Such a lovely location..quiet and peaceful ..hotel top notch.. clean, modern and very friendly. Our room was spacious with queen size bed with a walk-in shower , air conditioning and a outside balcony with a small table and chairs.. this was cleaned daily. Reception, bar and dining room were modern and airy. We we’re all inclusive and we couldn’t fault the food at mealtimes, such a variety of different dishes every day with different feature nights.. Greek nite, Spanish and Italian nite. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Pool & spa area was fantastic… with 2 pools with fab view of the sea… lots of sunbeds for everyone… we would definitely revisit

We had a lovely relaxing week away at Alua Soul. We wanted peace and quiet, and to relax with a little bit of sight seeing and that is what we got. The Pool area was very quiet. Just enough choice when it came to food, not too overwhelming, and very enjoyable. The room was very spacious and the little private pool we had was nice for a cool off. Overall a lovely hotel with friendly staff.

Had a fantastic holiday in Menorca. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well managed. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough to make our holiday amazing. Apologies if I have spelt their names wrong, but in particular, Mar who looked after us while we were relaxing by the pool is such a lovely lady, and always made sure we were well looked after. Also, the lovely lady, Carwen, in the restaurant upstairs made sure we were well catered for, nothing was too much trouble for her. There are so many wonderful staff I could mention, it would take too long, but I couldn't fault any of them. Fantastic choice of food, and probably the nicest I've tasted in this type of hotel. The pool area was beautiful and great views of the sea and surrounding area. If your looking for an enjoyable relaxing holiday, then this is the place. Even the binmen driving past were great fun, joining in, singing and dancing along with the entertainment, they were great! Menorca is a beautiful island, so clean and tidy, beautiful villas and picturesque scenery. Even people outside of the hotel were so kind and thoughtful. We came home with quite a few free gifts, given to us by the locals, such generosity and friendliness. I really can't fault the holiday we had, but if I was to find 1 small fault, it's the mosquitoes! If your prone to being bit, best take some mosquitoes spray.

A lovely hotel in a quiet area of S’algar. We have stayed there 6 times and we are returning next year. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and amenities when needed. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble to ensure your stay is enjoyable. There’s a buffet restaurant with a large choice of food and is always hot and tasty. The pool area is just across the road from the hotel and is kept clean as well as the sun beds. Purobeach manage the complex and in certain areas they can charge for the facilities. There is a separate area for guests that is free with a small bar and lunchtime snacks. This is definitely not a place for young people and it attracts adults who are looking for a quiet holiday. There is no beach on site, but a 15 minute walk to the nearest village has a good beach. Overall it deserves its 4 star rating and we see subtle improvements every year.

Gorgeous hotel. Had a junior suite with a plunge pool which was divine. The room confused us with a hob in the kitchen area but no cutlery or pans to make use of it so not sure why it was there! But other than that the hotel was clean, the pools gorgeous and the spa almost empty and again kept very clean. Would definitely return
