Excellent service from start to finish! Meagan made my afternoon tea truly memorable, and Joan guided me to the Grills restaurant and even took souvenir photos. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the concierge went the extra mile. Just wish there were more clear signages inside. Overall, a relaxing and charming experience aboard a historical cruise.

One of best experiences that I’ve had i in Dubai that I won’t regret. Morning breakfast was standard with a nice variety of cuisine but the coffee was not that great. Location too much of repairs and maintenance around didn’t allow me to find a suitable parking space. Service was very good there were very helpful and responsive. Sure I will come back.

They were incredibly friendly and collaborative, even helping us arrange a special birthday surprise and ensuring our breakfast reservation for the next day was perfect. The hotel's isolated location was ideal for relaxation and disconnecting, offering a peaceful escape. The entire team contributed to our unforgettable stay, and our accommodation was superb. I called to reserve our booking and requested by email for a complimentary cake since one of us was celebrating her birthday. Reservations assured us that it will be accommodated - great! But during check-in, I had to remind the staff about our request. Also, we were informed that pool area is open - great! But we were not informed that the pool was only for adults. We have a 5month old baby with us and was disappointed when we they didnt have any pool for kids. Beds and rooms were great. We loved the cake! We also had a hearty breakfast. Overall satisfied and we wish to be back.

An amazing place for a staycation or to celebrate any special occasion! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Mary Jean at the reception—she was exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The views from the deck are breathtaking, and the food at the Lido restaurant was absolutely delicious. What I loved most is how welcoming and easily accessible the place is.
