I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Pullman Hanoi. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the service was excellent. Viet and Kien from the Concierge team were very dedicated in helping me find a good restaurant. Thank you to the receptionists Phuong Anh and Bich Phuong for checking on me and helping me take photos. I would be happy to come back again

Great hotel! Pullman Hanoi is truly an amazing hotel, definitely should visit whenever you come to Hanoi. Suitable for business trip as they have everything I need here. Hanoi Old Quarter just 10 mins away by Grab, and they are having a huge shopping mall opening soon next to the hotel

Temple of Literature is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel and next to it there are plenty of cute cafes and nice places to eat with vibrance atmosphere. Definitely recommend
