We recently stayed at the resort to celebrate a milestone birthday, and I must say, the experience was largely wonderful. The resort itself is immaculate and breathtakingly beautiful, with pristine grounds that made every moment there feel like a slice of paradise. The rooms are nothing short of luxurious, with every detail thoughtfully designed to provide the utmost comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet. The selection was impressive, with a variety of options that catered to all tastes. The quality of the food was excellent, far exceeding what you might expect from a typical buffet. To mark the special occasion, the resort went above and beyond with a stunning setup for our celebration. We were even treated to complimentary champagne, which added a special touch to the festivities. However, I do have mixed feelings about the service. While many of the staff members were friendly and attentive, there were a few moments where the service fell short of the resort's otherwise high standards. One staff member at guests relations did not meet expectations. Despite this, I would still recommend the resort for its beautiful setting, luxurious accommodations, and the overall experience. It’s a place where special occasions are made unforgettable, and I’m grateful for the memories we made there.

It was our second time at Preskil Resort and we had a wonderful time once again- the gardens are beautiful, the setting is great, the rooms are luxurious and the Banyan spa is so tranquil and worth a visit. I would like to mention Damien and Juliana at the front desk ,they were very friendly and helpful. We were spoiled with gifts and special treatment on our anniversary day as well as on my Birthday. Thank you to everyone at Preskil who has made it a memorable holiday for us !

Great setting with the kindest and friendliest staff. We were always particularly well looked after in the restaurant area. Our favourite member of staff was Keshnee who had a friendly and fun chat with us every evening. Highly recommend this resort.

Service & hospitality is the plus point.. most staff are very helpful & friendly. Very nice spots all around. Had great family time there. Had a great time at Medley Bar with nice cocktails. Food was okay but can be improved with more variety. Overall good experience.

Value for money for a day package. Barmen are super helpful and anticipate guests’ needs on both bars. Miguel made us aware of the activities during the day with a lively approach. Kids friendly space Room for improvement on buffet due to lack of variety Dessert was 7/10.
