I stayed here 5 nights all Inclusive with my boyfriend and we had the most amazing experience, From when we checked in late we were greeted by lovely people at the desk and given sandwiches which was extremely nice and accommodating for the fact that we came late. The entertainment staff alone were amazing at getting everyone involved and uplifted especially the two guys doing the aqua dance everyday. As if this weren’t good enough, for two fussy eaters the food was absolutely amazing, one of the dishes was lamb tajine and the lamb was so soft I could cut it with my fork. The pizza is made fresh in front of you and the buffet has such a wide variety. The hotel is massive with so many floors, an amazing spa where we got a couples massage, and the staff here were extremely accommodating and welcoming too. There’s a water sports section right outside, we literally had the best time here and would definitely come back here next year and stay even longer.

This is a difficult one, I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel, it's a 3 star. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean. Thankfully I had an upgraded sea view room other wise I wouldn't have been happy with the courtyard room (don't show this area in jet 2 pictures). Towels for rooms desperately need renewing as they are worn out! And some better maintenance on the rooms (holes in tiles, toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet properly, holes in net curtain, air con not very cool. Simple things that just need doing) pool areas are nice even if the rooftop one is hard to get to from lower floors. So is the spa facilities very nice great treatments hard to find! All inclusive food is actually very good quite impressed. Wasn't impressed when wanting to take a soft drink to my room from dinner and being told I couldn't..... Never had that before told I had to go to pool bar for half the size cup cause it's plastic (can only assume they've had idiots and problems with glass) (but that's not 4 star experience) all in all I will say with some improvements and changes this could easily be a 4 star but currently it's not, great location for access to whole island. Would come back if the price reflected properly.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, easily accessible by public transport and within walking distance of a lot of bars, restaurants and shops! The hotel was clean and very well represented. The staff were wonderful! Extremely attentive, kind and always offering to help! All services, restaurants and bars were excellent - the spa was very relaxing, the pools were lovely and the restaurants were great. The only complaint I have is that I wish there were more vegan friendly options in the main restaurant. The room we stayed in was lovely, the only thing I wish was that the air con was cooler as some nights were really warm. Everything was perfect and we'd love to come back!

The food at QP was really good. The all inclusive buffet had a small but perfect selection of dishes each night. The meats in particular were always cooked perfectly. The gym was also well equipped, including machines, free weights, bench and squat rack. We had a great stay - thank you!

Our stay here was great. The highlight of this hotel was its food in the main canteen called DA’VELLA. We stayed in room 835 and I can say that the room itself was clean and spacious while the beds were comfy but the toilet and shower could have been cleaner for a 4-star hotel. The view of the balcony was the interior courtyard which was okay but would’ve been better to ask for a room with Sea view as all you could see is the balconies of other rooms which were in close proximity. If I could give 3.5 stars I would as it did feel in the middle of 3 and 4. Experiencing breakfast and dinner buffet here just simply raises your expectations and quality of life. Every dish was 10/10 (especially the Indian curries) and on top of that they changed the menu every day so there was always something new and delicious to try. You’d also think with the variety they would drop quality but honestly the chefs know what they were doing so hats off to them 👨🏻‍🍳 *takes hat off* The canteen was very clean and the aesthetics featured street lamps and plants which looked very modern and stylish. The open air (adult only) swimming pool on the top floor was extremely nice, quiet and perfect to just take a swim, relax and grasp the view of Malta overlooking Salina Bay with its iconic boats scattered in the sea 🚤 There is also a family friendly swimming area on the lower ground floor but we did not visit it as it was quite noisy because of the kids so it’s great that the hotel provided 2 swimming pools. The service of the staff was exceptional. They were very helpful from the moment we arrived to when we left. Although it may not be a 4 star in some areas, the overall experience, food quality and amenities provided such as 2 swimming pools, the gym 🏋🏽‍♂️ and games room 🎱 is what makes this hotel a 5 star experience for us. We’re really happy with our stay, would recommend and definitely stay here again.
