We recently stayed here for a family holiday. The Hotel Staff were amazing and super helpful every time we had any queries or concerns. The concierge were able to organise our rides to Abu Dhabi and to the airport with Vicky looking after our needs. The Spa staff namely Rose, Beck and Sandy were absolutely the best as I saw them daily for Squash, Gym, Sauna and Steam rooms. They accommodated me in the most hospitable way. The cleaners were always greeting and seeking ways to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location of the hotel in the Business Bay area was very central to the Dubai Mall and public transport systems. Three Mini marts and a Pharmacy which were all 24hours were at our convenience if required. The Hotel had the Lolita Bar and Pool Deck with views of the Burj Khalifa, a great buffet restaurant Couqley, the Breadhouse Bistro & Bakery the very chic Romeo's Lane (Indo-Japanese fusion) amongst other attractions. Behind the hotel is a great walk along the Al Jadaf Dubai Canal overlooking the cityscape of Business Bay. Surrounding this also are amazing restaurant with outdoor settings and variety of cuisines. We stayed during Christmas/ New Years so even though this was an extremely busy period, not once we felt neglected by any service that Pullman provided. They also have a complimentary shuttle to the mall twice a day and one to Kite Beach as well. I would highly recommend anyone travelling, esp during the holiday season for its high standards in delivering quality through their staff, in-house food, bar/live music, entertainment, location and detailed hospitality.

From our first day of staying to our last day was amazing! Good service, taking good care of us, the team was like our friends! We were satisfied with our room and the view from it. Room service was very good! They were very flexible with time and did a good job, such as Virgina who were mostly flesible for us. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

I had a fantastic stay at Pullman Downtown Dubai. The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of the city, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and transport links. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and modern, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both elegant and welcoming. What truly made the experience special was the entire staff team. Every member of staff was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional and made us feel genuinely well taken care of. A special mention goes to Obaid, who assisted us with our luggage. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and efficient, and his warm attitude made a great first impression. His assistance was quick and thoughtful, and he truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I highly recommend Pullman Downtown Dubai to anyone visiting the city and would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely horrible stay at Pullman Downtown Dubai. The room had visible mold and a strong, disgusting mold smell that made the room completely unlivable. This is not a minor issue — it is a serious health hazard. After spending just a short time in the room, I started experiencing breathing issues due to the mold smell. At that point, staying there was impossible. When we complained through Booking.com (the platform we booked through), the hotel staff showed zero professionalism: • No apology • No concern for our health • No room change offered • No refund for the remaining nights • No resolution of any kind They were completely unwilling to take responsibility. Even after clearly explaining the situation, they refused to help in any way. We were forced to change hotels immediately for health reasons and lost money because of their refusal to cooperate. For a hotel that claims to be premium, this behavior is unacceptable. Mold, bad smell, health issues, arrogant staff, and absolutely no customer care. This place should not be charging what it does, and people with allergies, asthma, or kids should stay far away. One of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs.

Pullman Dubai Downtown I had a very pleasant stay at Pullman Dubai Downtown. The location is excellent—close to Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa, yet peaceful enough for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well maintained, with comfortable beds and a modern feel. Housekeeping was efficient and consistent. What truly stood out was the staff—courteous, warm, and always willing to help, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Breakfast was good with a decent spread, and the overall ambience of the hotel feels calm and refined. The pool and common areas are well kept and relaxing, making it suitable for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, Pullman Dubai Downtown offers great value with its location, service, and comfort. I would happily recommend it and would consider staying here again on my next visit to Dubai.
