I had the pleasure of staying at Pullman Danang Beach Resort for a few nights, and even though the weather was less than ideal, my experience at the hotel was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured I was well taken care of, offering a smooth check-in and even providing an umbrella to help with the rain. The room was beautifully designed, clean, and cozy, with a large balcony that offered a great view of the surrounding area—though I couldn’t fully enjoy it due to the stormy weather. Still, the room was a perfect retreat, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed to relax. The hotel’s indoor facilities were a lifesaver during the bad weather. I spent time in the gym room, which was wonderful, and even enjoyed a warm drink in the lounge. The restaurant was also a highlight; the food was delicious, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. While the weather outside wasn’t ideal for sightseeing, the hotel made up for it with exceptional service and warmth. I’m sure I’ll return once the weather is better, but even with the rain, this was a memorable stay. Highly recommend!

If you want a really good holiday. If you need a truly classic quality hotel with high standards not only for relaxation and hospitality, but also humanity and empathy of the staff - you are here. I have already been to hotels of this chain in other countries and I was pleased with the comfortable service, but here the staff really invested in creating a good holiday for the guests. I also liked the activities in the form of yoga at dawn, a good tennis court, golf service. Large selection for breakfast, spacious very clean rooms with a pleasant view, a large private beach and pleasant textiles everywhere.

My Experience here was Amazing. The Guest Services girl name My was very helpful providing great information of the resort. Thu receptionist was very detailed with the information provided of the Resort. Linh ( Infi bar) bartender makes excellent cocktails. All staff are friendly and welcoming makes you feel safe and like home. Definitely coming back again Next year!!!

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff especially Jenny the duty manager. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff very helpful. The infinity pool and beach is fantastic but the weather wasn’t to great to used it, we did used the pool one afternoon. The spa however was the place to go very luxurious and the treatments available very relaxing. Breakfast was good plenty to choose from again staff very helpful. Nothing was to must trouble if you need anything. Would definitely recommend a visit to this hotel if you ever are in the area. Stayed for 5 days December 19th - 24th 2024

Lovely resort in a great location, not too far from Da Nang central and Hoi An, with great access to the beach. Amazing service from all staff, including reception, guest services, front entrance attendants and housekeeping. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable with all amenities provided, however the only improvement required would be sound proofing of the rooms. Gaps in the door meant that we could hear all comings and goings of everyone in the hallway, early in the mornings and late at night, including conversations of housekeeping staff and groups and guests entering their rooms. It made us self conscious of how quiet we had to be in our own room in case we were too loud or could be overheard from the hallway.
