I had accidentally booked an extra night through LoveHolidays and realised the mistake immediately, but unfortunately they weren’t helpful at all! I was worried this would affect our holiday, as I was travelling with my son for his 21st birthday. However, the Pullman team, especially Ashani (Cust Rel Manager) completely transformed our experience and made us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. We were generously upgraded, given complimentary breakfast, and had access to the Executive Lounge, which was such a thoughtful gesture. On the day of my son’s 21st birthday, the staff surprised us with a special birthday cake, which meant so much to both of us. It was a beautiful and memorable touch that we will never forget. Every member of staff we encountered was amazing especially Ashini & Andrea and always polite, warm, and eager to help. The hotel’s tour guide, Yash also went above and beyond by helping us plan our week, giving us excellent recommendations and making everything seamless. Despite the initial booking issue the Pullman turned our trip into a truly special and unforgettable experience. I cannot thank the team enough and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality.
