This hotel is decent, but I think what bothers me is the fact that it’s advertised as a five-star hotel. When you compare this to other five stars in Bali that we’ve stayed at, there’s really no comparison. You get much nicer rooms, more helpful staff, better breakfast buffets, nicer pools, and pretty much everything else is better at other five stars. This is a 3.5 star at best. And although this stay was fine, it’s definitely lacking in some ways. The kids did really enjoy the slides at the pool, although other places have that too. The only thing that I saw that really bothered me was watching one of the cooks walk out of one of the bathroom stalls after going number two and not washing his hands and walking straight into the kitchen. That was pretty disturbing.

Stayed here for a week during a business trip, and overall it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very responsive throughout my stay. The pool area was also excellent and definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. However, if you’re looking for a quiet and restful place, this might not be the best option. The rooms are not very soundproof. During the last three days of my stay, the hotel hosted events until around 10:30 PM, which was understandable since they informed guests in advance. The issue was that some event guests continued hanging and making noise until midnight. The staff did try to remind them, but it was understandably difficult to fully control because of the events. I’d recommend this hotel more for a staycation or holiday, especially if you want to enjoy the facilities and pool. But for business travelers looking for a peaceful place to fully relax after work, it may not be the ideal choice. (Photo attached: last photo was taken after midnight)

Very late review, but we stayed here on 17 August to celebrate our second child’s birthday. We stayed with family in adjacent ocean view rooms. The rooms were tidy, fairly quiet, and comfortable for resting, with a lovely ocean view. The hotel has several swimming pools, including a kids’ pool with a slide, which our children really enjoyed. There is also a beachfront area, and in the evenings there are often live music performances, creating a pleasant atmosphere. One thing we really liked was the bicycle rental, which made it easy and enjoyable to cycle along the beachfront path. The restaurant has a unique concept, and the breakfast buffet was quite complete. During our stay the hotel was very busy, but it still felt comfortable and well-managed. Overall, the staff were helpful and accommodating, making our family stay enjoyable despite the peak period.

Location: Right on the beachfront in Sanur — perfect for morning walks, relaxing by the sea, and easy access to nearby cafes and shops. Rooms: Rooms are a bit old, but they’re well maintained, clean, and very spacious, which makes a big difference, especially for families. Breakfast: Breakfast is included and very good. I’d like to shout out the Prama Sanua beach resort hotel. We were travelling with two young children, we always go to Seminyak or Ubud when visiting. What a pleasant surprise this hotel was ,affordable ,value for money and right on the beach. If you’re travelling with kids, what a champion joint. It’s got a kids club ,drop the kids off, go Massage . happy hour from 4pm to 6pm. Buy one get one free. We stayed 9 nights. Will be back. Absolutely. Bayu. Our housekeeper was brilliant. He went out of his way above and beyond,as he saw we had kids he left us little towel surprises every day. Extra water. Towels. Brilliant job Bayu se you in six months. Bayu. A real champion . Every day was great. You’re not wasting your time staying here. So satisfied.
