I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is perfect – it’s conveniently situated near major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. However, I did notice that access to taxis was somewhat limited at times, which could be a minor inconvenience during peak hours. That said, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and making me feel at home.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pullman Hotel City Centre Deira, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—right next to City Centre Mall and close to everything you could need in Dubai. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained, offering great comfort after a long day. The amenities were top-notch, from the gym to the pool and dining options. A special mention goes to Motaz at the reception—he made our check-in smooth and welcoming. My wife and I stayed here for the 2nd time after 11 years from the first time. My wife and I were both in the United States Navy and our ships stopped here for a port visit and we met here at this hotel, had our 1st date there, and we made our relationship official there. So 11 years later, we're celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary and we could not go come to Dubai and not stay where it all began. This time was so much better. The hotel brought back so many memories of our beginning, while we were able to enjoy more of the hotel this time. Normally we only have one or maybe 2 nights to stay there while with the Navy, but this was a week long trip. So we truly explored the hotel and Dubai. We really enjoyed and we will be sending all of our clients here. Staff is so amazing, attentive, and very very helpful. I can't brag about this hotel enough. Next time we will be trying out the Residence side of the Pullman. This hotel will forever be a part of our hearts.

I have been stayed at this hotel for several times during my business trip. I definitely will go back to choose this hotel for the next trip to Dubai, location wise in great attach will the mall. The room was clean and convenient and the staff was nice and helpful. Housecleaning Sandu was very helpful for refilling extra water during room cleaning. Great job 👍🏼

We stayed for 3 nights as a family with two kids, and overall, the experience was very pleasant. 1. Housekeeping did a fantastic job—our room was cleaned thoroughly and looked fresh every morning. 2. The breakfast selection was good and satisfying. 3. The staff were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. 4. The location is excellent, with direct access to both the mall and the metro station. 5. Restaurant and reception staff were especially friendly and patient with the kids, which we truly appreciated.
