I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts. The service was generally quite pleasant and attentive throughout the meal. The staff worked diligently to ensure everyone was well taken care of. An impressive stay, feeling differently inside a ship which recreates the royal life of the 19th century. QE2, is a museum of famous luxury liners now turned into an iconic floating hotel. A must see property at least once in a lifetime. A very welcoming staff provided the best options for me and my family. The best part is early check in and late check out is a lovely relaxing one. The overall service, pool and restaurant options are good. Lido breakfast is very enjoyable in a sea view ambience. The reception building is with many information about the ship and it's history. Free parking space is available in front of the Hotel. Recommended.

One of best experiences that I’ve had i in Dubai that I won’t regret. Morning breakfast was standard with a nice variety of cuisine but the coffee was not that great. Location too much of repairs and maintenance around didn’t allow me to find a suitable parking space. Service was very good there were very helpful and responsive. Sure I will come back.

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish! Awasaf truly stood out, providing exceptional assistance from check-in. They were incredibly friendly and collaborative, even helping us arrange a special birthday surprise and ensuring our breakfast reservation for the next day was perfect. The hotel's isolated location was ideal for relaxation and disconnecting, offering a peaceful escape. The entire team contributed to our unforgettable stay, and our accommodation was superb. We recently booked 45 rooms on the Queen Elizabeth 2 to celebrate a friend’s birthday, expecting a memorable experience. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The service at Lido Restaurant, particularly from a staff member named Usman, was not handled as professionally as we had hoped. For such a large booking, we feel the situation could have been managed better to ensure a smooth and enjoyable celebration. We hope management reviews this experience and provides additional training so future guests have a seamless and positive experience.
