I had a wonderful experience at Pullman Dubai Downtown - BreadHouse Bistro & Bakery! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. One of the highlights of my visit was their pastry and sweet selections—absolutely divine! Every bite was a delightful mix of flavor and finesse, especially their freshly baked croissants and decadent cakes that felt straight out of bakery. Their beverage options are just as impressive. Whether you’re in the mood for a rich, perfectly brewed hot coffee or a refreshing cold drink, there’s something for everyone. I personally loved their iced latte, which was smooth and balanced, and their selection of teas offered a lovely variety of blends. The service was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and always with a smile. Pullman Dubai Downtown - BreadHouse Bistro & Bakery truly knows how to treat its guests. I can’t wait to come back for another relaxing visit filled with sweet indulgence and exceptional drinks.

The hotel is in a good location, just minutes driving from the Dubai Mall. It has great views of the Burj Khalifa. The terrace and pool were nice too. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. The staff were efficient. Valet parking was very good. Cleaners were very good. The food and drinks were good, but over priced. Overall we had a pleasant stay. I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel feels intimate and has a European flair. The pool deck is pretty sweet. The breakfast is delicious but busy so come early but with May and Sun Tun at your side you can easily navigate the place. The manager at the reception Naresh remembered me from 6 months ago. Hopefully for all the right reasons. This is my second time here and I will be back.

We are staying for 10 days here.. the whole experience was excellent. Smooth checkin make it very easy after the long flight. Everyone is very friendly from lobby, restaurant to housekeeping. They really makes our stay very memorable. One of the staff Aaron is very hard working man and super friendly. And I really love watching everyone working as a team, they complete each other’s very well. I also notice the Chef Paras that always in the dining area making sure everything is in place.. its very impressive. Thank you all for an impressive hospitality. Keep up the good work. 🌻

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai! The entire staff was very friendly and helpful, which made my experience even more enjoyable. I especially want to highlight the chef – he was not only incredibly kind but also prepared amazing dishes. Every visit to the restaurant was a real treat.
