We stayed 3 nights here in a premier deluxe room. The facilities, staff & beach were great. The breakfast had so much choice and varied daily which was nice. Lots of fresh fruit, sweet & savoury options, including gluten free. Afternoon tea was a nice touch & included. The staff went above and beyond to help with drinks by the pool, arranging Taxis etc. Our room was large, very clean, excellent shower & a view over the pool which was lovely. I think the only 2 things that let it down were 1. No access to free drinking water, only bottles. They did give you 2 per day (300mls) but otherwise you had to purchase, which late at night was not always possible. 2. We booked the premier deluxe which had access to adults only pool, however this wasn’t really enforced and often there were children playing which was a shame. The staff did as some to leave after numerous complaints from other people. As you pay extra for this pool I was expecting it to be a bit more strict. This being said, I absolutely would stay here again. These are only minor points and probably because the rest of the hotel was such a high standard.

If you like the "Love Bali" atmosphere. Excellent hotel for a quiet stay along the beach with Santrian rooms surrounded by Balinese nature with trees, splendid gardens, temples and statues. Very good restaurant with plenty of choices from breakfast to dinner. I would advice you to try the Mezzanine at the entrance of the hotel which offers an excellent choice of Asian and Japanese food in a quiet zone (small street with much less traffic compare to the other ones). The staff (from the reception desk to the waiter/waitress including the gardener) are really polite, friendly and always ready to help you. Special thanks to "Mey" our waitress at the Mezzanine (we went there 2 times) who provided a top quality service and confirmed the Balinese atmosphere.

The hotel is beautiful. It has lush foliage, beautifully landscaped, plenty of lovely places to lounge and relax. The food is wonderful. The breakfast has everything one needs. The dinners were fabulous. I ate my way through the menu. Everyone staff member was gracious and accommodating. They went out of their way to help me resolve some challenges. The spa was a bargain. I enjoyed 2 1/2 hour worth of treatments. I was in a giddy state of bliss afterward.

Beautiful resort. Lots of plumeria trees so it always smells really nice. Breakfast was good - plenty of choices for Asians and Westerners. No complaints about the room but some might feel it's slightly dated. Would consider staying here again if we visit Sanur again.

The best place for family and relaxation. Not as busy as the other locations on the island. There are a few amazing restaurants around, one called Massimo, food and ice cream are unbelievable. The hotel has 3 beautiful pools and an amazing spa, staff very friendly.
