My experience at the Pullman Downtown Dubai was above my expectations. The staff were warm, friendly and kind, always ready to cater to my needs and I couldn't ask for a better experience. My room was spacious, elegant, and clean with an amazing viwe. The buffet was out of this world and food was perfect 👌🏿 I cant complain about anything. I will definitely visit again. Thank you very much!

We stayed here recently and had a really good experience overall. The place was clean, quiet and felt very comfortable from the moment we entered. I want to especially mention Owais from reception — he was super helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to answering all our questions, he was always polite and patient. Little things like that really make a difference. The location is convenient, and the facilities were exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely consider coming back again. Thanks to the team, and especially Owais, for making the stay smooth and pleasant.

Wonderful First Stay at the Pullman Hotel and in Dubai This was my first time in Dubai and also my first experience staying with the Pullman hotel chain, and it truly exceeded expectations. I stayed with a friend, and we had a lovely time — the staff were incredibly accommodating and efficient. For example, when our bath was blocked, someone came very quickly and resolved the issue without any hassle. From the cleaners to the reception team to the waiters, every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. It was clear that the entire team works well together and genuinely cares about guests’ comfort. Another great advantage is the hotel’s fantastic location — it’s very close to major attractions such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and other popular sights, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Throughout our stay, especially during breakfast, the staff were constantly checking in to ensure everything was perfect and to see if we needed anything. The breakfast team was amazing every single day. While I don’t know everyone’s name, I would like to give a special thank you to San Tun for his warm accommodation, excellent service at breakfast, and his valuable knowledge about Dubai. Thank you to the whole team for making our first stay in Dubai such a wonderful and memorable experience!

Lacking in all areas. This hotel is very much focussed on its corporate events rather than guest experience. We had several issues, the lady that checked us in was just confused and constantly asked us if we had already checked in (after checking us in at the same time) at which I ended up getting annoyed. The room was cleanish, rug felt dirty and tables weren’t all that clean. Major issue came when the hairdryer which wasn’t clean at all started burning (with red burns showing inside the hairdryer) and smoking a lot when I was using it. We told the staff who literally could not care less, they eventually gave us a spare hairdryer but that really isn’t the point there was no apology or acceptance of the issue by staff. They constantly got things wrong when asked ie we asked for coffee pods (coffee capsules) and they arrived 30 mins later with coffee cups??? Lastly we ate lunch at the pool bar (Lolitas) the food was vile, the chips were hard like cardboard and I asked for the pizza without one cheese and was told “no because everything is pre-prepared” it’s a pizza surely you can make that from scratch. They accepted the chips were horrific and offered to bring us fresh chips but 25 mins later nothing came and we gave up. We told the staff about the food and they just shrugged their shoulders. Never would I stay here again, which is a shame as I have stayed at multiple Pullman’s across the globe and they have always been good. It was also our honeymoon and booked as a last minute extension to our trip but ended up ruining it.

The service at this hotel was absolutely top-notch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were okay. Unfortunately, I can't understand the management's decision regarding the gym's facilities at all. It's such a nice room, but there are far too few machines. Easily five or six more could fit, and some of the existing equipment is quite worn. There are only free weights up to 20 kg. I expect better from a five-star hotel.
