5 star services hotel in Hanoi, very comfortable, luxury and exclusive. The staffs really friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet is not halal friendly, they serve pork and non halal meat, so Muslim visitors need to be extra careful. Recommended for business travel

A nice 5 star hotel. Big rooms, clean with all the comforts. Hotel has a pool and of course a gym. Personnel are helpful and gentle. The breakfast area is huge offering breakfast styles from all over the world. Prices are very reasonable and the hotel is highly recommended.

We recently celebrated our honeymoon and my husband's birthday at Pullman Hanoi, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay truly special. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary cake for my husband's birthday, which was a delightful touch. The room was comfortable and clean, and the amenities were top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate these special occasions. Highly recommend!

Located in Center of the town, but far (need car) to visit almost all of the places. The property is getting old and the decor , finishing are a let down for this price. Especially the bathroom door, fittings had problems and even the shampoo/ shower gel bottles misled didn’t work properly. The staff however is supportive and warm, and I liked the AC quality of the room. The facilities for swimming pool, sauna and steam bath are also well maintained.

We had such an amazing stay in Hanoi with the Pullman. The staff were always attentive and accommodating of my family. The breakfast buffet is extensive and everything we ate was delicious and good quality. The suite we had was so spacious and with a great bath. The location is interesting in Cat Linh with easy access to the station but a short Grab ride and you can get almost anywhere easily.
