Second time in Danang this year, stayed at the M Hotel which was amazing, brand new etc, however really busy out front and pool. Pullman was the perfect balance, just a short walk down the beach and you're amongst it all. The service at Pullman as next level, nothing was every too hard, the team remembered our names, gardens immaculate, breakfast and dining outstanding. Rooms could do with a little freshening but still very nice. The resort is in such a great location, almost feels at times like you're at a private beach. Great restaurants etc across the road. Well done to Agnoldo and the entire Pullman team, we'll be back next year, if not earlier :-)

The rooms are spacious. Very well staff. Normally we look for a good hospitality. We booked for 2 adults and 2 children in a room. I requested them to set up a small bed or a sofa bed for my 10 year old child and 6 year old sons. They refused to do that and even asked for extra charges for the same. Really vietnam misses hospitality to the most. Although it has a wonderful culture. But they should be much more hospitable and polite. Already there is a lot of language barrier. The people are so good. Let's hope they do it better.

We spent three days here and had our wedding at this beautiful resort. The service is top-notch, with everything tailored perfectly to our needs. We stayed in their suite room, the “Cottage.” The room was exceptional, and the bathroom was absolutely amazing. The location is also outstanding, as this is the closest five-star resort to the main city center. We would like to give a personal thanks to chị Diem, who worked closely with us and made sure we had everything we needed for our wedding. We also want to thank Phuong for the amazing breakfast service. Thank you, Pullman, for an unforgettable memory that will last a lifetime.

All of the staff were so helpful, bright and cheerful. If I needed anything, they were happy to help. Vu, the driver, was so lovely and made the short trip from the airport such a nice experience. He offered information about the best times to travel and local sights to see. The hotel was beautiful and the scenery was amazing. Very clean and well looked after. The breakfast was fresh and I had plenty of options

I could really feel the positive energy from the staff throughout my stay – they were all so happy and welcoming. The room was nice, and the beach and swimming pool were absolutely beautiful. There was a bit of noise from the rooms, but it was manageable. Overall it was worth staying.
