I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was clean and well maintained, meeting the high standards of the Accor brand. The fitness center was well equipped, with new machines and a good variety of equipment for different types of workouts. The restaurant in the evening served delicious food, and I was very satisfied with the quality and taste. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always very helpful throughout my stay. Although the Highland Coffee shop in front of the hotel is currently closed for renovation, it did not affect my overall experience. On my early check-out day, before breakfast hours, the staff were very thoughtful and prepared a breakfast box for me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

They consistently went above and beyond what was required of them, and the level of service was truly outstanding. The team was extremely helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile for guests, which made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. A special thank you to Quinh and Van, who took exceptional care of me every day. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Service was excellent and welcoming also trust me vietnamese always friendly to guests. The room was great and the price was comfortable. Love it, I will come back next year. Had a great stay @ Pullman. The rooms were spacious and bed was so comfy. The breakfast buffet was great and they even prepared special indian food which is a nice touch seeing the amount of Indian guests staying there. Please note that the train street and old quarter is around 2+km from hotel and walking is not always so easy.

Our stay at Pullman was nothing short of amazing. The room was elegant and exactly what we needed after a long flight. Complimentary services were unexpectedly offered, which was a pleasant surprise. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Jerry and Martin, who helped us navigate around Hanoi and conveniently booked several trips for us. They also assisted with a few other things we needed during our stay. Both of them were friendly, approachable, and had excellent English proficiency. We developed a great personal connection with them, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
