⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel Review We had a truly wonderful stay. What made the experience exceptional was not only the facilities, but the people. The waitresses were consistently attentive, kind, and genuinely welcoming every morning. They remembered our preferences and always served with a smile. The reception team was professional, efficient, and always ready to assist with transport, recommendations, and any small detail we needed. A special thank you to the gym receptionist, who was incredibly friendly and helpful — creating a motivating and positive environment. We were also very impressed by the Customer Relations Manager, who checked in with us personally to ensure everything was perfect. That level of care makes a difference. It was not just a hotel stay — it felt human, warm and respectful. We are grateful to have met such amazing people. ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Drivers / Transport Service Review We were fortunate to have outstanding drivers during our stay. They were punctual, calm, professional and drove very safely at all times. What impressed us most was their patience and flexibility — especially when we had medical appointments and needed waiting time. Beyond driving, they acted as local guides, sharing insights about the culture and places we visited. Reliable transport makes travel stress-free, and we felt completely safe and well looked after. This hotel is decent, but I think what bothers me is the fact that it’s advertised as a five-star hotel. When you compare this to other five stars in Bali that we’ve stayed at, there’s really no comparison. You get much nicer rooms, more helpful staff, better breakfast buffets, nicer pools, and pretty much everything else is better at other five stars. This is a 3.5 star at best. And although this stay was fine, it’s definitely lacking in some ways. The kids did really enjoy the slides at the pool, although other places have that too. The only thing that I saw that really bothered me was watching one of the cooks walk out of one of the bathroom stalls after going number two and not washing his hands and walking straight into the kitchen. That was pretty disturbing.

Very late review, but we stayed here on 17 August to celebrate our second child’s birthday. We stayed with family in adjacent ocean view rooms. The rooms were tidy, fairly quiet, and comfortable for resting, with a lovely ocean view. The hotel has several swimming pools, including a kids’ pool with a slide, which our children really enjoyed. There is also a beachfront area, and in the evenings there are often live music performances, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One thing we really liked was the bicycle rental, which made it easy and enjoyable to cycle along the beachfront path. The restaurant has a unique concept, and the breakfast buffet was quite complete. During our stay the hotel was very busy, but it still felt comfortable and well-managed. Overall, the staff were helpful and accommodating, making our family stay enjoyable despite the peak period.

Best Location, service is good, restaurant has a lot of food variety. We had Swimming pool view and could see the beach too. The only bad review from me is the room. The room was not like 4/5 star hotel. The bathroom we had was old, the AC was leaking ( they fixed it) , the mini fridge was warm ( they changed it ), our bed felt damp ( they said it's normal), we don't know why. Lack of power outlets too. We had 2 double beds for 4. So all of us need to charge our phone and 2 iPads. The service guy came and gave us extra power outlets. But the power outlets were deep and round style. So I managed to find the wall power outlets in the hallway to use. All good but it's not convenient. Overall outside the room we had no complaints. Beautiful garden and beach. I heard they are renovating the hotel.

Overall: A very solid family-friendly beachfront resort with an excellent location. Location: Right on the beachfront in Sanur — perfect for morning walks, relaxing by the sea, and easy access to nearby cafes and shops. Rooms: Rooms are a bit old, but they’re well maintained, clean, and very spacious, which makes a big difference, especially for families. Breakfast: Breakfast is included and very good. Wide variety of Indonesian food Fresh, tasty, and plenty of choice Something different each day, not repetitive Staff: Friendly, welcoming, and helpful — service is a real plus at this hotel.
