I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The hotel was clean and well maintained, meeting the high standards of the Accor brand. The fitness center was well equipped, with new machines and a good variety of equipment for different types of workouts. The restaurant in the evening served delicious food, and I was very satisfied with the quality and taste. The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and always very helpful throughout my stay. Although the Highland Coffee shop in front of the hotel is currently closed for renovation, it did not affect my overall experience. On my early check-out day, before breakfast hours, the staff were very thoughtful and prepared a breakfast box for me, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is really nice, but I’m writing this review just for the customer service. Especially Hung at Bar Mint. The hospitality he showed us was amazing, with serious attention to detail. We accidentally left a bag at the bar and as soon as we realised it, received a call from him, saving us from a panic. Extremely comfy large beds and spacious clean rooms. Housekeeping do an amazing job. 100% will return

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and overall the experience was excellent. I would especially like to commend the staff working in the dining area during breakfast each morning. They consistently went above and beyond what was required of them, and the level of service was truly outstanding. The team was extremely helpful, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile for guests, which made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. A special thank you to Quinh and Van, who took exceptional care of me every day. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication really stood out and made my stay even more enjoyable.

Convenient location not too far from many historic sites. There are some construction and roadwork that make navigating around the area a bit tricky. The staff are helpful especially Cuong, the concierge who helped us book a tour to Halong. He was very dedicated and went the extra mile to make sure the entire trip was flawless.

Such a great hotel. As a person who works in a luxury hotel also a vietnamese whos live in london I would recommend you to visit, to try the hotel. Service was excellent and welcoming also trust me vietnamese always friendly to guests. The room was great and the price was comfortable. Love it, I will come back next year.
