Me & my wife eloped in Mallorca and we chose to stay at Pure Salt Hotel for our wedding night / beginning of our honeymoon & we couldn't have chosen a better hotel!!! We had reached out to them prior to plan a special dinner at the hotel after we came back from our ceremony and it truly was so special. Johana, Irene & the restaurant staff set up a beautiful table for us and the food was delicious. They made our wedding night extra special and it was truly incredible!!! Besides that, the hotel itself is amazing. The location, the views, the service. Everything!! 5 stars is not enough. Can't wait to come back and stay here again!! Johanna & Irene, again a special thank you to you both for arranging everything and all the extra attention and help. You girls went above & beyond. We truly appreciate it all!

We booked for a spa day including breakfast and had the best day. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile at reception (Ricardo could not have been nicer or more professional). Breakfast was delicious and the service was first class. We then moved down to the spa and had the most incredible massage as well as using the different spa facilities. Also, the location is stunning, wonderful views of the marina, beach and sea!

Lovely quiet location, beautiful views of the port and beach. Rooms very clean and attended twice a day from house keeping. Unfortunately service was extremely slow, be it meals or just drinks, new staff apparently, bottle of wine spilt down my back at dinner by young waiter accidentally, no acknowledgement from Management,menu for lunch and evening meals, very limited and not updated with any alternatives. Hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from port if required, only a short walk down the hill, but required coming back up, especially if you have had a couple of drinks, restaurants and bars around the port are all very inviting.

Jet2 didn’t load our suitcases onto the plane and the hotel couldn’t have been more useless. No toothpaste in the room and shops closed Sunday. Wouldn’t provide a phone charger even though they had one so I could contact my elderly mother. Bugs in room, no tea bags or water. Asked them to communicate to airport for suitcase nothing back and said they couldn’t help. Not even a comb, tooth brush or soap in room. Service and staff not willing to provide a decent service in any way. Room falling apart. Eggs overcooked at breakfast.

My wife and I stayed here for just a quick weekend trip to finish our honeymoon and the place was as beautiful as advertised, however we did not have the best experience. We only booked for 2 days and we had to deal with hotel technicians for a substantial amount of our very short stay. We booked “the best room” according to the receptionist at check in, but the heat wasn’t working and it took a couple hours for them to come and fix it. During the day 2, we went down to enjoy the spa, which was very nice, but we come back to our room to find the door unlocked. Anyone could have walked in. Then a technician shows up again and explain that housekeeping damaged the lock they have to replace it, which took about another hour. Then we leave for a night out and return to the power being completely shut off in our room. We had to call the front desk once again to send another technician. Additionally the jacuzzi bathtub was not working. This overall experience was disappointing considering I spent over 1,000 euros for a 2 night stay. Never once was I offered any accommodations.
