We (my husband, toddler, and I) recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great time, with a few caveats worth mentioning–especially for families with young children. What we loved: *The food was honestly amazing. I’m not sure why some people complain, but we thought the variety and flavor were spot on. There’s always something to snack on throughout the day, and everything (except the flashy, Western-style desserts that were inedible) was full of taste. Turkish sweets, in particular, were a highlight. If you’re here, why not enjoy the local cuisine anyway? Also, restaurant staff were lovely, always smiling and kind, especially toward kids. Our toddler felt really welcomed. The room had everything we needed—comfortable, functional, and we appreciated the small toiletry kit. That said, I’d recommend bringing your own shampoo and shower gel as the provided ones seemed quite diluted and not very effective. The animation team was a huge win! The mini disco in particular became a daily highlight for our toddler, who was completely obsessed. The open-air pool was also great, and the beach is easily accessible via a tunnel. Expect large pebbles and some waves later in the day, but overall a beautiful place to swim (before noon especially). The hamam was a relaxing experience too. A few things that didn’t quite work for us: Room cleaning was a mixed bag. We left a tip for the cleaning lady at the start of our stay, and for the first half she kept our room spotless. But the second half—despite us clearly leaving the “please clean the room” sign each day—she stopped coming altogether. We saw her cleaning the rooms around us daily, so we’re unsure if a second tip was expected? Either way, we assumed basic cleanliness was included in the price, which wasn’t insignificant. Keep in mind that the music from evening events was *very* loud. Our toddler goes to bed early, and the volume from poolside entertainment made falling asleep nearly impossible. I can totally see how singles or couples might enjoy it—but for families with young kids, it’s a real challenge if you’re sticking to a consistent bedtime routine. P.S Outside the hotel is brutally hot. We tried visiting the bazaar on a Tuesday and ended up with mild heatstroke—so unless you’re used to extreme heat or here for adventure, we’d suggest just enjoying the hotel and relaxing. Overall, it’s a solid pick for a relaxing, food-filled vacation. If you’re here to rest and unwind, this place delivers. Just bring stronger toiletries and a pair of earplugs if you dislike the noise.

We are currently staying here, and what we’re experiencing is nothing like a 5-star resort. Before arriving, we wrote several times to say we’d be late and ask about dinner, but received no reply. On arrival, after dinner time, we were told to wait until 11 pm for a very poor “late snack” (soup, turkey stew, cheese, turkey cold cuts). No one showed us the facilities or helped with our luggage. The lobby was chaotic, with children running and making a mess without any control. By 10 am there were no sunbeds left at the pool or private beach – all “reserved” with towels, some even in both places at once. The hotel is clearly aimed at families with children, with no rules or supervision. We came looking for a relaxing 5-star resort holiday… and found the complete opposite.

This was an unexpected holiday and we had seen the pictures and reviews of others i would certainly say it's one of my favourite hotels I have stayed in. It's a large hotel ,food almost round the clock and great relaxing area for tea and coffee. The view is one of the reasons we booked this hotel and I would highly recommend book a sea view room you will not be disappointed.

Excellent hotel. At first, I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews, but I eventually decided to go and I don’t regret it. I fully recommend it. The hotel is modern, clean, well maintained, located right across from the sea, separated only by a road with a tunnel leading directly to a private pebble beach. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Rooms are comfortable, cleaned daily, with sheets and towels changed regularly. The food is of very good quality, generous and varied meals. Another notable point: the restaurant remains open all night with a limited menu available, which is rare and convenient. The animation team is good. A few negative points, though they don't significantly affect the overall quality of the stay: – Some guests slam their doors loudly at night with no consideration for others’ sleep. The noise is disturbing, possibly due to poor sound insulation between rooms. This is not the hotel’s fault but rather due to the lack of civility from certain clients. – It’s difficult to find a free table during dinner at peak times. Again, a matter of poor behavior: some people occupy tables for four while sitting alone, not eating, just staring at their phones, while others are left standing and waiting. – One Italian dinner was included (by reservation). Despite trying to book it on the very first day of our stay, there was no availability for the entire week until our departure. This raises questions about how accessible this offer really is. But overall, a very good hotel, definitely deserves its 5 stars.

Greetings, I truly don’t know how this hotel is a 5⭐️?! The only thing about this hotel is good is wifi and the the location near the beach, that’s it! Food was decent, room had small ants around coffee machine and AC wasn’t working properly… corridor has no AC and looks very old and dirty. Anyway, not worth the money and to be honest I would give it a 3⭐️.
