We had a great time at R2 Pájara Beach Hotel! The whole resort is pretty big, which gives you plenty of space to relax and explore. We stayed on an all-inclusive basis and were happy with both the food and drinks — there was always enough and the variety was solid. The pool is large, so finding a spot to chill out was never an issue, even during busy hours. Throughout the day, the hotel organizes different activities to keep you entertained — and that continues into the evening with fun events and good vibes at the bars. The staff were all really kind and helpful, which added a nice touch to the stay. The hotel is located right by a peaceful, almost empty beach that’s absolutely beautiful — perfect for long walks or just relaxing without crowds. About a 10-minute walk from the hotel you’ll also find a supermarket, car rental services, and plenty of souvenir shops, so unless you’re planning to explore the entire island, you won’t necessarily need a car to enjoy your stay here. The only downside? Because the hotel is built into a hillside and designed in tiers, getting around can take a bit of time. Sometimes you even have to take two different elevators to reach certain areas, which isn’t ideal if you’re in a hurry. And although the place was generally clean and well-maintained, we did spot a cockroach in our room — not the highlight of the trip, but it didn’t ruin our experience. All in all, a solid holiday spot if you’re looking to relax, eat well, and soak up the Canarian sun with everything taken care of.

This hotel is truly fantastic! The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is extremely kind and helpful at all times. The food is delicious, with top-quality cuisine – special compliments to the gentleman preparing the omelets every morning – they were amazing! I highly recommend this hotel – staying here was a real pleasure!

Good hotel, rooms need renovation, staff is amazing, beautiful view. Nice food, fish and seafood, even a shark meat, good pasta - people who eat only fries were not happy... one huge disadvantage for me - no hot beverage outside restaurant open hours and no tea/coffee set in the rooms. Isn't that a standard to have self service coffee machine available anytime? Also mini-disco at 8:30pm is a joke - all kids were sleeping ar that time

Disappointing from the Start – Not Worth the Price We booked an all-inclusive family vacation expecting peace, comfort, and a stress-free environment. Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the experience has been marked by one issue after another. Despite booking as a family, we were given two separate rooms because no family room was available. One of the rooms cannot be locked at all – the door simply opens with a light push. The second room has a different but equally serious problem: the terrace door doesn’t close properly, offering zero privacy and raising safety concerns. These aren’t just minor inconveniences – they’re fundamental issues, especially when you’re traveling with small children. Feeling safe and secure is the bare minimum one should expect from a hotel in this price range. To make matters worse, I went to brush my teeth and suddenly found my feet soaked – the drain in the bathroom isn’t sealed properly. It’s shocking to see such basic maintenance problems in a hotel that charges nearly €3000. Instead of relaxing, we’ve spent the beginning of our holiday managing technical faults and chasing fixes. For the price we paid, we expected professionalism, quality, and peace of mind. Sadly, this stay has been the exact opposite – and it’s put a serious damper on our entire vacation. Unbearable Noise – Ongoing Renovations Without Warning As if the first day wasn’t frustrating enough, the second morning brought an even bigger surprise – the hotel is undergoing major renovations. From early in the morning, we were greeted not by the sounds of the sea or birdsong, but by relentless drilling, angle grinders, and hammering echoing through the walls. There was no prior warning about any construction work when we booked or checked in. It’s absolutely unacceptable to charge premium prices for a stay in what feels like an active construction site. So much for rest and relaxation – this so-called holiday has become a test of patience. Super vacation for all that money, indeed.

A Relaxing Winter Escape We recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at R2 Pajara Beach Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff were brilliant—always friendly, attentive, and eager to make our stay special. The food was another highlight, catering wonderfully for vegetarians with plenty of delicious options. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The hotel provided a truly relaxing atmosphere for a winter break. The animation team was excellent, keeping us entertained without being intrusive—just the right balance! The pool area is hands-down the best we've ever seen. Spacious, well-designed, and perfect for unwinding, it quickly became our favorite spot. The entire hotel, including the pool area, was spotlessly clean, with even the bins looking shiny and well-maintained! Overall, it was a perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for relaxation, great food, and outstanding service!
