We have just spent a lovely Christmas and New Year at this resort in one of the beautiful cottages. The location is only a short drive from airport with resort being directly on the beachfront. We were all inclusive and had access to a fantastic menu with lots of choice and different in both restaurants. Food is plentiful, hot and prepared to order. One strong assest is the staff. Right from arrival to leaving and all in-between they looked after us extremely well and couldn't do enough for us. Special mention goes to Hoa and her colleagues from the beach restaurant who looked after very well and ensured we had a lovely table set either inside or outside. Also, special mention to assistant F&B manager Daisy. Such a lovely lady, warm, welcoming, likes a chat and remembers your name and what you more can you for. Even down to a thoughtful flower display on breakfast table on our last day. Well done to all involved with this resort who made our stay every enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pullman Resort Da Nang and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, everyone — from the front reception team through to the kids club staff — was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The level of service throughout the resort was outstanding and made our stay feel easy and relaxed. The room was amazing: spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable, with beautiful views. The location is hard to beat, right on the beach and close to everything, which made it perfect for a family getaway. A special thank you to Van from the breakfast team, who really made our stay extra memorable. Van went out of her way to organise halal food for us on request, always with kindness and a big smile. That level of care meant a lot to us. Special mention to Dan from front desk for helping us make changes to our booking for our future travels. Dan was amazing

Situation I am a platinum member and my wife is a Gold member with both having Accor explorer plus. I, my wife and my son booked a junior suite without breakfast for 4 days, two days were using suite night upgrade. Two of our other friends booked a regular room without breakfast. Problems Encountered: 1. At the check-in I was told I can't pay using points for the junior suite. I requested them if the two nights which were at standard rate can be paid using points and the upgrade nights using card. I was told quite rudely and in a loud voice NO! 2. Being a platinum member breakfast was free for three of us but the other room had to pay for breakfast which is totally fair. I asked if the breakfast for other room can be discounted 30% as per my explorer membership and again I was told no. This doesn't make sense since the discount is applicable even if you are just visiting for a meal without staying so why should the fact that someone is staying make it unavailable for their friends? Fortunately after lot of arguments they agreed to provide the discount on my wife's explorer+ card. 3. In general Pullman' s attitude seems to be finding ways to deny member benefits rather than finding ways to provide them. 4. Another smaller peev. There was hardly any view from the suite. Better view from the room which was quite weird. 5. The pump of the jacuzzi in the room was not working well. 6. The view from the room was not the same as in the picture. May be a different suite with better view has been used for advertising. Good experiences: 1. A lady named VAN from the breakfast place made my day for specially making cream filled buns! 2. Free airport pickup was provided. None of the other Accor hotels in Vietnam provided that. 3. Breakfast and dinner food was great.

Excellent location, outstanding service. We stayed at the resort for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. The hospitality from the staff is outstanding always smiling and happy to assist in every way. We always stay at Accor resorts, this is one of the best. Special thanks to Kelvin who is always happy to help and guide us. Breakfast was delicious and they assisted us by cooking our eggs separately and offering veg options that we could order from a separate menu since we only consume Halal food. Will definitely recommend this resort.

We stayed here for 3 days to relax in Da Nang at the end of our 2 week Vietnam travels. Really nice property with excellent and courteous staff. Everyone from our bellhop, Tuan, and the two ladies who took care and played with our children in the Kids Club (Thuy and Thao) were extremely nice and tended to all of our needs. The resort pool was very nice and right on the beach. We took walks to My Khe beach on the beach and had a wonderful time. The resort was just far enough to get away from the downtown but was a quiet 5-8 minute cab/grab ride to downtown and the night market.
