening, a bar, a dining room with a buffet for breakfast and dinner. A few shops for shopping. It is wheelchair accessible. Especially the style of the hotel in the middle almost like a church.

The food quality was poor and lacked variety. For the first time in my life, I had to pay for drinking tap water at dinner. Not only is this questionable in terms of legality, but it is undoubtedly unprofessional and unfriendly. This experience speaks volumes about the hotel’s hospitality culture. I will not return there

Hotel with a nice outdoor and thats it . 1. Staff out of reception dont Speak english . 2. No water in rooms , where its just a normal thing over the world . 3. Thats crazy the indoor pool its extra paid for dirty clorine water and crap old saunas . 4. No posibilities to get in to indoor pool with kid , nevermind water outdoor its cold and dont heated. 5. Horrible awfull food , very low quality ! Only free Fish or Fruits are fine to eat . Breakfast , thats nightmare . People who said its a good food probably have no brain. 6. On the new years eve all food with seafood crazy smell , not fresh . Im curious how many people had gastric problem after eating this . For me as a owner of other business its hard to understand how someone can be proud of this .

Great Hotel and friendly staff. The selection and quality of food at every meal time was amazing. The hotel is about a 1 hour transfer from the airport. We had a family room which was clean, had air con and honestly massive for the 4 of us (2 separate rooms). The swimming pools were plenty big enough considering how many guests the hotel can hold and really well kept as well as the gardens. I would definitely stay here again
