It’s a nice hotel overall, but it’s missing a few important things to truly be among the best. The room itself was nice, but the shower area looked a bit worn out — the tile work seemed tatty and could really use an update. During our stay, the room was extremely hot, and unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working. We had to keep the balcony door open, but even then it was still quite warm at night, plus there was a lot of noise from barking dogs and passing cars. My son was really disappointed that the only water slide wasn’t open during our entire stay. The food was often served cold, and we found ourselves having to use the microwave to warm it up. The BBQ grill section often ran out of meat, and the coffee didn’t taste good — we actually ended up buying Nescafé instant coffee to mix with warm milk. Drinks at the bar were also inconsistent in taste. There’s only one outdoor swimming pool, but it was too cold to use. The small indoor heated pool was fine but nothing special. On the bright side, we really liked the tunnel that leads to the beach — it’s a nice touch and we spent most of our time there. Overall, it’s a decent place, but with a few improvements it could be much better. For now, I can only give it 3 stars instead of 5.

We had an amazing stay at Porto Bello Hotel! The staff were super friendly from the first moment we arrived. Our room was very clean with a beautiful sea view, and the whole hotel, including the pool and beach area, looked fantastic. The Ultra All Inclusive food was delicious and had lots of variety. Every evening there were fun shows like dancing and karaoke, and the lobby staff always offered tea or drinks with a smile. The private beach was clean and relaxing, a perfect place to spend the day. A big thank you to Ms. Shirin, who was always checking if everything was okay and made sure we were happy with our stay. She really made our experience even better

We had a lovely stay at Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the staff were always kind and helpful. The view from our room was absolutely perfect, and the girls from the activities team were so sweet and full of positive energy — they really made our days more fun! 💙🌸 The beach and pool area are amazing, and the atmosphere is relaxing. 🌴✨ However, we were a bit disappointed with the food — we expected more variety, especially when it comes to Turkish desserts. It would be nice to have more traditional sweets to try. 🍰🇹🇷 Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. We’ll definitely come back! 🩵

I am writing this review to inform future guests about what they may realistically experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience aligns with many of the negative reviews. The positive comments I read before booking did not reflect our stay at all. The food quality was very poor. The hotel appears to use the cheapest possible ingredients, and more seriously, we encountered a food safety issue when a sharp, non-edible object was found in our meal. This is unacceptable and concerning. The hotel management seems overly focused on monitoring minor and unnecessary details, while neglecting essential matters such as food quality and guest comfort. The hotel showed poor communication and follow-up after a problem occurred. Rather than addressing the issue, the hotel chose to ignore it and downplay the fault. The bed quality was also very poor. We left the hotel with back and neck pain, which significantly affected our stay. Although the hotel is close to the beach, it is also located very near to a commercial port. As a result, the sea water is not clear. Overall, this hotel did not meet basic expectations in terms of comfort, food quality, and hospitality.

I had a great time at Porto Bello resort. The food was great, the location was fantastic and the hotel itself is beautiful. The staff were attentive and took great care in making my experience here something I will not forget. In particular, Mulyadi who works at the bar, Siwi in the buffet and Alexandra who works at guest relations were all lovely people who I got to know during my time here and they did their jobs so well. Thank you again guys! 🙂
