Absolutely a great hotel to stay!! The rooms are huge and clean and extremely modern! Pullman downtown is well worth a visit. Thank you to Anwar and Leila in the restaurant for looking after me. Your are both beautiful people and so friendly, you made me feel at home. I can only HIGHLY recommend your hotel with 7 stars! Thank you for your hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Dilshan at reception, who was incredibly helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices, and the room was clean with a modern interior and a relaxing view. The location is perfect, with a market and a pizza restaurant right next to the hotel. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel, everyone is so nice, they will definitely serve you well 24/7! The location is nearby and close to everyone, the hotel amenities and utilities are amazing. Mr. Kenneth was a very nice person when it came to things that relates to my car. Bread house is actually my favorite restaurant, haven’t tried the other one as Bread house was always fulfilling. Will repeat this experience again!

A nice hotel in a great location facing the canal which was a great view if your room is from that side. The room was nice but not a 5 star hotel room compared to Dubai hotels but it was good and comfortable, good blackout curtains that blocks the sunlight so you get a good sleep. The service in this hotel is excellent. They never late, I called for any service they come within a few short minutes. The staff were great and helpful. There are some good restaurants nearby.

From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service set the tone for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The reception staff deserves the highest praise, specially Snow. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. It also includes the waitress Agnes and Shiro. Their attentiveness and promptness in dealing with any requests were outstanding. Our stay at Pullman was fantastic. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with exceptional service.
