Very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. We were truly impressed by both the service and the level of customer care. To our pleasant surprise, we were unexpectedly upgraded without even requesting it. We were given a Prestige Room, which was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel has a very cosy and comfortable vibe, ideal for a getaway. The sea views are beautiful, complemented by lush greenery all around, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Special attention is given to local guests, which was very much appreciated and rare nowadays in our hotels in Mauritius. A heartfelt thank you to Harikesh for the kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service throughout our stay.

From the very first moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was extremely attentive, kind, and always smiling. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a very pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The food was outstanding, truly delicious, and the service exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely amazing, making the whole experience even more special. I would especially like to congratulate the hotel manager, Krishna, who truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Krishna’s dedication is remarkable — I saw him constantly interacting with guests, speaking with everyone, and knowing people personally. It is rare to see a manager so present, involved, and genuinely caring. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it honestly felt like a 5-star experience. I felt wonderful during my stay and would gladly return.

Arrived at this beautiful resort on Wednesday 10th December 2025 after 9.00pm. Was welcomed by Angelina and although she was busy with another guest she made us feel so welcomed to the resort. Within a few minutes she offered us refresher towels and a welcome drink. Such a homely welcome feeling. She thereafter insisted we have supper first whilst she so professionally sorted out our check in and arranged for our luggage to be taken to the rooms. After dinner it was just a short informative welcome talk and all that was left to be done was a signature before she personally escorted us to our rooms 1059 / 2126. Her loving personality continued every day that she was at work. Always going out off her way to greet, speak and just ensuring that we were all fine. Simply a remarkable person who made us feel home away from home. Without a doubt everything at the resort was 5 ***** but Angelina was the cherry on the top. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay at Preskil and holiday such a memorable one. Will certainly be back at Preskil on our next trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Preskil Island Resort and cannot recommend it highly enough. As a family that keeps strictly kosher, we were initially cautious, but Chef Pradeep went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was incredibly thorough, attentive, and genuinely caring. From ingredient sourcing to food preparation, everything was handled with sensitivity, professionalism, and respect. His efforts made our stay not just comfortable, but truly special. A special thank you as well to Linda from management, who was consistently kind, helpful, and proactive, always checking in to ensure we were well taken care of. More broadly, the entire staff at Preskil deserves praise. Everyone was warm, friendly, and eager to help, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere throughout our stay. Preskil Island Resort is a beautiful place with exceptional people, and we left feeling grateful and very well looked after. We would happily return.
