We’re so lucky to have been upgraded to the Penthouse Suite as privilege to my Gold membership. We have an amazing ocean view with wide balcony. We were given the corner room so basically we get the view of the ocean and the city. None can top that. Just amazing! Service is very good, Lan who assisted us from check-in to check-out provided us amazing service. The room is huge for my partner and I but gives us the luxury and great memories. The only thing probably the room can improve is it would have been good to have a slider door between the bathroom and the bedroom for light sleeper and for someone who can’t sleep with lights on. We managed the night by turning on the light in the dresser so we can still go to the bathroom without turning on the entire lights in the bathroom. Food is a hit or miss. Lots of selection but average. Can’t really complain. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Pullman for a wonderful stay as we held our work function at your hotel. Coincidentally the meeting was held during my birthday week and I had a wonderful surprise in my room compliments from the hotel. You made my day and stay special. Two notable team members from Pullman i would to recognise, Vy for her hospitality in serving and her pleasant personality. And Sang who was very very helpful when I arrived and left with my luggage and escort to the room. You have a wonderful team from reception to guest services. Thank you very much Pullman for making my first visit to Vietnam a wonderful experience

Stayed here three nights on a Luxury Escapes deal in a one bedroom cottage (villa) that included all food & drinks plus a 60 minute massage at their spa. Most importantly, the staff here are amazing. Everyone we interacted with were friendly and helpful and reflected an amazing commitment to training. They could do a better job at check in explaining the Luxury Escapes package (have a copy of the food menus & drinks so you know what to ask for at the restaurants). The creativity on the Azure menu us fantastic. Lots of fresh seafood options and fun little flavour combinations. And the phở pizza at th main restaurant was very memorable. All in all a good experience and we'll be back again.

Check-in was a breeze, with the staff providing excellent service and displaying great professionalism. He arranged for a breakfast box when he heard that I would be leaving before breakfast hours, and he also patiently counted all the cash that I used for making payment. Really good staff, please do ensure to retain him at your hotel. The room was also very clean and tidy when I arrived, housekeeping was also prompt and spotless throughout my stay. Breakfast was also very good, food selection was good, food quality was excellent and fresh, with Jennie being the best breakfast host I have had the pleasure to meet! The only slight improvement I would suggest is to use better quality toilet paper, which was a bit too thin. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at the Pullman Danang!

I had a great 3-day stay at Pullman Danang on my first trip here. Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable. However, I found it inconvenient that the bathrobe and slippers were not changed daily. Since I swam frequently, I showered often, but there weren’t enough towels. It was a bit frustrating to request them every time. Other than that, everything was great! The yoga class was the perfect way to wake up my body in the early morning. Special thanks to Thuy, who was kind, gave clear instructions, and led a fantastic yoga session. That being said, I was quite surprised that despite the hotel actively promoting yoga classes, there was no dedicated indoor yoga room. Outdoor sessions would have been nice, but due to the weather, we had to practice indoors—in the hallway on the 2nd floor near the lobby. This was quite unexpected. Additionally, large groups on the 1st floor were too loud, which was disruptive. Yoga is a meditative and quiet exercise, so I truly hope the hotel considers building a dedicated yoga room—especially since there seem to be plenty of meeting rooms available.
