Despite arriving at the hotel 2 hours after checkin time, we were told our room was not ready so we needed to wait 15 minutes for the cleaners to finish. After 15 minutes, I checked at reception but the room still was not ready and was told another 15 minutes. This continued for an hour. We were asked to wait in the bar area which, with three small children, after a long day of travelling was not what we needed. Had we been told the room would take at least an hour, we could have walked across the road to the mall or done anything other than wait. Eventually we were given the keys to one of our two rooms and were told the keys for the other room would be given to us when the room was ready. These delays were not a good start to the stay. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the airconditioning that it was badly dripping and made the area of carpet near the bathroom very wet. We advised reception and while they fixed the drip, they failed to dry the carpet so everytime we walked in or out of the bathroom, our feet got wet. Regarding the food services in the premier lounge and the breakfast restaurant. I was highly concerned about the temperature the food was served. It was neither hot nor cold. This was consistant over the 3 night stay. The location is great. I really like Novotel properties but for this particular one, I would unlikely return.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location is certainly a major drawcard. You do have to cross one single lane of traffic which then gives you access to the elevated walkway that goes towards Pavillion or down to KLCC and the Petronas Towers. It is all undercover. Our room was clean and we chose a king bed. We stayed in an 'xx01' room which is in a corner and has no adjoing rooms. The bed was very comfortable and we even overslept one morning. I will admit that the lighting in the bathroom is not bright enough, but that would be my only criticism. We didn't use the restaurant as the main reason for staying here was to be able to get to other places easily that we have eigher been to before or were recommended for food, and also an easywalk to tbe night markets. That doesn't mean we didn't consider it, but with the abundance of alternatives nothing really appealed. It seemed quiet for any time other than breakfast, so maybe they have understandably waved the white flag. There is a gym with some basic equipment.

We have great expectation as the hotel is under Accor group but was very disappointed by your front office personnel upon check in. First she did not smile, no greetings and put up her stoic face throughout the process.Your spread is good but you should improve on the quality. We came at 930 but some of the fruits is empty Same stoic face especially your egg counter.I understand you have to filled up your room during the holiday period with travel groups but for FITs like us can't you just allow us to have our breakfast at your premier lounge? It is also funny to notice you dud not have spoon in your coffeehouse. One forgets and the other just dissappeared without explaining you use a stirrer for coffee? In contrast your housekeeping personnel are very courteous so are your front office personnel when we check out. This is standard of hotel that I am used to for a 4star hotel. It is the attention to small detail which makes the guest returns. Thank you.

I booked the junior king room, spacious, it's dated but well maintained. It has universal switch socket, save me using my travel adapter. Bed is comfortable and firm, i had a nice sleep here. However parking is horrible, very narrow and only suitable for small car.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed experiences. This was my first time staying in this hotel. Upon arrival, the service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly, and their lack of courtesy left a negative first impression of the property. However, the bell boy managing our luggage, the security team and housekeeping staff on Level 19 truly stood out in contrast. They were polite, attentive, and consistently friendly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a significant difference and helped improve my overall experience. In summary, while the front desk service requires serious improvement, the housekeeping team deserves recognition for their excellent work and positive customer service.
