I really enjoyed my stay here. Stayed for 4 nights in the beginning of October in a standard double with sea view room on all inclusive basis. I can not find a fault in the room or the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable although a bit of a maze until you got used to the lay out. The food was really nice did not have a bad meal at all and the opening times are very easy to work around. We only used the downstairs outside pool area during our stay and there were plenty of sunbeds and the bar close by. Even better you could just walk through a gate then be able to jump into the bay for some open water swimming and snorkeling with all the fish there. We used the spa on our first day there. The spa is ran separately from the hotel so you have to go to them to book but at certain times you can see the spar staff standing by the pool and restaurant entrances and they offer discounts. We got 30% off our deep tissue massages and left feeling like a cloud. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. We have booked to go back august 2026 for a week this time as matla is beautiful.

Myself and my husband stayed here for a week beginning 27th Sept. Arrived to an extremely busy hotel lobby, got checked in quite quickly. Reception staff were friendly. We had booked a room with a hot tub and the room was quite big. We were on the 9th floor and at the end of a corridor. Disappointed with the size of the bathroom, it was tiny. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. We were left without hand-wash 2 days in a row and had to use shower gel that we had bought. Cleaners came in each day bar 1 day. Bed was never changed the entire duration and the floors were never swept. One of the days, the towels we were given were torn. Food was just ok. We were all inclusive and it was pretty much same food each day, very little choice. We ended up eating out 3 of the nights. Noise levels in the rooms were quite bad, walls are paper thin. The staff were very nice, entertainment staff were so hard working. Overall, had a good stay but wouldnt return.

The ocean view room we booked was the best choice we made. The view was stunning from the 9th floor. Our room had broken spring mattresses that the hotel switched after we requested. The positives: - location is great for taking ferries for day trips - bus comes right across the street - coastal view - good for European Standards Improvements that could be made: 1) The rooms don’t have irons. You have to call to request for it and return it right after you’re done . 2) The pools aren’t heated, which is a shame because the rooftop pool is quite beautiful. There is no beach, hence they should warm up the pool as it is the highlight of this resort. Something to note, the sun rises on this side of the resort, by 3 pm the sun is no longer directly hitting the pool and it gets even colder. You’ll see everyone using loungers and the pool will remain empty even on sunny days - it’s because the pool is ice cold. 3) The indoor pool that’s a part of the spa should be “adults” only. The steam room is nice but adding a little eucalyptus oil or lemongrass oil would make it more enjoyable. 4) The breakfast buffet has a lot of options, however, it can get repetitive if you’re staying for a longer duration. The cafe station is great. A little variety would be nice; omelette station, crepes, waffles, etc. It’s a 3 star hotel.

From the moment I arrived at Qawra Palace Resort and Spa, I was impressed by the beautiful setting, the excellent facilities, and the warm hospitality. The food was amazing too but what truly made my stay unforgettable — and what I will carry with me long after my holiday — is the incredible entertainment team. In particular, Roger, who deserves every word of praise I can possibly offer and more. Roger is, quite simply, the heart and soul of the entertainment at Qawra Palace. His energy is absolutely infectious — from the very first evening show, you can feel the passion he pours into every performance, every dance, every interaction. Whether he’s on stage dazzling the crowd with his talent or mingling with guests and making everyone feel welcome, Roger radiates a kind of light that draws people in. What sets Roger apart isn’t just his skill as a performer (though he is exceptional in every way — talented, confident, and consistently engaging). It’s the genuine joy he brings with him. You can tell he loves what he does. And that love is contagious. He gives 110% night after night, with tireless energy and unwavering enthusiasm. Watching him perform is a reminder of how much impact one person’s passion can have on others. But beyond the stage, Roger is one of the kindest, sweetest, and most down-to-earth people I’ve ever met. He goes out of his way to make everyone feel seen and appreciated. Whether you’re a returning guest or it’s your first night, Roger will remember your face, greet you with a warm smile, and make you feel like part of the Qawra Palace family. He’s the kind of person who brings people together — and many of the best memories I’ve made on this trip are thanks to the atmosphere he helped create. The entire entertainment team deserves credit as well — they work so hard to put on a diverse range of shows that are fun, lively, and engaging for all ages. Every evening is something different, whether it's themed nights, games, dance parties, or live performances. It’s clear how much thought and effort goes into planning and executing these events, and the team’s chemistry really shines through. Still, there’s no denying that Roger is a standout. He elevates the entertainment experience from “great” to “unforgettable.” I honestly cannot imagine the Qawra Palace without him — he embodies everything that makes this place so special. He’s not just an entertainer; he’s a storyteller, a motivator, and a genuine soul who brings happiness wherever he goes. If you’re considering staying at Qawra Palace, do it. And when you go, make sure to catch the evening shows — you’ll be treated not only to top-quality entertainment but also to the magic that is Roger. Thank you, Roger, for making this holiday so special. Your energy, passion, and kindness have left a lasting impression. I’ll be back — and I hope to see you again soon!

Just come back from a week here. Our family room was amazing had a jet spa tub in it great hit with the kids. Food was good. It's all inclusive very much the same which is what you would expect never went hungry good variety. Drinks were also good one of the best all inclusive hotels we have been too. Location is good quite close to everything. Friendly staff great entertainment! Can't fault it.
