Pullman Danang Beach Resort was a wonderful place to enjoy a truly relaxing getaway on what felt like one of Vietnam’s most peaceful, beautiful, and clean beaches. The resort’s white sand is perfect for walking barefoot, and the scenery is incredibly soothing—an open, panoramic view of the blue sea lined with palm trees, stretching all the way toward the Lady Buddha statue at Linh Ung Pagoda (visible in the distance). It’s an ideal setting for rest and healing. All staff members were consistently kind and welcoming, and the room was very well maintained, which made the stay especially comfortable. The swimming pool and gym also offered great views and a pleasant environment to use. We enjoyed the resort’s restaurants as well—the food and beverages were satisfying, the service was attentive, and the prices felt reasonable for the quality provided. As someone visiting primarily for a resort vacation, the only downside for me was that there is no executive lounge on-site. On the positive side, as a Platinum member, I truly appreciated the complimentary pick-up service from my previous city hotel in Danang and the drop-off service to the airport. It left a great impression and made the transfer stress-free. I would like to give special thanks to our driver, Mr. Vuu, for his safe and comfortable driving, as well as his detailed and friendly explanations about Danang along the way. I am also grateful to the reception desk team for the warm welcome, helpful resort information, and the room upgrade. In addition, thank you to the housekeeping team for the daily turndown service and for always checking whether we needed any additional amenities. My special appreciation goes to the Room Management Manager, Hanh_Chinh, for the thoughtful care and excellent room condition throughout our stay. Last year I stayed here with my mother, and this year I stayed with my son. Both visits were memorable, and choosing Pullman Danang Beach Resort as the final hotel of our Danang trip helped us end the journey on an even better note than expected. I sincerely hope to return again next year.

Nice hotel close to the beach and nightlife of Da Nang. Rooms are really nice and bed super comfy too. The swimming pool is large but lacks something. There is very little shade a d also you cannot move the sunbeds too far as there are changes in levels of ground. Also there are no cushions for the sunbeds so a bit uncomfortable if you are on them all day. It feels like the pool is a bit of an afterthought as the rest of the hotel is done so well. Had a really nice time here though so not really complaints but comments. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was beautiful.

We felt welcomed and most staff were kind and polite to us, greeting us when they see us. We appreciate the gesture to upgrade us to a suite for free and the complimentary cheesecake for our anniversary was delicious! I love that there’s so much cold pressed juice selection at the breakfast buffet, a healthful and thoughtful addition. The coffee selection is aesthetically pleasing and tastes good. Very thankful for the detox water at reception to keep us hydrated. I wish there were more Vietnamese food like bánh cuốn or bún chả. A slight disappointment was that going into the sea was not allowed and no water sports, and the beachfront was the biggest reason we were there instead of elsewhere more inland and cost less. We also saw the sign for butterfly garden but was told it’s closed down, so sad! Would be nice to have more photoworthy spaces like that.

We could not have been more disappointed to have picked this place to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Poor management, Bad Communication and Poor room Quality We had booked the Penthouse Suite for our special celebration and there was nothing Penthouse about it besides being on the top floor. The rooms had a brown stain on the sheets ( see picture ) The AC would not cool below 21 Celsius The Tub had some Faulty Jets and took over 30 mins to fill There was some work done to the tile around the tub and it was finished very poorly. Chalk all over the place The room overlooked a dilapidated building Also it was indicated to us we would receive a special service. We tried to inquire before we arrived at what the service was ( we asked multiple questions beforehand with little to no answers ) but could not get a response. When we arrived at the hotel the floor manager told us it was a bottle of wine. Another false advertisement like the room. We indicated we do not drink ( Religious Reasons ) and asked for a substitution, we were informed there was nothing they could do and sent the wine anyways. When we brought all these issues to management that we were unhappy, all we were told was that the room was non refundable. The Floor manager never tried to help or make it right or even have a conversation with us besides saying the room was non refundable. We asked to speak with the general manager and were refused Being very unhappy we decided to leave as this wasn't the way we wanted to celebrate such a happy occasion. As we were leaving the same floor manager grabbed us and made us pay for a 3 dollar cup of coffee... I couldn't believe it Such bad customer service. On the Flip side we went to the Hyatt Regency Da Nang where we were treated like 'Royalty, got a room twice as big that included breakfast and cocktail hour for the same price point. Anniversary Saved !!! Why would anyone choose this place when there are so many better options !!!

Wonderful time at the Pullman. The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean. Service was top notch throughout the facility. The staff was friendly and very approachable to offer any assistance to make my stay an absolute pleasure, especially the staff the Infinity Bar. They served an enormous breakfast buffet and food was excellent. Finally, the location is superb. You had all the benefits of a wonderful beach side resort, while within walking distance to so much that Da Nang has to offer. I will not hesitate to stay at the Pullman next time I am in Da Nang.
