The scenery at the hotel is really stunning, with mature indigenous trees, serious attention to the grounds, and plentiful Hindu Statues to accent Balinese culture. The hotel attracts mature Europeans and Aussies, perhaps groups. I traveled alone and I do think your vibe and the vibe of the guests that a hotel attracts does matter. The staff overall attended to any concerns I had with care and consideration. The rooms are truly lovely, and I recommend the premier deluxe, second or third floor. Lots of closet and drawer space! The coffee is excellent too. One staff member that stands out was Sonia. She provided advice prior to my stay, and continued to guide me from arrival to departure. Sanur has gotten very busy especially at night, so having a nice room was very appreciated.

A pleasant, intimate hotel in a quiet area. Professional and friendly staff, only the reception staff could be a bit more open to the guest, matters are dealt with professionally and quickly, but a bit stiffly, like a bank clerk. A great place to relax and unwind, you can freely use the sun loungers and swimming pools, without crowds. Breakfasts could be a little more varied.

In heart of Sanur. Near to restaurants and shops. Pools are lovely, grounds are well kept. We had a twin room which was very nice and worth the 4/5 rating.

Gorgeous property but the bathrooms are so outdated. It's ridiculous. Haven't stayed in a place with that type of tub shower system in a long time. Place is great, pools are really cool and a property is gorgeous with the overall nature. If they can only update the bathroom this would be a better place.

I went to their beach club restaurant this evening, and I deeply regretted choosing it for dinner due to the poor service. Despite being labeled as a 4-star hotel and charging high prices, the service felt comparable to a local warung, if not worse. The staff were unfriendly and inattentive; my mother-in-law had to wait 10 minutes for her cutlery after receiving her food, and we weren't even provided with napkins. My order of bebek timbungan arrived 25 minutes late, and they forgot to give me cutlery. When I requested it, they handed it to me as if I were dining at a warung. Furthermore, the bebek timbungan didn't taste good at all—I found it thoroughly disappointing. Upon complaining, they explained that the duck takes a long time to cook, so they only warm it up when ordered. However, if they can't serve flavorful food, they should reconsider having it on the menu altogether. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience and have no intention of returning.
