⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience thanks to the amazing hospitality provided by Abderrahmane, Boja, Lazum, and Sara. From the moment I arrived, they were all incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care made a big difference and created a very comfortable and positive atmosphere. Each of them showed great teamwork and dedication, always ready to help with a smile. I truly appreciate their excellent service and warm attitude. Thank you Abderrahmane, Boja, Lazum, and Sara for making the experience so pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended!

I loved this hotel, very confortable and quite, perfectly clean, and close to the airport with very useful shattle to the metro, to the malls and to the airport. I staied 10 days and it was perfect to relax but also to work. The room modern and clean, the bed super confortable, fast internet. And very efficient room service. Special mention to my housekeeper Soc who took care so much of my room and of all my needs.

Room is good with all amenities needed for a budget price. There's a pool on the roof. Nirmal the life guard was helpful and courteous. All the staff are nice! The location is good for travellers but it's a bit farther out than I'd expect for the city itself, hence 4 stars for location.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn near Dubai Airport, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. A special mention to Soc, whom I had the pleasure of meeting during my stay. She was extremely friendly, warm, and helpful. Her positive attitude and professionalism truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent, and the overall environment was welcoming. Whether for business or vacation, I highly recommend Premier Inn Dubai to anyone looking for great service and friendly staff. Definitely looking forward to staying here again!

Five stars without hesitation!!! The entire team at this hotel truly works for the guests, their hospitality is far above the average level found in most hotels. The location is excellent and very strategic in Dubai, with convenient guest parking. The front desk is always available, kind, and ready to help with anything. Inside the hotel there is a Costa Coffee with fantastic attendants, and the restaurant offers very good dishes. The breakfast changes daily, giving guests variety instead of repeating the same options. The staff at the pool and the housekeeping team are extremely friendly, professional, and attentive, I cannot record the names of all staff members, but I want all of them to be recognized. Today I have the lucky to met Elaisa, a team member who truly understands the importance of hospitality and represents the brand with pride and professionalism. A great stay from start to finish. Highly recommended.
