I had a wonderful stay at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport. From the moment I arrived, the Front Office team made me feel so welcome. Special thanks to Hnin, Jue Jue (Trainee) and Lazum (the team leader) for their exceptional hospitality – they were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The check-in process was smoothly handled by Hnin, and the rest of FO Staff went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were taken care of. Their friendliness and attention to detail truly made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself is very clean, conveniently located, and offers great value, but what really stood out was the outstanding service from all the staff.

Winnie on reception and Omprakash in house keeping were so welcoming and hospitable. They helped us with anything we needed. The hotel is a short bus trip from the airport, and is also easy to get to the sites. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool was perfect for an afternoon swim. Much enjoyable!
