This place is just incredible! We have had a two-week family vacation here, and it was just out of this world. There are so many things to do for the entire family within the hotel so you really don’t need to leave it for almost any other attractions. They have indoor pool, outdoor pool, private beach access via underground tunnel, spa, huge variety of food, childcare, children’s playground, and so many more! Entertaining team will not leave you bored, here you can do yoga, water aerobics, table games, live music, darts, ping pong, and that’s already included to the service so no need to pay extra! The stuff is very polite and careful about cleanliness and your satisfaction. Use Booking for reservation, there are some extra perks for guests using it!

Incredible place. Massive buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lots for veggies. Beautiful pool. Easy tunnel to private beach. Comfortable bed. Cocktails, ice creams, snacks all included in all inclusive. Would definitely come again!

I stayed in Porto Bello in June 2023, I loved it there!! Everyone was so nice and it was such a relaxing stay. The hotel has direct access to the beach, do mind it's a stone beach. The rooms and services was perfect. I was able to also go to a club with my friend and the entertainment staff which was nice for a day. But it did get kind of funny and a little disturbing being asked to go every night when we had plans to do other things. But that wasn't a huge problem. The location was more of a problem. If you want to get to the city you need to get a taxi, which the hotel can organize. But it can take a while depenedning on the traffic there. When I did full day tours in Antalya we were always the first nes to be picked up early morning, and the last ones dropped off due to the location.

Just spent a week at this hotel. The location is great, beach is just across the road. We were a bit unlucky with the weather, the waves were really big so mostly spent our time at the pool. The food is great, the rooms are decent sized, could use a bit of renovation. We barely spent any time there anyway, so no big deal. The animation team is doing a great work, Moris is amazing in his job.

I don't know where to start. The hotel is highly mismanaged. First the hotel is huge and has a swimming pool, access to the sea, Turkish hammam and food and beverages are all included. Upon arrival, they give you a ribbon to identify you as hotel guests. The ribbon is for your length of stay on your wrist and very annoying. You should wear it to get to the buffet and entering the hotel. It is not safe as well as anyone with similar ribbon can get in. Hotel has two towers. One is more renovated, and they accommodate Ukrainians and guests from Asia and Europe in it. The second tower has lots of problems including not functioning AC. This tower is usually for Russian and Iranian guests. This unlucky American guest was accommodated there first, and I had no choice but to change the room because it was not livable. All front desk staff know it, but they tell you that all rooms are the same. Food variation is huge but at the lowest quality. Flies sitting on cheese and dairy, meat under cook. Two times I got stomach pains from the hotel food. Dr of hotel charge you 100 euro for a useless check. Better not using it. Sweets are refrigerated in not proper temperature and cakes can be completely bad. So be careful! The Swimming pools are useless cause they always have loud music playing from 10 am and you can't relax. If you are from Canada or the United States, they exchange your dollar at any rate they want. For example, today Euro=1.07 USD, they charged me for a 10 euro drink $15 and several examples like this to the point I feel they hate American tourists. Showers leak water from door seals and the bathroom is always wet, towels are old, bed sheets are worn. They dragged about their amenities which don't exist. I asked for two tennis racquets and I received two broken historic racquets almost like fly swatters. Only positive is some of the nice workers and their taxi service
