Small luxury hotel, among good hotel in Hua hin, do note the hotel separated 2x part of hotel. If you book villa room then it’s direct at beach side, sansky or urban room is at opposite side, need to cross 2-way road to reach the other side. Security officer will help you block the traffic for road crossing. Hotel provides one way free 2hourly shuttle to place within 1km (Hilton hotel, chocolate factory within reach). A great place to have dinner. The menu we choose was fantastic. Thai with a flower of elegance. Especially the service personal is amazing. The young Plaifon (= end of rain) was sooo amazing and made our evening to be cheerful and complete. She changes it to a smiling dinner. Awesome. She is one of best servicelady i know... ladies like her makes me say: smooth as thai. Would she work on a plane, i would fly once a week thai airways. Beautiful, very clean resort with a stunning white aesthetic. The beach view was incredible, especially the sunrise. The resort offers great facilities including three pools and lots of complimentary items in the room. Service was excellent and very friendly, even providing staff to help guests safely cross the road. They also surprised me with a free mini birthday cake, which made the stay extra special. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.

A disappointing stay at Putahracsa Hua Hin. This is definitely not a good hotel and is a complete waste of your budget. The biggest issue is the reception. For a property charging premium prices, the front desk completely lacks the professional attitude expected of a 5-star hotel. The staff are impolite, speak rudely, and make you feel entirely unwelcome from the moment you arrive. There is no genuine hospitality or basic manners here, which immediately ruins the arrival experience. Furthermore, the rooms are highly disappointing. The accommodations are outdated, old. The furniture and fixtures look worn out, with absolutely no sense of elegance or refinement. The entire environment feels cheap. Given the price tag, this hotel is a rip-off. It fails significantly on both basic customer service and room upkeep. You are paying high rates for a run-down room and an impolite reception team. Save your money and look elsewhere in Hua Hin.

The pools and breakfast are definitely amazing. Room is big and comfy, though the mattress is too soft. A bit distant to downtown but free shuttle bus to chocolate factory and clock tower is provided. Kind reminder, you're not allowed to check in earlier than 2pm. Other than that everything is fine.
