First impression not very good. Arrived before 2 no check in , no problem. The hotel looks quiet but told no availability for early check in. Again, no problem. Even for gold and accor plus no effort checking first. Come back at 2, still not ready, half past 2 still not ready (twice false promise). Extra mile? Even normal mile not reached. Soniya mentioned we were upgraded to executive for gold. Apparently not so, we got room we booked. Reason we had to wait during checkin because welcome amenity was still in its way. What did we get ? A piece of small coaster one can get at Pasar Seni. What a way to let guest wait to rest. Thank you for the briliant gesture Ms GM. As if not enough, why yellowish slipoers even made it in the room ?? Good thing enough Accor options in/around KL. Must improve hospitality a great deal.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed experiences. This was my first time staying in this hotel. Upon arrival, the service at the front desk was disappointing. The staff were neither welcoming nor friendly, and their lack of courtesy left a negative first impression of the property. However, the bell boy managing our luggage, the security team and housekeeping staff on Level 19 truly stood out in contrast. They were polite, attentive, and consistently friendly throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude made a significant difference and helped improve my overall experience. In summary, while the front desk service requires serious improvement, the housekeeping team deserves recognition for their excellent work and positive customer service.

The room of the hotel were clean and well made. Pillows were soft , clean and comfortable blanket was nice also the bathroom was excellent. Liking the fact that this hotel didn’t have restrictions to the shampoo and body wash :) however the draining of the shower was a little slow but got fixed in a blink of an eye. 👁️ Service was excellent the staff was very friendly and helpful provided assistance then bringing luggage up and downstairs also gave helping directions to nearby shopping malls . Location of the hotel was very close to all shopping malls it was near the nail biking called pavilion shopping mall

It would be great if there options of pillows. It is extremely low n soft causing neck hurts. Call up operator was told the whole hotel is only 1 type of pillow that is extreme soft. Not given xtra to support the neck. Even budget hotels have offered pillow types. Such reasoning is ridiculous. End up bought my own small pillow for use. Disaster for pillow comfort.

Location of the hotel is good if you want to be near the towers, mall and bars. Hotel staff, when needed, were polite and transactional, I wouldn't say particularly friendly or welcoming. Our room felt a bit tired and rundown. It also wasn't particularly clean, with stains on the carpet (seemed to be the case everywhere on our floor) and marks in the bathroom. We also put the sign out on the bed requesting for the bedsheets to be changed due to stains, however this didn't happen and the bed was just made. As others say, the hotel is quiet but the air con in the room is very noisy if that sort of sound bothers you. Gym is okay, decent cardio equipment but only a few machines. There are dumbbells and a fly machine but no squat rack or leg press machines. We didn't use the pool, but if you're wanting a hotel to lounge by the pool each day, I would look at other options. Overall, the hotel was okay, but there are other hotels around for similar prices that look nicer.
