From the very first moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was extremely attentive, kind, and always smiling. The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a very pleasant, relaxing atmosphere. The food was outstanding, truly delicious, and the service exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely amazing, making the whole experience even more special. I would especially like to congratulate the hotel manager, Krishna, who truly made my stay even more enjoyable. Krishna’s dedication is remarkable — I saw him constantly interacting with guests, speaking with everyone, and knowing people personally. It is rare to see a manager so present, involved, and genuinely caring. Although officially a 4-star hotel, it honestly felt like a 5-star experience. I felt wonderful during my stay and would gladly return.

We were there for dinner last night. Being there for the first time, i was amazed by the place, the deco and the surrounding. The food was truly yummy served in a very charming ambience and friendly staff at the Mosaic restaurant. We could also enjoy the sega dance and interact with few people staying in the hotel. It was great fun. This was a true Mauritian experience and we would surely comeback for a stay next time.
