We had the absolute best stay at the Pullman Downtown Hotel! The service from the minute we walked in was outstanding! The room was immaculate! We spent a lot of time by the pool and Lolita bar which you must check out during your stay! The hotel restaurants were exquisite! We ordered room service and that was also amazing! The customer service from all the staff was exceptional - a special thank you to Shone at the front desk for looking after us! We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will surely be back when we are in Dubai next! Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality and experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a fantastic stay at Pullman Downtown Dubai! The hotel is excellent with a great location, stylish rooms, and top-notch service. The restaurant was impressive—delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. A special mention to Chef Pares, whose hospitality truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai!

This is why I like Accorhotels so much : they make sure you feel welcome. o came here with my son for 8 nights and celebrate his birthday. We enjoyed our stay and felt special. The roof top bar is top tier, the staff is comprehensive and friendly. The room was comfortable and looked luxury and the view absolutely stunning. Thanks to the main manager who made sure we enjoyed our stay and to the wonderful staff. I recommend a 100 %. +100 for Reda, Christian and Mustafa they were absolutely great !

Our stay at the hotel in Dubai was absolutely perfect! We didn’t miss anything — everything we needed was there. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help especially Shiro, Amith, Ishan, Nanda, Aadesh and Clovis from the restaurant, Andrew, Cynthia, Odette and Prosod from the reception. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the hotel amenities, including the pool, made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to all the main attractions and easy to access. Every detail was well thought out, and we truly felt at home. We are grateful for the wonderful hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai! Thanks to the guys on the photo who really helped us source for a cab whenever we went out.

I attended an event today at the pullman Hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of service provided. The conference facilities were excellent — spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The hotel staff were professional and very supportive throughout the day, especially Mr. Hem, who went above and beyond to assist us. He was attentive, friendly, and truly made a difference in the experience. The food was also delicious — fresh, well-presented, and exceeded expectations. Overall, the event was well worth the investment, and I’m grateful for the outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for hosting events!
