We stayed at Hotel Puente Romano last year and had an amazing experience. Our room was quiet, had a lovely terrace, and provided the level of comfort we expected from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, this year’s stay did not live up to our previous experience. Our room faced the street, making it noisy, and we couldn’t open the window due to the constant traffic sounds. This significantly impacted the relaxing atmosphere we had enjoyed so much before. For a hotel of this category, we expect consistent quality in terms of comfort and tranquility. We were disappointed that no effort was made to offer us a quieter room or an alternative solution. Sadly, this visit did not meet our expectations. After one Day the Hotel offered me a new quiet room- thanks

An amazing and breathtaking resort, so much fun just to be here! We loved how it felt like we were in a little town, the way it was set up. The restaurants were all delicious, the staff were all so friendly and helpful! The room was super comfy and our balcony view was such a delight. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend Ciprianni, El Pimpi, Coya, and both the Cheat restaurant and pool!

Great hotel with alot of restaurants and things to do within the property Pros - kids club was great my son loved it - maid service - restaurants on site - walkable - service most of the time - all food was very good - staff very friendly Cons - restaurants some restrictions for kids after 730 - pool chairs old at all pools - pools over crowded no chairs sometimes - rooms are small and a little outdated - prices are insane for most things - breakfast service slow and over crowded Most part was a great stay alot of upsells when you already paying so much to stay there water provided 1 time a stay which is strange 8 euro a bottle after that a more luxury upgrade is the Marbella Club Next door.

Well, we had hoped it would be brilliant....Puente Romano, you were out of this world in every way. From the moment we checked in with Carlos, we felt at home and so welcome. Our 4 year old daughter was greeted with a gorgeous teddy bear and colouring pack , which made her day. Our beautiful sea view room was just perfect, with a huge bathroom and jacuzzi bath. A highlight of our stay was walking through the wonderful gardens, especially at night with the lights dotted around. The restaurants were all 5 star and we really enjoyed Thai Gallery. We cant thank Amanda enough for arranging the most unforgettable stay for us and we really look forward to returning.
