Loved the hotel, loved my room, I had a junior suite sea view , only downside to room was that the room above had their balcony overlooking mine , so couldn’t chill on mine without them having full view of me . Pools right by rooms . One pool has bar open from 10.30 am the other hasn’t got no bar Location isn’t the best as nothing around to walk. Dead end on each side really. I wanted chill location but also be able to go for walks , this wasn’t ideal for walking. Restaurant area was good , had similar stuff for roughly 3 days then changed it up on my last 2 days. I always found something to eat tho Spa I didn’t find wow, I was lucky enough to have a free entry as I wouldn’t like to pay for what was there . Lovely n quiet vibes throughout hotel

I don’t normally find all-inclusives disappointing but this was unfortunately not what we expected at all. Upon arriving, we had no air-con, and so immediately went to inform reception, who told us a technician would be down shortly to check what was going on. This technician never came. Not the end of the world, but we had to try and sleep in 24° heat overnight on one of the hottest days of the year so far. We also requested 2 extra pillows at the same time, which we also never got. The place is made to look expensive but in the cheapest way possible - flickering lights, 2 single beds pushed together, stripped and cracked walls. We also had to ask what was included in the “all-inclusive” package, as this was never explained in the booking process or upon arrival. Only an incredibly small amount of drinks were available in the all-inclusive package. We ordered some from the bar by reception on our first night and immediately regretted it as soon as I saw my cocktail come out of a touchscreen cocktail dispenser?! It was awful, as was my partners beer, which was the only one available. And what’s worse, we sat and watched others pay for their drinks and get a professionally made drink that was fresh and actually looked presentable. This was incredibly disappointing and just felt like a complete waste of money. Nonetheless, the food was wonderful and there was a selection of different items each day, so we definitely made sure to make the most of that. The drinks however were incredibly watered down, in particular the wines and the fruit juices. The staff were also very friendly and polite, however it does feel as though they give locals and Spanish-speaking guests more attention. Overall wouldn’t return, just really not worth the price you pay. If you were to come, ensure you rent a car as there is nothing to do in the area, apart from the hotel being in front of the black sand beach.

Great calm, relaxing no kids hotel. Amazing food! A lot of 🍤 seafood. Very clean and delicious sangria. Just the beach is not very nice but the water is cold anyways :) Heated pool, not enough sunbeds I would say for summer, but we visited in winter and it was fine.

We upgraded our room, so had a balcony with sea view and sun beds. The only complaint with the room is the bathroom, the glass wall should not be glass as you have no privacy when having a shower. The service is not good apart from the ladies who clean our room if it wasn't for them then it would be 1 star. Location absolutely nothing here, so having to eat and drink in the hotel we are all inclusive but the drinks are poor. The food is disgusting always cold, however managed to eat the salad. Breakfast able to have toast as you cook this your self with fried egg. Lucky we have a spar shop near by. I would not recommend this hotel and don't understand why it is 4 star I would give 2 and the being generous. You can't get a sunbed in the sun as they are all taken by 8.30. I have to go to the pool and then walk back to my room to get a sunbed in the sun. They don't replenish your water daily you have do that yourself. No milk in the room so have to get that a breakfast so we can get a hot cup of tea, tea is always cold in the restaurant. They do have a good selection of fruit and fresh fruit drinks which is a positive. Would not be back and wouldn't recommend

We spent our honeymoon at this beautiful hotel in Fuerteventura, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The all-inclusive service was excellent, with great food, relaxing evenings, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it the perfect escape. What truly stood out was how the staff handled a stressful situation when our return flight was cancelled — they immediately arranged for us to stay two more nights with no fuss, turning what could have been a nightmare into a lovely extension of our honeymoon. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel completely looked after. We’re so grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free, memorable getaway!
