AMAZING. That’s how I would describe my stay at this hotel. It started being greeted by the director Jose who was in the lobby by the time we came in. He was very welcoming, kind, and friendly. After that, we were greeted by the staff at the reception, one of them being Silvia who was super kind too. The stay was just as lovely as the welcoming. I loved the spa area, we were treated like royalty by the girls at the spa. Big sauna, pools, steam room, etc. And to end our stay on a high, our last day we spent the evening at the welcoming party on the sky rooftop with ambiance music, free welcoming drink, food and a fantastic bar and dj. And last but not least, with a view of the sunset and bright moon on either side. Will definitely come back and recommend 100%

Amazing hotel in a perfect location! We had a wonderful stay at Pure Salt Garonda in Mallorca. The location is unbeatable – right on the beach and close to everything you need. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel truly welcome. Our absolute favorite spot was the rooftop terrace – perfect for sunbathing and sipping cocktails. It was usually quieter in the late afternoon, making it the ideal place to relax and unwind. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious – a great way to start the day. Special thanks to Matti at reception, who came to our rescue when we found a giant insect in our room. He handled it quickly and professionally – we were so relieved! Would definitely come back.

This isn’t 5 star hotel, 4 stars at best. Staff is nice, rooms are very average and smell weird. No complimentary water which is strange for 5 star hotel. There was strange banging noise in my room all evening so I had to change rooms. Swimming pool is nice and spa is quite relaxing however restaurants and food were huge disappointment especially half board option. I got terrible cramps after eating there and breakfast just wasn’t good at all. There are nicer places to stay in Mallorca for sure.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Pure Salt Garonda. This is not a 5-star hotel by any standard. Despite requesting a quiet top-floor room, we were placed right next to the lobby. You hear people talking, walking, and dragging suitcases all night – impossible to rest. The gym is small, poorly equipped (just a few cardio machines, a bench and light weights) and not well air-conditioned. The breakfast selection is alright, but shockingly less varied than the 4-star hotel we stayed in before coming here. There is no hotel parking. The rooftop and Salty restaurant have beautiful sunset views, but that’s about it. The food looked promising but tasted bland – my veal cheek and Thai salad had no depth of flavor. Overall, this might suit people who only want to be near the beach of Palma, but for anyone expecting true 5-star comfort and service, it’s a major disappointment. We won’t be returning.

We visited the hotel for a few days and the spa was the most relaxing place you could be anywhere on the island. The staff were incredibly polite and we also had a generous and delicious paella from the restaurant. It has great access to a nice slice of the beach and to top it all up the sunset from the top floor offers a gorgeous and quiet way to finish off the day.
