Loved this place! Excellent location close to the coast and many cool restaurants near the area. We got really good value out our money. The staff are super friendly and kind and very helpful, special shoutout to them. Our flight was in the evening so we asked if we could maybe have a later check out, one of the male staff was very friendly and he said he'd do his best to check the availability, it worked out great👍 Just a few points that were lacking was the rooms need a painting job especially for the standard of the hotel and cleaning needs more attention. We found the breakfast with too many english breakfast options, We think one section for the english breakfast would be sufficient and the other hot food section could be different options. The twin bed pushed together for a double was also annoying throughout the night because of the crease. The AC in our room also seemed to be weak or perhaps not working. Also we had no iron which was very weird, every hotel I've been to before offers and iron in the room. Other than that though it was very good!

We had a wonderful stay at Qawra Hotel! The location is excellent, close to the sea, shops, restaurants, and public transport. The staff were very friendly and always helpful, making us feel welcome from the first day. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a great job every day. Breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and tasty. Overall, great value for money and a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta and would happily stay here

I had a wonderful four night stay here. The hotel was spotless throughout, and the service from the reception team was exceptional, special thanks to the gentleman who checked our room out at 5am on 24/12. Breakfast was enjoyable, and although I didn’t use the pool or sauna facilities, everything seemed well maintained. A couple of small downsides: the room walls are quite thin, so outside noise carries easily, and there’s a €10 deposit required for a gym towel to use the gym. Still, overall, it was a great stay and I’d happily return.

The location is good, and the room was good. Personnel was all Indian or Filipino, no Maltese in sight. They were not very welcoming as if they hated to be there and just doing their hours, barely spoke English as well. The food was extremely disappointing. Always the same and bad quality. Same with the cocktails that were included, chemical and B brand. To my astounding, most things you had to pay extra for????? All inclusive = all inclusive. Not some inclusive, I booked ALL inclusive. Capital ALL. Most bars and restaurants were not included in the all inclusive, only 1 bar and 1 restaurant, and 2 restaurants you had to book. The rest were not included in the all inclusive package. No idea how on earth that is possible. Horrible experience and I won't go here ever again.

I honestly don’t understand how this place claims to be a 4-star hotel. I’ve stayed in 3-star hotels that were far better than this one. From the moment we arrived, it was nothing but stress and disappointment. We got to the hotel early in the morning around 10am, fully aware that check-in was at 3pm. I politely asked if we could check in a little earlier since we had been up since 2am and were traveling with our 2-year-old. The receptionist simply said, “No, it has to be 3pm,” with no empathy or effort to help us. So we spent hours walking around, exhausted, trying to keep our child settled. When we finally returned at 3pm for check-in, they told us our room still wasn’t ready! At that point, I was beyond frustrated — my little one was overtired and crying, and it was completely unacceptable. Housekeeping was another disaster. By the third day, no one had cleaned our room or changed the bedsheets. I had to go down to reception and ask for clean bedding myself — not once, but three separate times before anything was done. The food was awful. I booked all-inclusive, and I seriously regret it. The food was the same every day, bland, and clearly made without care. It felt like the chefs didn’t even try. If you’re considering all-inclusive here — don’t. You’ll be better off eating elsewhere. The only positive thing I can say is that the rooms are a decent size and fairly clean, but that’s about it. The poor service, lack of care, and terrible food completely ruin the experience. I would never return to this hotel, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Save your money and go somewhere that actually deserves its star rating.
