Had the best time here. I wanted to say a huge thank you to Jose and his team on the rooftop pool area. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and the service was exceptional! Sofi always had the biggest smile and was so welcoming. Thank you for making our time so amazing (and for getting me a cheesecake :) )

I couldn't sleep for our entire stay here because the rooms were just so hot and they didn't have the air conditioning on. The rooms were very clean and beautiful, though. Minibar so overstuffed with crap you couldn't use it as a fridge, and no prices available. The shower in the rooms is also the textbook form over function. You have to be standing inside the rain shower to get any soap or shampoo so hope you're washing your hair. The drain left bubbles where you step out so you always have soapy feet. Also, it would randomly start dripping throughout your entire stay. Service is the only reason i am giving this any stars. Manu at the front desk and Silvana in the spa in particular were amazing and very helpful. They alone made our stay enjoyable.

The true meaning of a 5* hotel. The room may not seem incredible (we had premium garden view). However, the service, the little touches, the way they give you your experience, really elevates everything what you may expect. You can have a nice stay in Palma, or you can stay here and have an outstanding stay, truly worth every penny.

Perfect Location in a nice garden scenery /direct view to the sea, also from all terraces, pool terrace, sky pool roof top terrace with an amazing view directly to the sea from above—both Restaurants for dining extraordinary quality in food, ingredients, decoration /excellent and charming service, who love, what they do - spa small , but very smart, very kompetent female staff for divine massage and facial treatments, worth the money! Should try definitely!👌 In total a hotel with a lot of taste in details ( lobby surrounding with style/even the stairwell you have to appreciate , don’t use the elevator!)😊

1- The restaurant has a see view which is enjoyable when you are eating your breakfast. 2- The quality of foods in the restaurant was fine but it can be improved. 3- The staff behaviour were polite and respectful. 4- It is strange that this 5-star hotel has no parking lots. It is dificult to find parking space around the hotel and probably it can be worse during peak travel time of Mallorca. 5- The hair dryer should be replaced with better ones.
