I enjoyed my stay at Pullman Hanoi. Lan in the restaurant was wonderful and we had many laughs working on each others language skills. She is a great asset to the hotel. PRO: The hotel environment is fantastic, beautiful aesthetics, air conditioning, clean rooms and copious amounts of bottled water provided. The pool is great with towels provided and a pillow menu is on offer with all pillows available. Reception staff were great including the concierge staff who organized a tour for me. CONS: The walls are thin so you can hear talking and the TV in the room next to you so if you are a light sleeper, be warned. Hotel staff did not assist me with bags when I arrived and I had to carry them up the stairs by myself (there is no ramp). Ordering from the front bar is hassle, I was told there was a 30 minute wait for an uncooked bagel and smoked salmon despite the place being empty and item being a finger food.

Every one that works here is dedicated to their work and it shows in the level of hospitality we received. The hotel is not in the old quarter and you will need to meet any tours you have arranged in the old quarter. But it doesn't take long to get to the old quarter and the peaceful location makes up for it.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman Hanoi and truly appreciated how accommodating and considerate the staff were throughout my visit. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service during my stay, everything exceeded expectations. The team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, helping with early check-in requests. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, offering both comfort and functionality. The location is also ideal—close to key attractions but still peaceful enough to relax after a day out.

Rooms were shabby for what you pay in comparison with other hotels in the region. Breakfast was good. The reception asked for a security deposit of 100$ while it was not mentioned anywhere that the hotel request for deposits. The location is a bit far from the old quarters.
