Stayed here for 4 nights last April with my kids. The fresh flowers and fruits in the room after check-in gave a warm and welcoming impression. Staffs were kind. Especially staff in the kids club have a lot of patience to kids and smile all the time. My kids enjoyed playing there. Pool was enjoyable. Pizza from pool bar tastes good. It’s good to be relaxed at the beach front since it was not crowded. I loved rice noodle at the breakfast. Location of the resort is excellent. There are mart and massage shops across the resort. Overall, Im willing to visit this resort again. Staying at this resort remains a pleasant remembrance for our family.

We’re so lucky to have been upgraded to the Penthouse Suite as privilege to my Gold membership. We have an amazing ocean view with wide balcony. We were given the corner room so basically we get the view of the ocean and the city. None can top that. Just amazing! Service is very good, Lan who assisted us from check-in to check-out provided us amazing service. The room is huge for my partner and I but gives us the luxury and great memories. The only thing probably the room can improve is it would have been good to have a slider door between the bathroom and the bedroom for light sleeper and for someone who can’t sleep with lights on. We managed the night by turning on the light in the dresser so we can still go to the bathroom without turning on the entire lights in the bathroom. Food is a hit or miss. Lots of selection but average. Can’t really complain. We would definitely stay here again.

Coincidentally the meeting was held during my birthday week and I had a wonderful surprise in my room compliments from the hotel. You made my day and stay special. Two notable team members from Pullman i would to recognise, Vy for her hospitality in serving and her pleasant personality. And Sang who was very very helpful when I arrived and left with my luggage and escort to the room. You have a wonderful team from reception to guest services. Thank you very much Pullman for making my first visit to Vietnam a wonderful experience

Beautiful place. Superb, attentive staff. Hotel is spotless throughout, with excellent facilities. Varied menus in both restaurants. Food prepared to a very high standard. Ample sun beds around the swimming pool and on the beach. Cannot fault anything and will hopefully return in the near future.

It's our first night here but we are very please with our beautiful room as well as the service. All of the staffs are so nice. Our server Thanh at Epic restaurant was excellent. She explained the menu and made sure we enjoy our food. Highly recommend this hotel.
