Amazing experience. From the start of our stay to the last day we had a great experience with lovely,friendly,happy and helpful staff. Room service was also very good, Claudia did an amazing job. During meals, Manuel was looking after us, always with a big smile and a good sense of humour. There was a good selection of food and drinks and we have enjoyed all of it. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely come back another time.

I’m just leaving the hotel and I had the most relaxing weekend away in my life ! Hotel is located in small town , although have a local shop ( spar) and small restaurants; beach walk and small playground for kids. Hotel is very clean ; staff is very nice and pleasant! They are genuine friendly. It’s a all inclusive hotel ; meals are tasty; alcohol is served from 10:30 am till 11 pm. It’s very relaxing and calm place perfect for people just to take a break and mellow down :) definitely not a place if you are looking to go “crazy” or you going for your hen/ stag! Although if you are looking to have something to do they do water aerobics etc and hotel have own disco at the evenings. But in the rooms you can not hear the music at the evenings. Place has two pools - one with the bar and one without but it’s heated. If you are thinking of booking it take a note that it’s adults only hotel with mainly older people. Also in the rooms you wld find that only a glass separating bedroom with a shower. I booked junior suite with a sea view - highly recommend this room ! I will definitely be back to this hotel to relax ❤️ Many thanks for a wonderful stay ! Anna

Great hotel in a calm and cozy village. The food, our room, the service - just great. (I could complain about the fact that lots of guests have nothing better to do than blocking the pool chairs with their towels from 6am for the entire day, but that's what German tourists do, I guess.)

I'm right now at the hotel with a couple nights left and so far not so good One major disappointment is that the pool bar is closed for renovation, something that was not mentioned on the hotel’s website or Apollo (where we booked). The only notice is a piece of paper taped to the bar, which feels unprofessional. Instead, guests must go to the lobby bar, which means walking through the reception and lobby in swimwear—an awkward experience. It feels like only a matter of time before staff ask guests to wear proper clothes, but what’s the alternative? I want to enjoy a drink by the pool without having to dress up. The drink selection is also disappointing. There are only pre-mixed machine drinks (ranging from terrible to drinkable), tap wine, and beer—which are decent but basic. Worse, there is no ice cream or snacks at the bar, only some croissants and muffins that run out by lunchtime and are never restocked. What kind of all-inclusive hotel doesn’t offer ice cream by the pool? The only place to get it is the restaurant, where you again have to dress up just to grab a snack. The food in the restaurant is bland—nothing has stood out as good, just edible and dry. Breakfast is standard; you can’t expect much from hotel bacon and scrambled eggs, but they do have a good selection of bread. The ice cream served at lunch and dinner is one of the few highlights, though surprisingly, even the pizza is disappointing. The rooms are okay—cleaning is good, but they are worn down. The floors have small missing pieces, and the bathtub has black marks that won’t come off. The beds are fine, but the pillows are rock-hard, making it easy to wake up with a headache. The wardrobe has a bad, stale smell, likely due to poor ventilation. Another downside is that you have to pay extra for the safe, and of course, if anything is stolen from your room, the hotel isn’t responsible unless you paid for the safe. The pool area looks nice and tropical, and one of the pools is pleasantly warm. However, the ground around the pool is made of metal, which gets so hot during the day that you can’t walk on it without burning your feet—a terrible design choice. The lobby furniture is worn out, making it look shabby. The gym is actually one of the best parts of the hotel—well-equipped for a proper workout, and the bikes on the balcony with a sea view are a great touch. However, dumbbells are limited (only six pairs total), and there are none between 2kg and 8kg, making certain exercises difficult. On the positive side, the WiFi is very fast and covers almost the entire hotel. The entertainment info is lacking—there’s only one TV in the entire hotel with information, only in Spanish. The selection of activities is poor, with archery a few times a week and volleyball only once a week. The staff aren’t rude but seem uninterested in service—they rarely smile, and English skills are very limited. Overall, this hotel does not meet all-inclusive expectations. The lack of a pool bar, poor food quality, and limited amenities make it far from a relaxing experience. While the gym, WiFi, and pool design have positives, they don’t make up for the numerous shortcomings. Would I recommend it? Not really—unless you don’t care about food, drinks, or service.

A wonderful clean hotel, adults only. The food was really really good and the pools were lovely. The staff so friendly and helpful. They always seem happy in their work. The rooms were lovely and we had a nice quiet balcony. The place is special. Would recommend to anyone
