Had a Spa day at the hotel as a treat. The spa was lovely, if a little busy. I especially liked the ice on tap for your body after sauna & plunge pool. My back & neck massage by Paula was the best 30 min massage I've ever had! It released all my knots & I left feeling amazing. My partner had Silvana & he also really loved his massage - a great team. In fact, all the staff were friendly, helpful & attentive & I liked the style if the hotel too.

One of the best rooftop terrace in this area, nice music and atmosphere.
Service to improve. Nobody is coming to tables or sun beds to take orders or to pick up empty glasses. 30 min no service :(

Hotel is first class. Very clean and staff were very helpful.
Food. We were half board. When you got what you wanted it was fantastic but on three out of seven nights we were served the wrong food despite clearly pointing to our dishes on the menu to avoid language problems. Each time resulted in a free drink but that is not the point. I would say avoid the Italian restaurant. They can't even cook a pizza! The food there was below average and when I complained it took 40 minutes for them to respond by which time my partner had finished her dessert! I was still waiting for my main. Understaffed and undertrained. Stick to Salty and Mikel.

The rooms are wonderful at the front of property, we had a concern but the staff did their best alleviate the issue. Joey and his team have a done a great job
All staff from front office, management, housekeeping and restaurant are fabulous.

My parents stayed at the hotel a few weeks ago and they loved it. It was an excellent experience for them, the staff was very friendly, the rooms - nice and clean, the food at the restaurant - very tasty. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a bus stop a few steps away, so you can take the public transport for exploring Palma. They also used the airport transfer service - everything perfectly managed. I had a very good communication with the reception staff via email before the stay. They gave me a helpful information for preparing the journey. Thanks a lot! We will definitely come back!
