This place is unlike anywhere else I have stayed before. Even the drive to the resort from the main road is just amazing. The staff are so friendly. We had the most fabulous massages (Christiane was so great!). The night camel ride with Malik was unforgettable, highly recommend! The food, the setting, the rooms - everything is just amazing. Highly recommend!!!! I will be back

Despite being surrounded by endless sands, the hotel was a place of luxury and relaxation. The architecture blended seamlessly with the desert landscape, providing spectacular views from every angle. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made sure every need was met with warmth and efficiency. Whether you were relaxing by the pool under the desert sun or guiding to the nearby hills, every moment was full of adventure and relaxation The rooms were spacious, well appointed and you had a great view of the desert. The food selections reflected the flavors of the region, and each dish was a journey of culinary discovery. Next visit will stay longer!

O my what a beautiful place. Real dessert experience. Stunning. The resort is very luxurious and very nice. Staf is super friendly and helpful. We had the best massage ever and a great (poolside) lunch after. Overal everything perfect. Do take pictures of the gorgeous desert dunes. But do not park your car next to the road, you will get stuck trust me ☺️. They have special parking spaces for that :) Thanks again for getting our car out of the sand :)). Highly recommend this place.

This place is a fairytale! Unforgettable experience. Luxurious resort in the middle of dessert surrounded by dunes and wild nature. We spent here two nights, upon arrival we got upgraded to deluxe terrace room. Room was amazing, spacious, comfortable with big terrace and beautiful view over desert with sunset. The service, staff, restaurants, food and atmosphere is simply perfect. Resort has many activities, we manage to do sound healing session, which was amazing and fat bike ride. Fat bike ride wasn't easy, you need to be quite fit, but you get to witness beautiful sunrise. Would love to be back one day.

Uniquely different hotel, standing out of the breed for being placed right into the Empty Quarter while offering the full 5 stars hotel service. Team is doing great job, welcoming and caring. The food is well prepared and served. Unparalleled in terms of overall experience and lasting happy impact. Am sure you’ll be packed with lifelong memories and repeat the visit to enjoy the reddish and golden soft sands, that were sun baked for the past thousands of years. Thanks to the General Manager and all integral teams.
