I had a great experience with this hotel. The food they offer is exceptionally good and affordable. There are snacks in between the meals just for a small price, which is manageable and affordable. Their rooms are spacious as well as luxurious with big bathrooms and great sea views. In the daytime, it's alright, but at night time, it becomes more beautiful with a full moon view from your balcony 😍 The staff is very cooperative and kind they listen to customers and solve their issues within seconds. Their service is so good that I recommend everyone to go to this hotel. They also have 2 swimming pools, one on the top floor and one inside the basement. They also have a bar, which is very nice and affordable for a little price. You can have unlimited drinks all day long.

Pros: I got one of the luxury sea view rooms with extra large sea facing terrace. The view of infinity ocean from the room was simply too good. The added bonus was when we could see the sunrise right from our bed!! The staff are very friendly and always try to help you. We got a hair dryer and extra tea bags delivered straight away. The food is really really good in the main restaurant where they serve all the main meals. There's a large and very good selection of almost everything. All items are hot, freshly made with a lot of care that can be seen and tasted. The serving staff and always smiling and constantly cleaning the tables and area. There's an inclusive spa area that has a small swimming pool, sauna and steam. Cons: Although we had all inclusive, the reception wouldn't allow to have lunch on the departure day, although we couldn't have lunch on the day we checked in, as check in is from 3pm when the lunch is over. So you basically miss one meal. The internet is slow, so most of the apps on the smart TV doesn't work or buffer a lot. The included alcoholic drinks are really local basic ones, and most cocktails are just mixed unshaken coloured liquids with little or no taste.

A lovely welcome by reception staff and easy fast check-in. Recently refurbished, the rooms are modern and comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are also modern and clean, the showers are hot and powerful. We tried the Mediterranean restaurant on the first night, a buffet style setup and the food was very nice and great choice. Complimentary house wine and beer, and free soft drinks. We are in standard rooms with no sea view but very impressed so far.

We found the check in staff very helpful and quick. Although we couldn't check until 3 we had the option to go for lunch and enjoy a drink before. We were disappointed with the cold pool and the size of the spa facilities for a hotel of this size. The pictures of the pool on advertisements make it look much bigger. Even the changing area just one toilet and shower per gender was a very strange set up The bar area was also very small and unless you choose to stand or go very early you won't be able to sit and enjoy the entertainment, which we found disappointing. Also a lot of the chairs were peeling away which makes the place look scruffy. The main restaurant food had a good variety of starters, mains and self service drinks. Desserts could definitely be improved as most were cream based. I expect a bit better in quality. The Caribbean restaurant we found very good. With a set menu which was also part of the all-inclusive. Overall the hotel was ok, for the current all-inclusive prices you get value from the food a drink. But we did expect more from the advertising of the big investment done on the hotel you would expect it to cater for the amount of people it can hold. If you want to enjoy entertainment and facilities on an all inclusive package this hotel may not be for you

Lovely hotel undergoing some extension work. This doesn't interfere with your stay. Rooms are big enough, with a balcony looking into the interior courtyard, or the external areas around the complex. Meal time can be quiet busy, especially for the elevators. Try using the other ones, rather then then central. Great view of the coast from the front. Stop for local buses and hop on hop off is just across the road.
