Such a gorgeous location! The rooms are wonderfully air conditioned. The food is delicious! Great service all around. I didn’t know I needed chilled damp towels that smell of eucalyptus but Pullman Resort showed me what I’ve been missing.

It was a great trip! Nice hotel, free morning yoga, gym and sauna. You can also enjoy both the pool and the sea nearby. Everyone working there is warm and kind to people with children. Mr. Kelvin, the guest support staff, especially made my trip wonderful. When I told him about recommended sightseeing spots, he helped me with everything from arranging taxi transfers to recommending restaurants. There is also a babysitting service, which costs about 1,500 yen for an hour, and will regularly send you photos and let you know how things are going, as well as playing with toys at the kids club playground. I definitely want to come to this hotel when I go to Da Nang again and have recommended it to my friends!

The overall experience was good. We stayed for 2 nights. The pool was very good especially for those who like to swim. Room was clean. Room service sometimes slow (we need to call 2-3 times for yoga mattress, 1 time we call for room clean up but no staff came) but the staffs are in general helpful and friendly. It would be better if they improves more playgrounds for kids to make the resort more family friendly.

We stayed here in September. It was very hot but hotel rooms were cool due to good air conditioning. Very clean rooms, excellent staff and good service. Rooms are new and beds comfortable. Very conveniently- located across the street are some supermarkets and only 20 mins from airport. Via grab is only about 150000 Dong. The spa is good with a good menu of treatments to choose from, though very pricey compared to outside. I tried the hot stone massage and swedish massage, very satisfied! Will definitely return!

Great 3 day stay, comfortable and amazing hospitality. Highlights, beach bar and master cocktail makers, concierge crew Tim and Evie? And the use of a push bike;) the reception went above and beyond, Diep and others on reception were engaged, professional, remembered me every time I walked in the door. The duty manager at the time Jennifer ? Was supportive and backed her team, well done. I’ll be back 🙏
