Quiet and private resort located in prime area with walking distance to local market and restaurant. The Jacuzzi suite is spacious in a minimal style, however the housekeeping could have refill the bath amenities and daily turndown service should be provided without requesting considering the price we paid. Pool is small and breakfast is soso and menu are limited. Drink at the bar was average. All in all is a bit pricy but butler service is great, help us book moto and restaurant. Hotel could add resort activity for the guest.

A nice resort with a big balcony. The service was great, everyone was polite. And they prepared some snacks in the fridge for free every day. I had two glasses of welcome drinks. It has two swimming pools separated by the main road. The Ocean restaurant is located inside with a beautiful beach. You can’t miss the best shot in sunset. I enjoyed my stay.

Still a great and beautiful place to stay at Hua Hin but we think a lot has changed from the last time we visited which lower the hotel’s standard to just a 4 star. - Staffs lack training verbally and physically and have low service mind level. If they’re not ready why put them on a job and ruin your reputation? - The butler service has changed the system so it’s not so attentive any more since anyone can contact the butler number and they will just do what you want (one way communication), instead of coming and introducing themselves to the guests, getting to know you and really know what you want. If you know you know that this differs you from a normal hotel and a 5 star. And that’s why you can’t catch up how your guests feel and sort things out to avoid bad experiences. The first 2 topics are significantly what makes us feel disappointed and…kinda surprised in a bad way. The following are just small things but they add up too. - Some of the amenities such as a cloth hanger should be provided before the customer request. - The curtain in rooms on the sun rise side should be changed to ensure the customer’s best sleep. - The wifi is unstable. The A/C has water dropped. - The room we stayed in isn’t sound-proof we can still hear the room nearby makes noise. We feel pity for the room next to that room to have to experience such loud noise which shouldn’t happen in such private and high-end hotel. Maybe it’s the matter of the noise restriction rule that’s not serious enough or could be the staffs that don’t understand fully what the 5-star hotel should be like so they don’t feel like giving that room a warning. Lastly, we would like to thank K.Nont for hearing us out, accepting the feedbacks and taking action immediately. Also, K.Amp from the butler team, K.Ying from the restaurant for your excellent care. Although, the first day wasn’t what we expected but you guys did a quick turn around for the rest of our stay. This is not entirely the staffs’ fault. We hope the hotel board takes this into consideration and continue to recover your standard. Thank you and Good luck.

I extremely disappointed the unexpected cancellation of my hotel booking without any prior notice, compensation, or rational explanation. As a five-star hotel, I expected a higher level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for customer service. Bad experience ever even before staying Canceling a guest’s reservation without informing them is entirely unacceptable. Such an action not only disrupts travel plans but also reflects poorly on the hotel’s reputation. Imagine if I had already booked and paid for my flight from Shanghai, only to arrive and find my accommodation canceled—this clearly demonstrates a lack of a customer-oriented approach in your operations.

A beautiful resort, but not everything was perfect. I stayed in room 412 which is a top floor jacuzzi suite - it's actually a beautiful room with a nice private outdoor seating area. This particular room is quite close to Naebkehardt Road, and the traffic was quite bad at times. I was particularly bothered by all the very loud motorcycles passing by in the night, especially on weekends, so I did not sleep very well. Hence the low rating - it simply was not worth the rather high price I paid. Breakfast in the restaurant on the seaside was a fabulous experience, although I don't understand why they have to play music at 7AM in the morning when the gentle waves and the breeze from the ocean is the perfect soundtrack. The gym is very very small and has a very limited set of equipment. The staff is very friendly and professional.
