This hotel is beyond my expectations stayed 4 nights. An all inclusive hotel with lot of breakfast lunch dinner late night buffet with all day snacks served. Drinks at the bar have no shortage of a drink any one would want. The entertainment is an absolute magical not to be missed specially for the little ones to be kept busy. There's a day club available for 4 years onwards to be left. I would highly recommended this hotel to any one looking to relax in an all inclusive 5 star resort. The staff are all so brilliant and so helpful thank you so much. Already planning our next visit.

Great all inclusive hotel with excellent food options available all day. The hotel is in a quiet location, beach is pebbles/shingle, local buses have a frequent timetable, only took us 1hr 45mins to get to Rhodes old town for 7.10 euro per person, under 5yrs old are free. Entertainment was poor for adults, no bingo or indoor shows, just poolside singers, karaoke at the amphitheatre, and kids disco. All staff we came across were very nice, housekeeping were excellent 👌🏼 changed room towels twice a day sometimes. The only downsides were tiles missing in the pool areas and the pools were very cold, in fact the sea was warmer! Overall a great stay and would consider staying again, if only the pools were warmer.

This is an extremely difficult review to prepare because I am internally split - there should be a separate category under „management“. To be clear, this hotel is outstanding and the staff are extremely friendly like all Rhodes people! We love Rhodes! However, when it gets to responsibility for your customers, this relates to management!We experienced the fires this summer and I am still shocked by the irresponsible attitude of the management of this hotel! They kept advising people to go have lunch while government was advising on evacuation!!! Total lack of adequacy - there were pregnant women, handicapped people, etc.

Overall a lovely hotel and worth the money we paid.
Our room was very clean and had everything needed.
Food and drinks were great some nights and not so great others. Standard of drinks definitely wasn’t consistent between bars. Plastic cups in most areas because of people taking them to the pool areas.
Service was mixed, some members of staff were exceptional and others were very ready for the end of the season to arrive.
Location of hotel is about 1.25 hours from the airport if driving in a hire care and very straightforward…pretty much one straight road. Not much in the vicinity of the hotel other than a couple of bars. Mosa was beautiful and worth a visit for sure!

Fantastic hotel. Brilliant staff especially the maids who cleaned room 2003 . Really hard working always with a smile on their faces . Food is excellent plenty of choices , salad bar is delicious as are the deserts. The Moonlight restaurant is a must . We tried the hamburger night and again were impressed. We stayed in a honeymoon room with our own pool well worth the extra. Drinks are great cocktails strong. The whole hotel is immaculate , towels changed daily, you can change pool towels when you want. Beds really comfy . It was our third visit we will definitely be back again. Its got to be one of the best hotels in Rhodes. Thanks to all staff for a great holiday .
