Excellent location, outstanding service. We stayed at the resort for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The hospitality from the staff is outstanding always smiling and happy to assist in every way. We always stay at Accor resorts, this is one of the best. Special thanks to Kelvin who is always happy to help and guide us. Breakfast was delicious and they assisted us by cooking our eggs separately and offering veg options that we could order from a separate menu since we only consume Halal food. Will definitely recommend this resort.

Located facing the seaview / garden where the sea winds comes in is an absolute treat for a needy restful soul in me. We always look forward to returning to our room each day and would be more than happy to stay withing hotel which is very well kept, clean and filled with warmth of the hotel people. Walking out to the street, opposite you can find basic necessities, take a grab in less than 5 mins you will reach the buzzing streets of Da Nang! If you prefer, a jogging for both ways can cover up to 10km, but do have a good pair of running shoes with you! It's the warmth of the people there which makes our stay so soulful on this trip!

We truly enjoyed our stay — the room was fantastic, comfortable, and well-kept. The breakfast spread was impressive as well, with a wide range of choices that really lived up to the brand’s 5-star reputation. Although we came during the rainy season and couldn’t enjoy the pool, the facilities still looked inviting and well maintained. Now, let’s move on to the part that needs improvement: 1. Drinking water Somehow, in a 5-star hotel, water suddenly becomes a luxury item. I was told (perhaps I heard wrongly, but…) that requesting more than four bottles a day might be chargeable. Not wine, not cocktails — water. Plain, basic, stay-alive-as-a-human water. It’s a little surprising that a hotel capable of delivering such excellent rooms and breakfast would hesitate over something so simple and essential. Hopefully, they will realise that guests don’t come here to experience fine water rationing. 2. Power socket Despite being an international hotel brand, the sockets aren’t universal. So yes, we had to use an adapter — which felt a little ironic for a hotel that caters to global travelers Overall, we enjoyed the stay, especially the room and breakfast. But hopefully, the hotel will rethink these little details. After all, great hospitality shouldn’t be limited by water quotas and plug adapters

All the staff they are supposed and excellent care.they are so warm and welcoming to everyone. Is excellent cleaning service everything. Lovely beech and lovely view. We miss everyone. The food is amazing. I just want to say thank you to the person who made and cooked for us dinner and all the meals.very grateful for everything. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff across all departments went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. We got a lovely room upgrade, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was luxurious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The service was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout the entire resort. The breakfast selection was phenomenal … delicious, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. There was something for every taste, and the quality was outstanding. The sundowner drinks and canapés were another highlight, offering the perfect way to relax in the evening and mingle with hotel management … thanks Agnaldo and Gloria it was lovely to meet and spend time with you A huge thank you to the entire Pullman Da Nang team for making our visit so special.
