I stayed at the hotel in January and enjoyed every single aspect of it. Among the highlights, I especially liked the variety and quality of the food, the special themed days such as the seafood day, and the bar. The swimming pool was clean, my 4-year-old son and I received bathrobes, and I was fascinated by the Turkish sauna. The hotel has a very comfortable lobby area, and children can enjoy spending time outdoors at the dedicated playground as well as indoors in the playroom. Every day, the animators did a great job creating activities for both kids and adults. Special thanks to Daria, who is amazing at organizing all kinds of activities, extremely empathetic, and simply a great person.

Tayyab

This was a great experience. Me and wife booked a double bed sea view room for one night, we checked in early around 2pm. The hotel staff was so nice especially Ms.Sheriffe on the checkin desk who was kind enough to give us a free upgrade to a Junior Suite which was very spacious and had a sea facing balcony with awesome views. It was all inclusive deal, breakfast and the dinner was top notch. We also enjoyed the free snacks which had a variety of bakery items and delicious icecreams. Would also like to mention Mr. Mulyadi in Sailors Patisserie, great guy, very professional and friendly. Had a great time chatting with him. He was just starting out at the hotel but I wish him all the best and hope that he will go a long way. Overall it was a fantastic experience, we enjoyed every minute we were there and wished we had booked for a longer period. Will definitely go back the next time we’re in Antalya.

had a pleasant stay at Portobello Hotel Resort & Spa. The service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food quality was good, although there could be more variety in the dishes offered. Room service was efficient and well maintained. The location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to nearby attractions. Overall, it’s a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, and I would recommend it.

It’s a nice hotel overall, but it’s missing a few important things to truly be among the best. The room itself was nice, but the shower area looked a bit worn out — the tile work seemed tatty and could really use an update. During our stay, the room was extremely hot, and unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working. We had to keep the balcony door open, but even then it was still quite warm at night, plus there was a lot of noise from barking dogs and passing cars. My son was really disappointed that the only water slide wasn’t open during our entire stay. The food was often served cold, and we found ourselves having to use the microwave to warm it up. The BBQ grill section often ran out of meat, and the coffee didn’t taste good — we actually ended up buying Nescafé instant coffee to mix with warm milk. Drinks at the bar were also inconsistent in taste. There’s only one outdoor swimming pool, but it was too cold to use. The small indoor heated pool was fine but nothing special. On the bright side, we really liked the tunnel that leads to the beach — it’s a nice touch and we spent most of our time there. Overall, it’s a decent place, but with a few improvements it could be much better. For now, I can only give it 3 stars instead of 5.

We had an amazing stay at Porto Bello Hotel! The staff were super friendly from the first moment we arrived. Our room was very clean with a beautiful sea view, and the whole hotel, including the pool and beach area, looked fantastic. The Ultra All Inclusive food was delicious and had lots of variety. Every evening there were fun shows like dancing and karaoke, and the lobby staff always offered tea or drinks with a smile. The private beach was clean and relaxing, a perfect place to spend the day. A big thank you to Ms. Shirin, who was always checking if everything was okay and made sure we were happy with our stay. She really made our experience even better
