Such kindness and helpfulness are rarely seen in any hotel! The hotel staff found a solution to every one of our requests—and always with a smile! We stayed for 7 days; the rooms are beautiful, cleaned daily, spacious, and comfortable. Every day, we were welcomed with coffee and milk. There is food for everyone, and they pay attention to every little detail. This was one of those holidays where we felt more than comfortable. This hotel comes with our highest recommendation—you won’t regret it, just as you won’t regret experiencing the beauty Malta has to offer!

The best thing about this hotel is that it is immaculately clean, especially considering the large numbers of guests. The rooms are lovely, however on a certain side of the hotel, the balconies are so tightly packed together that you can hop from room to room with zero effort, making balcony time, or even having the curtains open feel intrusive. Most of the staff are miserable beyond belief, while myself I didn't need to speak to any of them for anything, they were largely unapproachable and rude through what I saw other guests experience. The food is middling quality, with nothing especially standout. The offerings on all inclusive are bare bones beyond belief and the prices of stuff that isn't all inclusive is at least €1 about what you'd pay by just leaving the hotel and paying local businesses. Which is fine if you want to spend your time in the town, but when it's especially hot and you just want to chill by the pool or in the bar, expect the bare minimum unless your wallet is feeling hefty.

The experience at this hotel was ok. We booked 3 rooms, 2 were fine then 1 room had a really bad smell of sewage. Some of the rooms had really outdated bathroom with mould. When we complained they said all other rooms were booked and we’d have to wait at least to the morning without offering any sort of compensation. In the morning we were moved but the staff were not that great and didn’t follow up or seem to remember them promising us a new room. The upsides of this hotel is the restaurant and food. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was really good especially for all inclusive standards. The restaurant staff are really good too. However, it wasn’t that easy to access soft drinks outside of the meal times. The sea view was amazing and definitely worth upgrading too. If it wasn’t for the poor quality of the rooms, I’d consider staying here again.

Just come back from a week here. Our family room was amazing had a jet spa tub in it great hit with the kids. Food was good. It's all inclusive very much the same which is what you would expect never went hungry good variety. Drinks were also good one of the best all inclusive hotels we have been too. Location is good quite close to everything. Friendly staff great entertainment! Can't fault it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Qawra. The pools at the resort are amazing, especially the rooftop pool which is for adults only. The staff work very hard and are very friendly. Nothing was too much an ask for them. There are various restaurants at the resort that offer different types of cuisines. Every restaurant we tried was amazing, and there are choices for everyone. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere which is especially ideal for couples and families. I’d definitely recommend the hotel to others.
