We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. It was my son’s birthday, and to our delight, the hotel upgraded our room and even surprised us with a delicious cake to celebrate — such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. The hotel was spotless, and every little detail was taken care of — from the fully stocked and immaculate bathroom to the excellent in-room amenities. The entire property was well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and relaxing. Everything about the stay was perfect — great service, friendly staff, and a very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience in Dubai!

I’ve never once regretted choosing to stay at Pullman Creek City Centre Hotel. The property remains a benchmark for cleanliness, comfort, and convenience. What truly sets it apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. On this stay, I’d like to especially commend Naved from housekeeping and a gentleman from the security team (originally from Uganda, though I regret not recalling his name). All staff that we interacted with, valet, concierge, morning breakfast, cleaning crew, reception were all polite, professional, and very friendly. The overall experience at this hotel was excellent. Having mall attached to the hotel was an added bonus! Price for 2 rooms was reasonable for our family but we did book ahead and online. Management is doing a fabulous job and keep up the great work. The hotel was easy to get to in our rental car. 100 percent we will rebook at this location at our next trip.

We had a wonderful time during our 3-day, 2-night stay at Pullman Hotel Creek. This was our second time staying here, and once again, it did not disappoint—in fact, it was even better than our first visit! Our children especially loved that the pool stays open later compared to other hotels, giving them more time to enjoy. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant staff stood out for their kindness and genuine compassion. A special thank you to Ms. Imelda, the Senior Sales Manager for Events, for being so accommodating and for making sure everything was perfect during our event and throughout our stay. We truly hope to stay here again in the future. More promotional rates would be much appreciated!

As French citizens, Accor Platinum members, we’ve experienced many Executive Lounges across the globe including Pullman locations in Kuala Lumpur, Doha, Madinah, Sharjah, and more and we can confidently say that this lounge stands out for its quality, service, and commitment to continuous improvement. The entire team goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special. Their dedication is remarkable, and they consistently strive to exceed expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Lakshika and Chan, who served us with exceptional care and attention. They quickly learned our preferences, to the point where we never had to ask for anything everything was already taken care of. Also a big thank you to Mahabub, who was equally attentive and thoughtful, as well as Hoque and the talented lounge chef, Ranjan, who delighted us daily with their service and cuisine. We would also like to express our gratitude to Bimala, who took care of our room with such professionalism and attention to detail. Special thanks to her.
